Located in historic downtown - only 2 blocks from City Hall and a few more to UGA Arches, Classic Center and all that downtown has to offer. Also across the street from 7 acre Lay Park with playground, public pool, Lyndon House Arts Center & Museum and 1/2 a mile to North Oconee River Greenway! Enjoy shopping, dining, live music, festivals, art galleries. A few blocks from the Georgia Theatre and 40 Watt Club down the street from The Foundry. No need for a car but includes 2 designated parking spaces.

The location is close to the Classic Center, but it is an uphill walk. Easy walk back from downtown. A little dated but clean.
