About this house rental
Welcome to Bahama Dreaming - just a few blocks from Center Street! Beachfront 3 story home with (heated) pool and a great putting green so everyone can have fun right on the property. A private boardwalk takes you from the pool area straight to beach sands! There is an 18 ft. expansive sliding glass door in the main family room that opens to the screened porch with great views of the beach and ocean. There is plenty of room to enjoy the pool and grill your dinner for shade lovers and sun worshippers! Each deck level has incredible views to enjoy during your stay! On the main floor is the gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking for friends and family. There are 3 bedrooms on this level: one king, one queen, and one with a queen and twin with trundle beds. All bedrooms have private baths! A great screened porch extends the living area to the outdoors, overlooking the pool and ocean tides! Second floor has a common room and 3 bedrooms: one king, 2 queens. A large deck is a great gathering space with covered and open space! Third floor is another common room that opens to 2 decks. Amazing views galore from this level! Elevator goes from garage to the main floor. 3 levels of decks for relaxing and hanging out, with a great view of the Folly pier. The main floor master suite has its own porch and amazing ocean views. There are 3 living spaces (1 on each floor). The 3rd floor game room has a wet bar & a shuffleboard table. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Enjoy views of beautiful sun rises and sunsets from several decks. Please note that the pool heater will only work if air temperatures are greater than 50 degrees. Cost to heat pool is $50/day. IMPORTANT: Folly Beach has strict rules about noise and events that can result in violations and fines. No events are allowed at this house. This is in a residential neighborhood we ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbors who live here year round and respectful of our beautiful beaches. *This is a strictly NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS HOME* No exceptions. PLEASE NOTE: In 2024, there’s some good news for Folly Beach: The City is re-nourishing our beach, which is greatly needed! Work has already begun on the west end of Folly Beach and will continue until August-September 2024. The focus is on one block at a time. While this should ultimately benefit everyone by providing more sand and larger beaches, there’s a slight possibility of beach construction or closures near this home. We had 12+ stay and everyone had their own room and bathroom! The pool and putting green were used daily and so was the ping pong table. The beach access at any property on Folly is great but being close and being able to get additional items was very nice. It was a good place for us!

This house checks every single box. We took a family of 12 and had an incredible week. The pool is much larger than I thought from the pictures. Everything is well-maintained. Tons of pool toys corn hole activities, and games on site. Plenty of beach chairs as well. The actual house is incredible. The views are breathtaking every room having its private bathroom is it huge plus. Highly recommend renting a golf cart on Folly Beach. We drove around with our younger grandchildren during the day to different places and they enjoyed it! Very safe and family oriented place. Highly recommend!

Wow! The best 11 days on the beach that you could have. 12 people in town for a destination wedding. People from all over the world. The house was better than perfect. Clean, 10 star accommodations, heated pool, all rooms have a view, cant put into words how great of time we had!!! The Beach was great, the biggest issue was we had to leave!

My husband and I and 5 other couples stayed here for a few days and had the best time! The house is beautiful and laid out so nicely. There is tons of living space indoors and out and each bedroom having its own private bath was a huge plus. It was an easy walk to the downtown area to restaurants, etc., but having such a well equipped kitchen and being able to use the gas grill made eating in super easy! Cindy was always very prompt in answering any questions I had. We will definitely be back!

Booked the house for family gathering to celebrate wedding. Perfect for the occasion. Was able to accommodate entire family. Children enjoyed pool. Family access to beach was outstanding. We will do this again.

Family Vacation
We had 3 families stay for a few days and loved the house! Each family had plenty of room to spread out and still had unused beds. The accommodations were perfect and the good ice on the kitchen topped it off. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We stayed over Memorial weekend with friends and our teenaged kids. Location is perfect being oceanfront and a few blocks off from the downtown. The pool and the covered downstairs to play cornhole and grill is a huge plus! The house is well equipped , the views are spectacular, every room has a bathroom, and there is an amazing ice maker. ( you don’t know you were missing this in your life :)
We have stayed several places on Folly and IOP and this house is the best! Looking forward to returning next year!

This was an incredible home right on the beach and with 3 floors (plus pool/putt putt course) that met all of our needs for a family wedding. Rooms were private, expansive decks. Even for a mid February stay we got plenty of sun and walk time and thoroughly enjoyed the views.

Loved this house so much! Had lots of kitchen necessities- love that every bedroom has a bathroom- plenty of room to spread out. Would love to come back in the summer when it's warm enough to use the pool

Fabulous house and property! We were celebrating our Dad/ Grandad who had just passed for his birthday weekend. We had 3 generations for his celebration of life and my daughter got engaged that weekend as well at the house! So, a double celebration. Dad was smiling down on us. We had a great oyster roast and had a ball. Would go back in a second.

The only thing I would ask for are big fluffy down comforters, because our weekend was chilly.

This house had everything we needed and more! The pool temperature was perfect, the beach was huge with sugar sand (no rocks, no seaweed!).
Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the ice maker.
Our only very minor complaint was that the access code that was given to access the house did not work, but we were able to easily work around it- not that big of a deal, because they had regular keys too.
But all in all, we highly recommend this house and if we get back to Folly, this is definitely the house we would want.

Best house we have ever stayed in!
This house had everything we needed and more! The pool temperature was perfect, the beach was huge with sugar sand (no rocks, no seaweed!).
Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the ice maker.
Our only very minor complaint was that the access code that was given to access the house did not work, but we were able to easily work around it- not that big of a deal, because they had regular keys too.
But all in all, we highly recommend this house and if we get back to Folly, this is definitely the house we would want.

The house was perfect for our group of adults/teenagers/kids ranging from about 10 - 15 people in/out during the week. The pool was a popular hang out for those that didn't want to be on the beach. The property managers were very responsive if we needed anything.

The layout of the house is perfect with each bedroom having its own bathroom, making it ideal for group trips. Three of the bedrooms open out to decks overlooking the ocean. The location of the house is perfect being directly on the beach, 10 min walk to downtown Folly Beach and five minute walk from a local park with a great playground, tennis court and basketball court. The house is very new so all the amentities are new and work well. The pool is well heated and a lot of fun. Look forward to when our families can return back to this terrific property!
