For your reference here are the comments left by past renters: PREVIOUS RENTER COMMENTS • Great Location! – “Our family of five had a wonderful time in Bristol! The views from the house are amazing and proximity to beach, bike path, and park made this a perfect vacation home. We would definitely stay again.” • Elegant home w/ killer sunsets - could not ask for more – “The home and town of Bristol are BOTH so so lovely and full of character and charm. Bristol is very centrally located to the major attractions in Rhode Island. The bike path and Colt State Park are minutes from this home and both are absolutely incredible. Last, but not least, the views (right by the water!!!!) and the sunsets were breathtakingly beautiful. And for those with small kids, I traveled with an eight-month-old, a two-year-old, and a four-year-old, and we felt right at home. The kiddos were also thrilled to have a playground and a gorgeous park within a five-minute walk from the home. My only regret is that we were not able to stay longer. We only stayed for five nights but a month would truly be incredible. Thank you for making this vacation truly unforgettable.” • Great House and time in Bristol, RI – “My family and I had a great time on summer vacation in Bristol. The house was wonderful and fits our needs exactly. The beach access was a real treat. Needless to say, the sunset views were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The location was very convenient to Providence and all of the sights in Newport. Bristol is a great place to just relax. We will definitely be traveling back to this great house in Bristol.” • Just beautiful – “If you’re are looking for a beautiful spot to unwind, this is your place. The house is beautiful and serene and the view cannot be beat. Enjoyed time in the morning watching snowy egrets fishing while sipping coffee and in the evening with cocktails while watching the sunset. Quiet neighborhood literally steps away from Colt State Park and a half hour drive to Providence or Newport.” • Ideal location – “Great location with well-appointed rooms. The kids’ bikes were a big hit and we enjoyed getting out every night. Went to Blount Clam Shack for chowder and lobster rolls. Nice spot! Grays for ice cream.” IMPORTANT NOTES: This property is only listed and available through VRBO. This property my family and I rented for the long weekend for my wedding. Byron & Robin were very welcoming to me not only to the house but to Bristol RI. The house had everything you needed and more. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the appliances with everything you needed down to spices and ziplock bags. The beds we’re comfortable with plenty of towels to go around! The grounds were beautiful and porch overlooking the water was breathtaking. We got to see a beautiful sunset also. Which was a great way to end our wedding weekend. We will be back! Don’t miss out on a wonderful rental property!!

First, the location of this property is lovely. The house has a magnificent view, the yard is beautifully landscaped, and the deck offers the perfect vantage point to take it all in. The house was pristine and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in the kitchen having all the essentials, the decor clean and perfect for the space, and it felt like our hosts went above and beyond in thinking about and providing so much recreational equipment, all in great shape and ready to use. This is so different from other rentals where equipment is often piecemeal, missing parts, or dirty. Our hosts' hospitality was exceptional. Byron was readily available to answer any questions and provided us with valuable local tips and recommendations. It's evident that he and his wife genuinely care about his guests' experiences and want them to make the most of their time in this beautiful location. It's really nice to come across a rental whose managers care about each detail and strive to maintain the highest standards! Can't wait to come back!

This is our third year staying in this jewel of a home. That says it all. Each year Byron and Robin make significant upgrades, and it’s always fresh, clean, and has every detail needed for the perfect vacation. We will be back for our fourth stay very soon. Thank you, Byron and Robin.

I’m in love with Bristol RI and this home has the best views of Narragansett Bay. The home has everything you need to grill out or cook in. My family and friends enjoyed visiting and they also fell in love with Bristol. Planning to return next summer. Thank you so much for inviting us into your home.
