Lovely place for our family to have a quick birthday gathering. Would've like to stay longer so that we could've enjoyed the firepit and hot tub in the backyard. The place was clean, well stocked with the basics in the kitchen.

Kwanda breeze is a great location. Although after numerous attempts to contact Meredith Lodge (the company) we were extremely disappointed in their lack of care, productivity and cleanliness. The main bathroom downstairs had urine all over the wall when we checked in. We called immediately and then daily, sometimes twice a day to give them full access to the house to clean it. The bathroom was dirty and was not clean upon our arrival. The rest of the house was clean and great! We simply asked them to come clean it. We stayed 4 days and not once was it clean. We sent pictures and followed up the week after our stay We did not hear back. We have asked for a refund to our cleaning fee and we still have not heard anything. The location is truly great but next time we will rent with a different company.

This was a great place for a large family or group of friends. The kids loved the big bunk bed room, and there was plenty of space for the 11 of us. We also loved the backyard fire pit and hot tub. And you can’t beat this location…just a short walk to the beach and good spots to eat. There were a few spots that could have been cleaned more thoroughly…the hot tub had quite a bit of sand in it (and the filter was overdue to be changed), and then the coffee maker was so dirty it was almost unusable…we managed to get it clean but it took almost an hour to do so. Overall I would still recommend this place, it’s very comfortable especially for a large group. We would definitely book again.

Comfy and welcoming. Buy fire wood but not from down the street, it was all wet and made for very smokey fires. Other than that very accommodating :) kids loved the bunk bed and the hot tub as did us parents!

Excellent property. Clean and kitchen well stocked for large groups who like to cook. Great location backing up to the forest and a block away from the ocean. Ocean sounds on property were lovely.

OUR VACATION
Our stay at your home was nice there were 12 of us. We had just a couple issues: there was a panel on the microwave that was taped on and came crashing down when we used it initially.
I would have liked more and higher quality towels for our number of people and children. Also it was very difficult to figure out, upon selecting a home, the proximityl to the beach. It would be handy too to have had a better description. It was quite a trek with babies to the beach.
The house was really lovely overall, very clean, tastefullly decorated, hot tub very nice. Loved having a fire pit for the three little ones to have smores.

If you want a family game night, I recommend bringing your own as the ones here are mostly missing too many pieces and need updated. But that is absolutely not a deal breaker and this is a wonderful property to stay at. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! Very clean, all the necessities were provided, fantastic bunk room for the kids, wonderful hot tub! Easy access to the beach! Location, size, cleanliness great!
Some of the down sides: No zip locks or containers in the kitchen. No beach toys or gear (chairs, umbrella, shovels or blankets). A lot of the games were broken o missing pieces. No set up to clean sand off before entering the house.

Otherwise our stay was fantastic. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the floor plan is open for entertaining and cooking and the kitchen was nicely and generously furnished. The spa was such a luxury after long walks on the beach. We all loved this place!

My sisters and in laws and friend were all so enamored with Kiwanda Breeze after our weeklong reunion there recently. We needed a few extra household items that the Meredith staff readily supplied. Otherwise our stay was fantastic. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the floor plan is open for entertaining and cooking and the kitchen was nicely and generously furnished. The spa was such a luxury after long walks on the beach. We all loved this place!

The beach was close enough to walk to, and had a big sand dune for climbing. The town is small, and everything closes early, so make sure you plan ahead!

The kitchen had many bonus features—a large pantry, lots of pans, tools and all kinds of small appliances. The outdoor space has a large hot tub, fire pit, and barbecue. What a lovely location—walk to dunes, trails and forest out back and lots of sand for all the diggers! Everyone enjoyed this homey home!
