Our home is in a quiet family neighborhood of Dewey/Rehoboth Beach and rents to family groups only (per neighborhood guidelines). Rentals are weekly (Saturday to Saturday) except for Memorial Day weekend (3 days or more). This house is perfect for family gatherings or reunions! Bring the extended family! (2 chairs + table and bench seating) - Neighborhood boat ramp (to Bay) - 2 blocks from home. - Fully stocked kitchen with gas range, refrigerator, full size Washer (HE) /Dryer, microwave, coffeemaker (full pot and pods), 4 slice toaster (bagel capable), blender, etc. The enclosed back porch is a special place for families to relax and enjoy the outdoor beauty inside. Windows across back allow park-like view to back yard landscaping. Guests have commented how much they like relaxing in this semi-private space! A mini-split was added to the back porch for extra comfort. Leave the cars at the house since it's and easy walk to downtown Dewey Beach or take the Jolly Trolley into downtown Rehoboth. 2 wagons are available to take the kids and gear to the beach.
