Sea Forever is one of Folly's Best! This 4 bedroom 3 bath condo is located directly on the beach and on the top floor offering a magnificent view! Recently renovated, bedrooms have brand new wood floors and modern furniture throughout the bright airy living space. It has a well equipped kitchen boasting all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and en suite bathroom as well. The third and fourth bedroom share an attached Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You will find another queen bed in the third bedroom and a queen bed in the fourth bedroom. Private parking for two vehicles are included in this rental as well as a full size washer and dryer. You will also be able to enjoy those beautiful beach front views from the balcony off the living room and primary bedroom. Don't forget this property has 2 pools (Open April - Oct). Sea Forever does not accept pets. An elevator is available for this complex. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. This regime does not allow vehicles other than cars on the premises, this includes golf carts, trailers, motorcycles etc. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Because of the potential of fraud, we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

This is an excellent destination - especially for off-season periods. Beach is excellent (sand is as pristine and rock-free as one could imagine), great for toddlers (very shallow drop-off near shore), yet offers good surfing (as long as you are not hoping for North Shore Hawaii Winter Surf). The residence offers spectacular views, is especially clean and maintained, and all appliances are premium and they work! (We spent a week in a house in Hawaii where the promised W/D did not work; so its not something to take for granted.) Management is local to Folly and very responsive. Way to go Folly's Best Rentals -- this property certainly was.

This was pretty spacious for a condo. 7 of us stayed comfortably here. The location and view was the best part. 1 block from the main Folly area and right on the beach. Can't ask for more.

Every year my four granddaughters and I go on a girl trip. This was the first trip to Folly Beach and we loved it! The condo is beautiful and stocked with any appliance that you could ever need. The oceanfront view was awesome! The pools were nice and kept clean. The town was very laid back and we throughly enjoyed ourselves! We will definitley return!

The condo was wonderful, clean, comfortable. The beach views and access were outstanding, and we loved the flat beach with fun waves. Inside, everyone had their own bathroom. The living room was comfy. The kitchen was the best rental kitchen we've experienced. Laundry facilities were easy to use. The door code made it easy to get in and out. We figured out we needed the key fob for the main parking gate. Shaded parking was excellent. The shopping carts for hauling stuff was unexpected and handy. Well done all around!

Location Location Location as they say! Wonderful spot - very clean and well stocked. Description said it was recently renovated but it was actually in NEED of renovation - needs paint and updates.

The condo was great. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, enough seating outside for all of us on the balcony. The bar across the street had bands nightly and though they were loud, the band stopped playing at 11:00 pm. Overall a really nice place to stay.

Emails needed one page with necessary check in info in one place. I. E. Address of unit, gate code, and door code. We went to the management office because we couldn’t find the unit address. Also our contract stated we would have starter toilet paper and soap to get started. We had nothing. I’m not sure the owner doesn’t know that his manager isn’t providing his guests with these basics. We would like to come back because the unit is lovely. But make sure you bring everything with you.

This place was perfect for our family. Beautiful views and ideal location! Walking distance to the main strip with lots of food and shopping and a short 30 minute drive to downtown Charleston. The condo was very spacious slept 8 people very comfortably. If I could change anything it would be adding beach chairs and towels for beach days. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with us!!

We had the best time during our stay at Sea Forever. The unit was extremely clean, which is huge to us. Although we didn't do any cooking, the unit was well stocked with anything that you could need. One of the very best things about this location is the sound of the ocean so close and the views from the private balcony.
We would definitely recommend this unit and definitely stay again!

We rented a place that the whole family could come visit at different times. Some can for the night and some during the day. We had Christmas Eve together and Christmas Day and after. The unit is the nicest place we have ever stayed. The beds were so comfy , I had to look to see what kind of mattress it was so I can buy one just like it, It was very very cold but we stayed cozy and we even braved the cold 20 degree weather walks on the beach! It was one of our best Christmas ever! Thank you so much for having such a nice place! The kitchen had everything we needed for the making of our famous finger foods for Christmas Eve! We would definitely love to return to stay!

Well upon going to the front door I thought I was going to be disappointed. Door needed to be painted. After entering I found everything was clean and with all the updated appliances. It made us feel comfortable. Would have liked to stay a little longer. The beds were not comfortable as I am a big size guy it happened to be too small and firm for my comfort. Not a big deal. Parking was not addiquit for the family seeing we had three vehicles and was told we would have to park outside the property or be towed even though there was plenty of parking on property do to being off season. Its the little things that add up. I enjoyed the time with my father and the rest of the family. I would visit again knowing what to expect.

The property is fantastic. The location is right on the beach and walkable to everything Folly has to offer. We were even able to take dinner leftovers up to the room instead of carrying them around. It is also really well appointed for all of your vacation needs. Everything needed to cook breakfast, a traditional coffee maker and kuerig. Overall 5 star, just be sure that you have the parking lot code before pulling up.

The condo was nice! Perfect for waking distance to all the bars. Negative side was I had to call the realty company to bring sheets for the master bedroom since the bed was not even made up. They did not leave our welcome basket so we had no toliet paper, paper towels, trash bags or soap. Someone did bring the bag within an hour of calling the realty company and they were nice about it. Messaged the property manager and he never answered back for 24 hours since we were coming down the same day a hurricane hit. William with the realty company was awesome and very professional so thank goodness he helped us since the property manager didn’t.
In all the condo was nice and we had a great time!

Property was very clean and spacious. Ocean views were spectacular. Located within easy walking distance of Folly Beach restaurants and shops. Property was very quiet and peaceful.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at your property! The only 2 hang ups we experienced were I never received a code to get into the parking lot. We had a woman delivering a crib to our condo and she ended up providing a code that she had used previously. Also, I requested a second pool/beach fob at the beginning of our stay and never received one. I was told I’d be contacted in regards to it and that we were supposed to have multiple and I never received a call from anyone.

The couch was the best we've experienced in a rental property, as it had electric reclining seats and was quite comfortable. Our only issue was with the property management company. We called about an issue in the unit the night before we checked out and were told we'd hear from maintenance. We never heard back from anyone. If we'd been staying on longer, I'd have followed up, but it was disappointing that no one tried to reach us about the issue.

We just wanted to get a way for a couple of days, but Sea Forever made us want to stay oh so much longer.
The location is fantastic, with a coffee shop, little restaurants, souvenir shops and of course the beach all either within walking distance and on the bottom floor.
The view from Sea Forever’s balcony is great…a much better view from the top floor than being at ground level.
Getting to downtown Charleston was only about 30 min away and felt like a completely different vacation all within 30 min. On one hand you have the beach. On the other a town steeped in history amidst a small town atmosphere, with a more combined small town, beach-type urban cosmopolitan vibe. A real unusual combination.
After a busy day walking around downtown and sampling the local cuisine, Sea Forever had all of the comforts of a place of tranquility down to each tiniest detail from fine linens to quality fountains and thoughtful decorations to extra blankets and pillows to instructions and a really well done guide book.
Love loved loved our stay at Sea Forever. We will be Forever grateful for our time there and will See you again in the near future.

This property owner has invested in many details we haven’t seen at other places. The beds were quite comfortable. So roomy and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is walking distance to fun nightlife and great food. The live entertainment around town was a nice surprise since it is off season. I would stay here again for sure! (Jetted tub didn’t plug but that was ok and no security bar on patio doors)

Very nice place. I didn’t like the fact there were no chairs in bedrooms. If you wanted to be alone for a while all you had was sitting on a bed. If you wanted to watch a show on tv etc.
