Located in Bristol, this attractive cottage for R 8,687 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Come in, sit down, and relax in this cozy and beautiful updated historic home. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for the whole family. Located in downtown Bristol, you couldn’t find a better location. You’re two blocks from the water, down the road from Bristol Town Commons, and a Playground. Restaurants, mom and pop shops, the beautiful East Bay Bike Path, and the ocean. There’s something here for everyone. **PLEASE NOTE** There is only enough room to park two vehicles. The only two parking spaces that we have are in the driveway pulled up close to the fence. Street parking is not permitted on Pearse Avenue or any of the surrounding roads. Any vehicles in excess of two and/or not parked where they are supposed to be will be towed at owner’s expense. There are no exceptions to this and there will be no warnings. Additionally, Pearse Avenue is a ONE-WAY Street. It enters from Church Street and exits on Constitution Street. There is one bedroom on the main level with a queen sized bed and the other two bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. The trundle bed is down a flight of stairs in the basement. This house is historical which means it has steep stairs. Please use extra care when going up and down all stairs. Also, there is a lower beam in the basement that holds up the house. Please use caution walking under it as if you’re taller than that section, you will hit your head. We have decor hanging on it to bring it to your attention. Lastly, the basement does not have AC but the first and second floors do. You can message me on the app or text me at anytime. If it's during the night, I may not receive it until the morning. If it's a true emergency, please call 911. This home is down a beautiful but tight alleyway. The neighbors are friendly and it's in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Guests have full access to the entire house except a small owners closet in the back corner of the basement. Guests also have the front porch and the entire backyard. To access the shed, there is a key hanging above the basement stairwell. There is a bike in there, yard games, tennis rackets, a basketball, and beach chairs and toys. Three bedroom, two full bathroom home with two queen beds, two twins beds, and a trundle twin bed in the basement. 6 beds total and sleeps 8. Everything is drivable. There is street parking outside shops and dining. You can also walk or ride bicycles. Uber and Lyft is also available.

Well appointed. The property owners provided everything we would need in the home. House was awsome and is located in a Nice area with many local restaurants nearby.

First of all contacting Sarah was such a breeze! She answered all the questions we had and made everything accessible and comfortable. What a beautiful house with such a "welcome home" feel. Everyone in attendance commented on how well stocked the house was! Extra toothbrushes and toothpaste in the medicine cabinets. A whole coffee station. We loved it! Only note is that the basement didn't have AC, which we didn't realize until during the stay. However, opening the window let in the cool night breeze and it felt just fine down there! Would definitely stay here again if we're find ourselves in the area! Thank you, Sarah!

Well-located for easy walks around a very charming town. We were easily able to visit with the rest of our family group staying a bit out-of-town. We did not spend much time at the house but enjoyed breakfast on the patio and found the beds very comfortable. The house itself was very accommodating.

We stayed here with my family for the weekend my brother got married and the grooms party used it as their space to get ready in. The house was clean and we had great communication from the host. We were a short walk or drive to the main shops and would definitely stay again!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This property was perfect for our New England getaway. Located in a lovely neighborhood, easy to access and a perfect place to land and relax after a busy day. Adorably decorated with attention to the little details… it felt like home away from home. The owner was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again !

Such a nice house in easy walking distance from the main downtown area with shops and restaurants yet quiet and easy to find. The house itself has old house charm and yet the furnishings are comfortable, functional, and attractive. It was spotless and very thoughtfully appointed (everything needed in the kitchen and even an extra toothbrush in each bathroom.).
