Reviewer Comments:
The house wasn't completely ready at the rental time. The water heater did not work. It took abouta whole night to find the problem to fix it. The refrigerator did not make enough cold, and trash barrels were full of trash.

Loved the cottage
Loved the Cottage it was in a great location near our family members who live on Cape. The bed was comfortable and quiet. I rolled up y
The carpet in the bathroom as that type is like a flying carpet for us Seniors.
The furniture could have been more comfortable, the cooking appliances were great, found everything I needed for cooking. We had a nice dinner in the spacious yard with our son his family and my husbands brother and wife.
If I had any great complaints it was the cable very few channels and could not connect my I pad to internet. Other than that we enjoyed our week.

The house was adequate. The issues were:
1) Mold in the dresser in the double bedroom
2) In the second bedroom, it was impossible to close the door without moving one of the twin beds out of the way. This seems like a fire hazard, as well as a privacy concern.
3). The indoor bathroom was disturbingly small. Fortunately, the outdoor shower was good sized, and had a sink, mirror and bench in that space, so we opted to use that. Even in the rain. The indoor shower curtain was a charming old quilt. Which, had it gotten wet, would have likely created a mold issue in that bathroom as well. Also, when I put 2 towels on the shelf in the bathroom ( which appeared to be for towel storage) it fell off the wall, to which it appeared to have been secured by a single finishing nail.
4). The decor took the “ vintage charm” a little bittoo far, right into tacky. The Dollar Tree geraniums “ planted” in the ground around the house were what pushed it over the edge.
5). Communication? There was no cable. There was no WiFi. The only communication were little notes, which appeared to be from “Grandma”, written on little slips of paper and taped on shelves, etc, with instructions like “Please water the outdoor plants if needed.” Umm, first of all, as mentioned above, the plants were mostly plastic, and secondly, when paying this much for a week at your cottage where I had to supply my own linens, I’m not inclined to function as your gardener.
The positive communication I did have was with the realtor, who was exceptionally understanding and helpful when I called ahead to find out what type of coffee pot was in the house.

Beds were very comfortable. The inside shower as well as its drain had been recently painted over with white latex, resulting in clogged drain with large paint flakes and water up to your ankles. Fortunately, the outside shower was nice! Listing still shows internet included and when I arrived after a 5 hour drive; was told "NO Internet". It impeded our ability to work from the house. Furniture could use some updating.....

Good, inexpensive place to stay.
Cute little cottage. No WiFi, no air conditioning, just basic necessities. All you really need for a week on the Cape, very comfortable.

Cute and cozy
The house was the perfect location! Mid cape. Easy walk to a beach, ice cream, and mini golf. The outside shower was a fun experience. The house had no a/c and it was very muggy. The back of the couch was a little dusty. Other then that it was perfect for what we needed.
