Just a short drive to Hanalei and Anini Beach, also not far from the State Park this was an ideal location for staying on the North Shore.

The apartment is larger than even appears in photos and is such a nice location near the pool/hot tub. Nice and clean, and absolutely no issues while we were there. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had an awesome time in Janet’s condo. The place is spacious, very tody and we felt hike at once. There is loads to do in the area. For us it’s been the perfect stay!

In an older condo development, the unit is well-maintained and very clean. The parking space is within about ten feet of the front door, very convenient for us old tired folk! All the conveniences of home and a very comfortable firm bed. We had one plumbing problem and the personable owner showed up with the plumber and the whole thing was fixed within about an hour. Very impressive service.

It was easy to find/park. We enjoyed our stay, but it was hot inside during the day, we are from Texas and are used to heat, but really missed having a/c!

My wife and I were there for 8 nights. The property was easy to find, located in a great area, was clean, and was as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again! Added bonus was the beach equipment (chairs, snorkeling gear, etc)!

Had a wonderful stay for our first time visit to Kauai. This was a great location as a starting point for all the areas we visited across the island. Considering that it was early September, the breezes/air flow proved that only fans were required. Woke up every morning snuggled under the blanket since it was chill in the room.

It was clean and had everything we needed, including a cooler, umbrella, and chairs for the beach. The host was great and responsive to our needs. The location is perfect - close to our favorite parts of the island! We loved our stay!

We loved our stay here in Princeville, the location was great on the north shore where you could quickly get to many POIs nearby. The apartment was very clean and much larger than it looked on the photos. Having laundry in the unit was a HUGE bonus, plus the parking spot right outside the front door made things very convenient. Would recommend!

Convenient location just off the main road through Princeville. Spacious and clean with ample room for a couple plus one child or guest. Great amenities and a friendly, attentive host. Would stay here again.

Great place and location, clean and comfortable. We were bit there much, due to attending a wedding, sos did bot use the kitchen or ither amenities, but everything was provided and ready if we had wanted to. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and had breakfast every morning out on the private patio. Wake up in the morning to beautiful birds singing. Bed was comfortable. Only negative was when a kid moved in upstairs and I could hear the pounding of their footsteps.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was just what we wanted and somehow you couldn’t hear/see any chickens in the property like the rest of the island. The pool/hot tub was great. We took off one star because some dishes weren’t clean and this made us feel we should wash them all before using them just to be sure.

Clean and basic one bedroom condo in Princeville. Close to shops, Hanelei bay. The noise level both from next door condo, separated by a door, and from the outside was a bit excessive. Condo could do with some basic improvements, to kick it up a notch.

Similar to many properties in this area, this unit is pretty dated and there are a few minor maintenance issues. But the location is great and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and unfailingly pleasant.

pros: Nice area with proximity to north shore things to do, nice community hot tub and pool, decent bed. cons: Walls aren't sound proof at all. You can hear above and next to you. We could hear everything the people in the next condo over were saying, as if they were in our same room.

We had a wonderful stay in Princeville and enjoyed our condo very much. The location was perfect for us. The king size bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the apartment tidy and clean. Having a washer and dryer was a big bonus for us, along with all the beach amenities you need. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us! We enjoyed our stay very much. Pat & Brad

This unit was clean and welcoming. Owner was attentive to our needs. I chose this unit because of the large couch in the listing photo. When we arrived there was a much smaller brown couch.. Would suggest updating cover photo.

Our lanai overlooks a green space, the pool is just across the grass, Foodland is very close by. The unit has everything you might need.

The property around this rental is really beautiful & well manicured. The pool area is spotless & very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Parking right in front of the entrance was really convenient. We loved how close it was to Hanalei, Tunnels Beach & Anini Beach. Perfect place to stay to enjoy everything that the gorgeous North Shore has to offer.!

Super sweet condo in a nice location. We had an event to prepare for and needed to check in early, if possible, and Janet made that happen. She also dealt with a minor incident promptly and effectively with an appliance that broke. We enjoyed our stay and this will definitely be the trip we will remember fondly and this rental was part of that.
