This 2nd floor condo unit has parking for your car under the unit next to the community gated pool. You are within walking distance to the Boardwalk, restaurants and local shops. If your stay is from April- September and consist of Saturday mornings you can visit the Farmers Market located around the lake, if it consist of Sunday evening take in the family movie just across the street. This condo has the ability to sleep four, consisting of one bedroom with a queen size bed, fully functional kitchen, one bathroom and bunk beds in the hallway to accommodate the children. Linens are provided along with free Wi-Fi.

I almost don't want to tell anyone how amazing our stay was because I risk it not being available when we go back! The condo is clean with all the things you need-towels, kitchen supplies, you name it. The beach is right there and the lake, too. The walking distance is on point to restaurants and the boardwalk. We lucked out with the weather after Idalia. Lisa also made sure we had everything we needed and was easy to get in touch with. 5 stars, highly recommend!

My family of four stayed at Lisa’s condo and it was amazing. One of our best vacations we’ve ever had. The condo was in a great location, our kids loved the pool and it was an easy walk to the beach. The views from the balconies were beautiful and it was a nice, quick walk to the boardwalk too. The condo was very clean when we got there and very well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. We would definitely come back again.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! You can park your car under the condo in the shade and walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. The owners had everything stocked which was lovely. The view from both the lake side and beach side are lovely. The swing is especially nice! The pool was clean and warm. Everything was very clean and enjoyable! We would love to stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay last week. The ocean view deck with the swing was my favorite coffee spot. We walked to the boardwalk several times and enjoyed how close we were to all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and had lots of condiments in the fridge. Really enjoyed the large griddle. Our kids loved the pool.

We truly had the best ever vacation in Carolina Beach! The location of this condo is perfect. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and homey. While small, there was more than enough room for my 18-, 15- & 7-year-old nephews & niece and me. Lisa was quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with during our 2 week stay. The bed was a bit firm for me, but I've had multiple back surgeries and travel with a memory foam topper and was very comfortable throughout our stay.

Absolutely loved this property. Gave my husband and I a much needed vacation, and we loved being able to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Place was clean, had everything we needed, and we liked having a view of both the lake and ocean. Would recommend.

It's almost exactly as advertised so there we no surprises. The kids loved the easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. My favorite things were the front porch swing and the back balcony to watch the sunset over the lake.

The Condo was welcoming, the equipped kitchen had all the tools from meal prep and to service. Bathroom was very clean with an abundance of towels. Living room was open and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and the bedding sheets were comfortable. Would stay again.

Very nice place. Very accurate description of property. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again. The only thing the description states is that the parking space could hold two small vehicles. I don't think that is possible but didn't effect us.

We loved the location of this condo. Perfect for walking to restaurants, the boardwalk, for ice cream, etc. Pool was convenient and clean. Condo was super clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. We loved the two decks, especially the front ocean view one with the swing! Would definitely stay again.

Property is in the best location! Walking distance to boardwalk, shops, restaurants and beach! My husband and I's first time visiting this area and we loved it! Home is spacious and comfortable. Friendly neighbors but not the best soundproofing. We would absolutely rent here again though!

My wife and I stayed at Lisa and Steve's property for a week. We have been to Carolina Beach several times, but this was probably our favorite location. We had one balcony with an ocean view and another balcony on the back with a lake view. It was centrally located and just a few blocks to the boardwalk. The condo itself was very well kept and plenty of space, and the owners were extremely responsive.

Only suggestion (and a very small and offy one) would be to move the print on the bedroom wall from behind the TV to the left. (It's a really nice print and a shame to hide it!!)

Lisa’s place was very clean and had a perfect beachy atmosphere. We loved seeing the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and the sunset over the lake in the evening. Our toddler loved the bunk beds. We would recommend a stay here!

The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. Lisa was very easy to get ahold of and she provided very clear and detailed instructions as needed. It is located in an amazing location and has such easy access to the beach, pool and the Carolina beach lake. Would definitely recommended and will vacation again at this location!!

The property’s location was excellent with the beach and lake a short distance away. I wish there was direct access but the public accesses were just a short walk. Lisa was easy to work with and very responsive to my text/calls. We especially liked thee fully stocked kitchen, full sized appliances, bedroom size and the size of the dinning living room area. I believe it was the perfect size for two. More would be tight in my opinion, but it would probably work for a family of four.
