Situated in Orange, this lovely house for R 7,053 per night is a great option for your next trip. Visit our beautiful pool home, perfectly set up for two families. Our home is designer decorated with upgraded tiled bathrooms and wood floors. There are two cal-king master bedrooms with ensuites. The remaining rooms are a queen bed and a children's room with full over full bunk beds. These rooms share a hallway bathroom. All the rooms have 46+ TVs. Spacious living room with a queen pull-out. The open-concept kitchen and dining room with plenty of seating for all. There is a pack 'n play, a single stroller, a double stroller, a highchair & booster seat for your infants and toddlers. The game room has a STIGA ping pong table and cubbies with toys and games. The family room has a 60′ TV, DVD player, and cable with Disney Channel & Time Warner's top 200+ channels. Hi-Speed wireless internet is included. Relax in our new sparkling pool and in-ground jacuzzi in the rear yard. There is also a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, and additional chairs. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 2 in our driveway ONLY - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102 *All Major credit cards and checks are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 50 miles of this house,e there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. Nice home, had everything we needed. Pool and spa were not super warm in January. But we were so tired after long days at Disney that we didn’t really have time to use them anyway.
House was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and communicative. Would stay here again!

The property was clean and comfortable. The rooms were great and the backyard was really nice except for all the pine needlea that got everywhere. The landscaper showed up amd didnt blow them off. Also there was no salt or pepper in the kitchen. Other than that it was a great property.

This house was amazing place for our family to stay! There were 10 of us including kids & Grandkids. The layout of the house was perfect for us. My son said the kitchen was his dream kitchen & he prepared us some awesome meals! The pool and backyeard space was beautiful! We all enjoyed the pool & soaking in the hotub. It was a nice quiet neighborhood & was easy to get to. Would definitely recommend this home!

Celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday. I was looking for a property close to Disneyland and this was it. This property is beautiful and very family friendly. They have a game room in the garage. The heated swimming pool was pretty much the highlight of the house. Getting in touch with the property manager was easy. Check in and check out was simple. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was great, it was well kept and the amenities were nice. The size was as advertised. The pool is super nice and the game room was a fun bonus. Our only complaint was the floors being extremely dirty from the time we arrived. If you walked barefoot your feet would be black from dirt. We swept the floors but the problem persisted so we did all wear socks when walking around. Overall a very great stay.

We had a great time and the house was great! The only issue with the house was the pool access and alarms on the doors. Due to the home not having a separate gate for the pool and spa, the house doors were equipped with alarms. Normally this would have been fine, but the alarms in the house were very cheap and finicky, meaning we set the alarms unintentionally. Plus, they were so loud inside the house all the kids under 4 would cry because they got scared. This was the only thing that was not good.

Enjoyed our stay at this property! Lots of room for our family. The kids were so happy to not have to share a room after spending a week on the road from Canada. Pool was fantastic and the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, etc.
My only bit of feedback would be about the dishwasher. Either they need a new dishwasher, or it needs a good clean out of the food trap. I ended up hand washing pretty much the whole time because the dishes weren’t coming out completely clean. And I’m a bit OCD about stuff like that. :) Otherwise everything else was awesome!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 5 nights. The weather was cold, sadly, so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful pool as much as we had hoped. It was a lovely yard though & really well maintained. Some of the outdoor furniture was pretty worn in areas due to sun exposure. The table & chairs should be replaced.
The home was clean & decently equipped (floors could use a more thorough mopping. Bare feet turned black after walking around for a few hours.)
The rooms were beautiful & comfortable. Loved the clean, updated decor.
We did notice that there weren’t any hooks or towel racks in any of the bathrooms to hang wet towels, or clothes. It was a little difficult to manage with 4 kids. Also, the hall bath is missing a plug for the tub, making it unusable as a bath for my young daughter.
I appreciated the extra pillows & blankets in the closets. Also, the laundry room had some detergent & dryer sheets available.
Game room was really fun- kids loved it!
One point of contention that was not addressed was 2 VERY BRIGHT outdoor lights that were either on a timer or solar, turning on at 9:30pm-ish. They were flanking the sliding glass door from the primary bedroom to the backyard. Those lights were SOO bright and shined through multiple gaps in the bedroom drapes. We asked the property manager to take care of it after night 1. She said she would, but didn’t. we had to try to press pillows against the drapes to try to close the gaps. We were pretty frustrated.

This property worked well for us overall, however the check in process and paper work was over the top. I felt like I was signing paperwork to buy the place. Rules and warnings about use of the property were all over which gave it a not very welcoming feeling. The door alarm to the pool was super frustrating. I would not rent this place again.

The only issue we had was with the pool alarm and that was fixed within 24 hours. Some of our group wished there were towel racks or places to put wet towels.

This property was perfect for our family of four. The home was cleanly and offered everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We were conveniently located next to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property and rent it again in the future.

Property was exactly the way the pictures show. Beautiful property. Nice neighborhood. House was clean ,, very roomy and homey. Pool was gorgeous. They even set up a Christmas tree for us for our stay over Christmas which was very appreciated. Easy to book. Owner was timely on getting all info to me. Had a small leak under kitchen sink but contacted owner and it was fixed the same day by maintenance. Only very small complaint is the coffee maker didn’t work. But we just went and bought one because someone in our group needed a new one anyway. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It accommodated two families comfortably and seemed spacious with plenty of room. It was fairly close to Disneyland, about 30 minutes. Everyone loved the pool, it was so wonderful to not share and it was beautiful. It was well equipped, even with life jackets for younger children. Once you catch on to the alarms and ignore the inside doors to the pool, and just go out through the back door and gate there was no problem. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was excellent and the location was great for our needs. I would suggest bringing your own pillows though. I have stayed in this neighborhood before in another property and had no issue with parking on the street. The house rule in the contract states no street parking and only 2 cars allowed; the welcome book in the house states up to 3 cars and 1 can park on the street. This should be more consistent. The listed quiet hours as 10pm-9am, which is fine. However, when the children are asleep and there is 1 adult who chooses to sit in the hot-tub after that 10pm hour and DOES NOT MAKE A SOUND, that shouldn't be an issue. In addition, the property manager made 2 phone calls to me after midnight and then a text message reminding us that we are to keep everything inside the house after 10 pm. I can understand if there is noise being made, but that was not the case. The lights that don't shut off out there are more of a burden than a grown adult just sitting in the spa. Not to mention, we had all guests and ages completed on the contract, so to call after midnight when there are infants in the home is pretty disrespectful. Had there been a complaint from the neighbor due to noise, fine, I would be more understanding. But that was not the case. You are being watched while you are outside. Please keep that in mind if you want to book this property.

Who hurt you? It’s clear that this owner/property manager must have had countless major issues in the past, but it seems like rather than dealing with the culprits, they treated all future clients like criminals with the expectation that every renter would be extraordinarily awful. As a good renter who leaves things better than I found them - it was a huge turn off for me. Especially with how crazy expensive this house was.
I booked the house through VRBO and paid my deposit only to receive an email from the owner saying I needed to complete the booking by printing and filling out a giant paper contract full of threatening verbiage, extremely strict rules, unnecessary scare tactics notice of cameras and sound recording devices all over the property, and insane expectations. If I hadn’t already paid - I would have cancelled immediately. The whole thing is very negative and dramatic.
Upon arrival, the home was nice but very minimal. It’s clear that the draw is mainly the backyard and pool area, which we did enjoy.
Rather than getting to arrive with the excited joy of vacation, we had to sweep the entire house for damage, issues, and problems as the contract states we only have 8 hours to report them or they’ll be charged as if we caused them. We arrived after 9pm and had to spend the next hour thorough combing the whole house so we could report in order to go to bed. So our excited a vacation arrival turned into noticing every single problem, missing item, damaged property, etc. It made for a stressful and frustrating night and definitely killed the vacation vibe.
It’s a decent home, but now we just see all the damages, cleanliness issues, kitchen full of ants, etc which makes it harder to enjoy it.
The floors were filthy when we arrived leaving our socks and feet pretty gross. There were ants all over the kitchen and throughout the cupboards and dishes - but they did send someone to place ant traps in the window when we let them know.
Overall we enjoyed the backyard/pool and the house was fine (although very basic for the price), but I would never stay here again due to the contract, communication, and negative client treatment.

This home was very clean and is beautifully appointed. It is in a quiet neighborhood and excellent location with easy access to highway, restaurants, gas stations, grocery store, etc. We enjoyed using the lovely pool and spa. We did set the pool alarm off a few times, but fortunately its very easy to turn off. There were more than enough beach towels and bath towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. Especially appreciated the supply of laundry and dishwashing detergent. The one minor suggestion for improvement is to add towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay in this home again.

The house looks somewhat different from the pictures, it could have been when they first listed it. The backyard was a hit, the pool was amazing., the patio furniture was a bit worn and the camera in the backyard was very questionable. It was a bit creepy, an invasion of our privacy if you will. The alarms on the back doors were a pain as well, not very user friendly. The sensor lights on the back patio stay on all night, by the master bedroom in the back. There are blackout curtains but the light is still visible. There were no towel racks and only two large towels per bathroom, as well as hand towels and wash clothes. The master bedroom in the back was the only one room with a dresser. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed to cook, but there was only one roll of paper towels that was already opened and no napkins. The window in the dining room did not have blinds, so the next door neighbor in the two story home next door has a perfect view inside the house. The only other thing was the curfew we had in the backyard. It was centrally located near grocery stores and quick access to the freeway and a 25 minute drive to Disney.

We had an amazing week at this property. The home was cleaned very well and we appreciated the laundry and dishwashing detergent supply. The pool and outdoor area was amazing and we spent most of our time there. If we are ever in the area again we would love to stay again.

They send identically titled “Arrival Instructions” emails so we deleted the second (the one with the pool alarm information). The one we kept promoted the “Welcome Tablet.” I could elaborate, but just ignore the worthless device.
There is no signage inside or around the house. Big PM oversight. So we did what all of our VRBO guests do and dropped our stuff and immediately inspect the property and invariably shocked by the alarms.
After the alarm scare, we discovered that the hot tub did not heat. Per the house info binder, the pool maintenance comes 2x a week and, according to the VRBO info, they “remotely control and monitor pool temp to ensure” the heater is on. It should have been working. There are 5 phone numbers in the info binder and two others in the email instructions for the same things (one of several inconsistencies btw the book, email and VRBO). Who to call?? I tried both of Poasa’s phone numbers (why two??) and never heard back. The pool was fixed the next day, but we never got a check-in or offer for any compensation.
If you use the pool, BEWARE, because the SECURITY CAMERAS ARE ON ALL THE TIME RECORDING YOU. The VRBO house information does say “Houses are protected with Security Cameras.” To me that says the perimeter is protected, but the camera on the pool is recording 24/7. I know this b/c I got a somewhat threatening text from Jeff after 10pm on our last night about the spa being on and the camera being covered a couple nights before. Turns out the culprit was my teenage son (I thought the camera was covered when we arrived), but the only way for them to know was if the camera was recording all the time. SOOO CREEPY and an invasion of privacy.
Finally, good luck matching remotes to TVs (they are poorly labelled), and when you do, they might not work with the cable box they are supposed to and, if they do, there is no sports package. WiFi is inconsistent, especially for iOS. There are no towel bars in the bathrooms, nor are there any books or games, not even a deck of cards. I passed on some maintenance items, but never heard back. Nice, clean house, but a totally bad experience with the PM and how they run it.

We loved staying here for my niece and nephew's spring break! It was spacious and clean when we got here. The check in process was easy and the pool was exactly how it looked in the pictures. We had a blast swimming in the pool and the older adults had just as much fun relaxing in the spa. We really appreciated that pool towels were available and that there were pool floaties available for use. We would definitely stay here again!
