Hidden gem in the medina

De sfeer, de locatie, het personeel, met name Aziz, het was zo geweldig. Onze Berber kamer ,groot, sfeervol een mooie grote badkamer. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en zo vers. Het dakterras is een plus. Eigenlijk was niks voor het personeel teveel. Het was zo fijn dat we opgehaald werden door Aziz ,met kruier , op een afgesproken plek , zonder hem hadden we het niet gemakkelijk gevonden. De locatie in hartje medina, op slechts enkele minuten van het plein verwijderd is fantastisch. Ook s'avonds is het fijn dat je nog door een druk gedeelte terugloopt naar je riad ipv door afgelegen straatjes. Binnen in het riad een oase van rust. De communicatie verliep prima, Engels was vloeiend. Dank Aziz voor je hulp en je fantastische service. Ik beveel dit hotel voor 100% aan iedereen aan. Ik kom graag nog een volgend keer terug.

Un havre de paix proche de la place Jemaa el-fna

Proche de la place Jema el-fna. Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant et surtout discret. j'ai beaucoup apprécié la discussion autour d'un thé à la menthe à mon arrivée. J'ai apprécié le calme, les petits salons dans le jardin pour se reposer loin du tumulte de la ville (même au milieu de la Médina, on a l'impression d'être ailleurs). Ma chambre et la salle de bain (malgré ma photo de mauvaise qualité...) étaient spacieuses, très jolies et propres. La terrasse avec ses nombreux espaces pour se détendre ou prendre le soleil est parfaite.

Tout était parfait. Juste une petite suggestion : ajouter un système pour bloquer les portes battantes de la salle de bain pour éviter qu'elles ne se referment à chaque passage (ça peut être vite embêtant quand on fait des aller-retours pour s'installer).

Séjour inoubliable!

L’hotel, le personnel et la localisation sont parfait. L’hotel est tout simplement magnifique, propre et relaxant. Il est situé proche de la place Jemaa el-Fnaa, tout peut se visiter à pied. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. La portion au petit dejeuner est copieuse et de meme pour le diner.

We arrive at nite, the person that received was did’n know nothing about our room. Them we have no water to drink at room.

Exceptional

Riad is located in the middle of Medina but still is quiet and peaceful with genuine oriental vibe. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The whole apartment offered a lot of space and comfort. Air-conditioning was quiet and efficient. Staff was discreet and bent on making us comfortable.

The place is simply the best, the location is outstanding set in the middle of the old town. You are right in the heart of the market but when when in the hotel there’s no hint that you are. The rooms are very big, comfortable and equipped with ac which makes the whole stay even better. The bathroom we had was breathtaking, absolutely gorgeous. The staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating your needs in every way they can. The breakfast is tasty, enjoyable and prepared with care. The whole hotel is beautiful and even has a pool where you can have a dip. The entire hotel is extremely clean and the vibe is mesmerising. The whole experience was incredible.

The only negative thing I can say, is the lack of a rubbish bin in the room, but that had no impact on the stay.

Wow RAJAA / AZIZ / ABDUL is an absolutely amazing trip of people! Made the stay as if I was family! I felt pampered! Go for the quad bike ride and atlas mountain hike!

Stunning building and room, an oasis of quiet in the middle of the souk. Very friendly and supportive staff, especially Raja made our stay very easy and comfortable.

Beautiful place, excellent staff.

We loved the location of the Riad, the room we had was beautiful all decorated in traditional style.

The breakfast was limited and mainly consisted of bread and cakes, some fruit and yoghurt would have been nice on some of the days.

A Lovely Riad in the heart Medina of Marrakech with a great service and location.

I booked Palais Chadmi for my guests last April. They loved it and had a great time staying in the Medina close to the famous square of Jemaa el fna and the souks. Raja is very helpful and friendly.The rooms are so spacious with a lovely Moroccan design and beauty. We highly recommended this riad to everyone looking for a a good locations and a mid-range luxury riad...

Everythings is great here and Raja is very helpful and friendly. You will not feel disappointed with your choice. Just book it and trust your choice.

Exceptional

Great location in the middle of the Medina. Very quiet and peaceful inside the Riad with beautiful garden and relaxing chairs to enjoy the nice weather. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of varieties, and the dinner/lunch was also surprisingly good - we had one of the best lamb Tagine there and highly recommend if you want to spend an evening just in the Riad. Internet speed is also good in the common area for video calls etc.

Everything was great. If I have to nitpick - the entrance can have a more obvious sign to help check-in the first time :)

have been to several roads in Marakesh this one stands out. large rooms, good location, pleasant inner space with plants, tasteful design, and facilities that are well kept and of course friendly staff dinner was also one of the best in Morocco

finding the place is a bit difficult but a quick call to raja and all was arranged

very clean and beautiful Very nice Riad , nice rooms and very quiet . The Riad is located in the middle of the Medina and it is very very busy on weekends. When you enter the Riad you enter an oasis of peace .

Breakfast was fresh but I missed bread , butter and a croissant .

Great stay with helpful staff

The interior of the riad is superior. The host was very nice & willing to answer any question we had. The suite was spacious & we enjoyed staying. The terrace was good & relaxing. We had a dinner booked inside the raid & the food great!

The riad is located in a side street in the medina so you may be more careful leaving/returning in night time. The add on services (eg. dinner, transfers etc.) could be a bit pricy.

Raja the manager and also the rest of the staff are super nice and welcoming. the location is also very good, in the middle of the Medina and still very quiet! Very very good breakfast and food in general ♥️

Excellent location and a beautiful Palais

A beautiful Palace in a great location within the market area. Well connected in the centre with the main attractions of the city within walking distance. Roof top breakfasts and open fire, dining rooms with excellent food. The service with a smile, always and accomdated our every need. Thank you !

An oasis in the heart of the Medina!

This is a beautiful and comfortable Riad in an excellent location in the Medina. The staff, especially Raja, is friendly, accommodating and happy to help with whatever you need. The entire staff was available no matter the hour of day or night. They prepared a lovely, simple breakfast every morning and spent time sharing their knowledge of Morocco with me. I did not eat dinner at the Riad but the smells coming from the kitchen were absolutely incredible! The rooms have air-conditioning, and possibly heat, but I did not need it, even though the nights are cold in January! The bed in my room was very firm but comfortable. I truly felt at home here and will stay again!

The riad is beautiful, the rooms are spectacular, all spaces are tastefully decorated. Staff are professional, so helpful and went to great lengths to prepare a delicious banquet dinner for the family. The are is within the Medina, so very central, but quiet at the same time. The walk through the main square was assisted by a porter.

Organisation maybe slightly lacking.

The unbelievable calm inside the Riad given the central location and general Marrakesh chaos. Staff were very friendly (not all speak English, worth knowing some French). The rooms (we actually stayed in 2 due to an error on check-in.) The dinner on the Terrace (and the terrace in general). Best meal we had all week. The Riad architecture is awesome. Very spacious.

The transfer from the airport not showing up. DON'T BOOK A TRANSFER WITH THEM! We waited an hour and then just got a local taxi: do this, it's a fixed rate and stress free. Make sure you have downloaded the map to the riad though as its really not easy to find. Preferably don't arrive late at night, it's a bit unnerving getting from there from outside the medina (no cars inside). They never acknowledged the mistake, and we also had to change rooms after a couple of nights as they originally put us in the wrong room and new guests insisted on their booked room. The lack of signage for the accommodation: we were right in front of the Riad and asked for directions because the sign is so subtile.

Very good

Aziz greeted us warmly and was very pleasant. We found finding the place within the busy Medina was challenging but as soon as you walk me in it was a welcome tranquil respite from the hustle and bustle outside. We had an early morning flight to catch and the staff made sure we had breakfast beforehand and a guide to lead us to a taxi. We truly had a authentic experience by staying in this Raid versus a resort

Lovely hotel and location, great staff but shame about the owner trying to load additional charges

The Riad is located in the heart of the Souk and although outside it was very busy, inside the property it was an oasis of calm and very quiet.

The owner tried to charge us for a transfer from the airport we hadn’t arranged through them and also claimed we owed local taxes that were included in the Booking.com price.

Perfect stay!

Perfect little heaven 2 minutes walk away from Jemaa El Fna. From the moment we stepped inside until we said goodbye, the whole experience has been nothing but magical❤️ The breakfast was made in the kitchen every morning
