We had a wonderful stay at the condo. We had 8 adults and 2 teens ataying and there was plenty of room. Everything was as stated. It was nice to have a large assortment of beach items for our use in the storage closet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The one negative to the entire experience is check-in day, but if you k ow what you are getting into it makes it a little more tolerable. It starts with the craziness at the office. There will be many people picking up keys in that 4-5 time window. If at all possible you can actually show up earlier in the day, sign all your paperwork and then just pick up your keys and info later, otherwise you have to wait in a different line to sign your papers and get keys. When you get to the condo phase 2 of the check-in process begins. Ninety condos worth of people trying to unload their stuff and get it up 2 elevators. They do have spots right at the condo building(about 5) that you can pull in put your stuff on carts and then go park. Again, if you are mentally prepared for what you're getting into it makes it a little easier. Parking is limited to 2 spaces per condo in the garage across the street. We had 4 vehicles so we left 2 of them at the office parking lot for the entire week and that worked great, no charge. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, spacious, clean corner unit with amazing views. Loved the big balcony. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Well-maintained and clean. Great location- close to tons of things and right on the beach! The lazy River and pool were fun, too. Parking was not an issue. Would stay here again!

The condo was very nice. Everything we need and more. There was plenty of beach chairs and toys for the grandkids. close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The check in at the reality went very smoothly. The major downfall was moving out things into the condo. Everyone was trying to move in at same time. Only 2 elevators for 17 floors. My suggestion is to stagger checking times. Maybe 2:00, 3:00, 4:00 and 5:00.

Location and space was very good. But had to call realty company to clean space again as it was still very dirty when we arrived. We were also asked to look for things that might have been left by a previous guess. That combined with very dusty corners, paintings, etc indicates that this property needs a good deep cleaning more often than it gets

We've visited MB many many times but this was the first at Crescent Shores. This unit we rented was perfect for our family. We absolutely loved it! Very nicely decorated and was spotless on arrival. Having use of the beach chairs and umbrella was so convenient. We also loved the patio table on the balcony so we could enjoy coffee and breakfast out there each morning. Check in and check out was super easy. The amenities were perfect. Pools were kept clean and all in working order. We used the often. We highly recommend this resort and the unit! A++
The only issue we found was with parking. Unfortunately spaces for oversized vehicles are very limited, which we knew ahead of time so this was not a surprise, however they were often occupied by compact vehicles so there were several evenings that had trouble finding parking. Definitely not a deal breaker though. We made it work.

We usually take our grandchildren camping, but this time our whole family of 12 went. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and a lovely condo with plenty of room. We were all disappointed that the lazy river pool wasn't open. 🙁We had 3 cars due to 4 households were coming from different directions-so to not be allowed but 2 parking places on site was a bummer! No other complaints.
We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony! The ocean views are spectacular! The furniture was nice & so very comfortable. The jigsaw puzzles were a fun thoughtful activity for all of us. Thank you for an awesome Spring break 😎😊😍

This is very nice condo. Clean and a great location! We didn't have any issues with the condo during our stay. The only upgrade we would hope for is a keypad entry instead of having to check in and pick up a key.

Great condo. Nicely stocked and suitable for our extended family. Parking was limited but the rental company was accommodating for overflow parking. Would prefer a smoother and less chaotic check in but manageable.

Great location!
Overall this unit was fantastic and the beach was gorgeous. The pool, lazy river and beach were all so close and easily accessible. The check in process and parking situation is horrible.

Great view and location
The bones and location of the condo is great. Walking distance to a few restaurants and stores. Parking can be a nightmare bc you are only allowed two passes so be prepared. We arrived at the condo (after a busy check in at the reality place-be prepared to wait a while) around 5pm and it wasn’t cleaned yet which was quite inconvenient . I called the emergency line and they contacted the reality company and they sent someone over. We put our stuff along one wall and went to the beach to give the cleaners space. The reality company did give us some money back which was great. Otherwise-location is great for families. We had a 3 year old, 2-10 yr old, 11yr old and 12 yr old along with 7 adults and the condo was comfortable. The location’s pools were nice even when crowded. Access to the beach was easy and the condo’s views were amazing. The kitchen came equipped with all the usual kitchen items and utensils. There were no leftover spices so bring your own! The locked outdoor supply closet had plenty of beach chairs, a few nice Umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys and many other things we didn’t pull out so that was super nice as we took a risk and didn’t bring anything! Check in is overwhelming but the condo had employees helping direct people for unloading and helping direct elevator traffic which was great. Overall, very cozy and very enjoyable!

We had family visiting from Minnesota and wanted to be at the beach. This condo had a great view of the beach and the amenities were very nice. We used the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. North Myrtle was a great fit for us and the condo was very comfortable for all 10 of us and well equipped.

Everything was good. The weather could have been better but that was out of your control. One thing when we checked in it would have been nice if a little shampoo bottle and hand soap had been in the bath rooms. Its minor but a nice touch when you come in. Overall a very nice property with nice views.

We have stayed at Crescent Shores for the past few years but in different condos. This was our first time in this condo. It was very quiet being on the end of the building. We loved the living room furniture, definitely the most "cozy" living room we've had. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The amenities are great, especially the kiddie pool for the little ones. Plenty of parking in the parking garage across the street. You should be prepared for check-in and unloading your car to take a few hours. I would suggest not trying to check-in early at the realty office. Wait until 4pm and you will be in a shorter line and should get your keys quicker. We usually go up to the condo and wait until about 6pm to unload the car. The parking and elevator waits are crazy from 4-6. But overall I would definitely recommend this rental for your next beach getaway!

As always .. we loved our week at NMB! This was our 1st time at this location! Was disappointed with the less than pristine clean, that we are used to!! Carpets were dirty! There was food and mess under the beds.. my grandchildren wanted to play in the bedrooms! I wasn’t comfortable with them doing that! And the vacuum did not accommodate vacuuming under the beds, and barely worked! The hall bathroom didn’t even have a shower liner! Bought one at Walmart! The plastic from the old curtain was still in the hooks! And there were used wash cloths hanging in top of the curtain in the shared bath...Not sure if we will rent this one again! We are talking about it...I would recommend this to others, but would mention the above to them.
