About this condo rental
Nestled in Brewster, this lovely condo for R 10,130 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We have always enjoyed rave reviews for the cleanliness of our home. For the health, safety, and comfort for our guests, our cleaners will be cleaning and sanitizing our home following the guidelines outlined by the CDC. Well maintained condominium in small, exclusive beach community. This is the perfect place whether you're with family, friends or seeking a romantic getaway. Our first floor home sleeps seven with a large king bedroom and en suite bath, and two additional bedrooms and guest bath. It is spacious and clean. There are mattress covers, blankets, quilts and pillows on each bed. You must bring your own sheets and towels or secure them through linen rentals. The kitchen was completely renovated and upgraded in the late spring of 2021. All new cupboards, counter tops, stainless steel appliances and flooring. A new HVAC was installed in late winter 2020. All rooms have AC and heat vents. With only one unit next door and windows on three sides you can enjoy privacy and summer breezes wafting through if you prefer not to use the central air. Be sure to explore the beach which offers fantastic swimming at high tide and gorgeous sandy beach flats at low tide allowing you to walk approximately one mile and explore tidal pools and sand bars. Tennis courts, a pool, and a hot tub are on the premises. The grounds also have a deck overlooking the beach, ideal for watching the sunset and a small library where you can hear the surf as you sit and read. Our rental period is Sunday to Sunday.

On our return visit we were so pleased to find everything we enjoyed previously, the clean,comfortable,well equipped property in a quiet community. There was also the convenience of everything being on one level. The scenic short walk to a private Cape Cod Bay beach is so appealing. Add to all this that communicating with the Brewers is so easy and friendly.
The location in Brewster, our favorite Cape location , is also such a positive feature, with excellent restaurants nearby,as well as the Cape Rail Trail for biking , other beaches and ponds and good proximity to other favorite towns such as Dennis and Chatham. We highly recommend staying at the Brewers

This property is absolutely amazing! The complex is very quiet but yet walkable to things to do in Brewster like the general store and Brewster scoop. Only a few minute walk to both the pool and beach which were both well maintained and not overly busy given the time of year. The beach and the nightly sunsets are stunning! We are already trying to figure out how and when we can come back next year. Thank you Pat and Phil that is an awesome spot - 5 stars all the way!!!

A wonderful property in a great Brewster location. The home had everything needed for a relaxing early summer stay with friends. Light filled rooms, Modern updated applianes and clean , spacious living dining room made even a few soggy mornings comfortable. The community pool and landscaping was well maintained and welcoming. The Sears point private beach remains a highlight away from the crowds on the calm and warmer Bay side.Lots to do in and near Brewster. Brewster whitecaps baseball- The summer Cape Cod league local team is fun to watch and enjoy. America's pastime at its finest. CCRT nearby for biking to Nickerson Park and on thru to Orleans, Eastham, the National Seashore and Wellfleet. The Chocolate Sparrow in Orleans makes for a welcome ' rehydration and ice cream stop'. Cape Cod museum and Brewster conservancy are great walkable destinations for birdwatching and

My family just returned from a week in Sears Point and we absolutely loved our stay. The unit is spacious with great amenities, including a gorgeous kitchen and master bath. The Sears Point property is beautifully maintained. The beach is a short walk away. Many days, we were the only family on it.
All in all we highly recommend this unit and can't wait to return.

The house was so comfortable and cozy. And the kitchen! Wow, new and the very best appliances. We like to cook so this was a great feature for us. The hosts were so gracious (even when we made off the the key fob to the pool!)😬 The bathrooms had been updated and the shower in the master suite was just great. If you are thinking of staying here - do it! You won’t be disappointed even a little. Would definitely stay there again.

This is an area near and dear to our family, and we are so delighted to have such a wonderful place to come back to every year. It suits our grown family of four perfectly, and the proximity to our favorite local spots, the pool, and the private beach are all the icing on the proverbial cake.

My adult daughter and I booked this wonderful home to avoid crowds and see the beautiful Northeast during the fall season. We could not have been happier. The home is light and breezy and the location is simply wonderful. The pool and hot tub were still open and we took full advantage. The private beach was the icing on the cake. Sunrise, sunset - oh my. We even had a fire on the beach on our last night.
Everything worked seamlessly and my silly questions were immediately answered. The owner even extended herself to ship a dress that I had forgotten. If I’m able to come back to the Cape ther is no place I’d rather stay.

We stayed at this property for three weeks and we did not want to leave! We were two people but there was a time there were five of us in this very clean condo. It is spacious and the layout is open and conducive to spending time with family and friends. We were delighted to arrive and see the completely updated beautiful kitchen. The two bathrooms are modern and tastefully updated as well. The master bath is an oasis with a rain shower head with nice hot water! The bedrooms are great; the master is quite spacious, and the others have good space and are sunny. The condo is equidistant to the beach and pool (with hot tub), and tennis courts. There is a beautiful back patio with a table, chairs, and a nice Weber gas grill. The large living area has a big table on which we did four puzzles during our stay. Communication with owners could not have been more clear and pleasant. Every night there is a beautiful sunset to be seen from the beach or viewing area up above. The. condo is easily accessible to Route 6A and the rest of The Cape. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to visit again! Thank you, Pat and Phil!

This house was a beautiful property. Very spacious and cozy, with gorgeous kitchen and roomy bedrooms. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best weather during the week so we spend a lot of time in the living room and around the dining room table playing games. We all had enough room to stretch out and had a very nice time walking around the complex. It was amazing to go and watch the sunset on the few nights that wasn’t overcast. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for close proximity to the bay and a clean and spacious house.

We returned to Brewster (which is our top choice for kids in the Cape), and chose this house for the proximity to the beach. The house is lovely, renovated and very clean, with enough space for a comfortable stay for one or two families with kids. The location is amazing, a few min walking to the beach. Having access to the pool made our vacation just perfect with the kids. Pat and Phil have been super responsive to our questions and helped promptly where needed. We will defnitely try to return to this property next time.

We had a wonderful stay here! The proximity to the beach could not be better! The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you might need. We hope to be back in the future!

Amazing stay in a top notch home. Couldn’t ask for more amenities; pool, tennis, private beach on the bay! The owners are meticulous about having the property set up for renters feeling at ease in these times of COVID.

We were a family of 6 staying at this house and it was perfect - very roomy and enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Actually, the house was bigger than we anticipated from the pictures. The development is wonderful and there was a pool nearby and private beach and we took advantage of both! Neither one was ever super crowded, despite some of the hot temps that we experienced. After hearing that some of the beaches were already at their limit by 7:45AM, we were happy to have access to the private beach. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and since we stayed for 3 weeks, Pat and Phil offered us a mid-stay cleaning. We did have one issue with the fridge BUT Pat took care of it immediately. She called us right away and was very apologetic. It did not even seem like a big issue to us because of how the owners responded. Brewster is an incredible location on the Cape - close to many wonderful towns and it is not a far drive to get to the Upper or Lower parts of the Cape. The house is walking distance to some nice restaurants, the Brewster General Store, an ice cream shop, bakery and book store. I am sure there are more places to walk to but we had a 4 and 5 year old who could only walk so far! :) I highly recommend the Cape Cod Bike Trail, as well. It was a hit for all of us. This is our first time using VRBO and we had an incredible stay and are planning to stay there again next summer.
