Located in Long Beach, this charming condo for R 5,685 per night is a great option for your next trip. Walk to the sugar white sands on the beach with a private gated beach access across the street, or walk to the fairways of Signal Hill Golf Course next door or watch the fountain show from your own oversized balcony. You can have both the ocean within walking distance and the lake off the balcony. You will have amazing views from the 18th floor private oversized balcony. The condo is conveniently located right off the north elevator so no long walks to your vacation home, which makes coming and going much easier. Laketown Wharf has a lake right outside so you can enjoy a relaxing stroll along the boardwalk next to the water, or visit some of the restaurants for an evening out. If a quiet home cooked meal is what you desire, the fully equipped kitchen will be perfect for a relaxing evening at home or enjoy the barbeque grills downstairs for a nice BBQ and night out by the lake. After an exciting day a beach lounging, surfing the waves, sightseeing, touring, or shopping, you will also enjoy the five shared swimming pools and the two hot tubs. There's also a putting green on site (please bring your own putters and balls). Spend your afternoon pool hopping from the lagoon pool and rooftop pool with a hot tub to the large island pool on the lake and zero-edge family pool. There's also a play pool for kids, which has lovely beach views. If this is not enough there is also a fitness center to help work off all the delicious food you will find at the many beachside restaurants. You are centrally located in Panama City Beach. Front Beach Road borders the resort to the north. The bustling street is lined with plenty of shops and restaurants putting you only a quick walk away from educational exhibits at Wonderworks, thrills at Race City, scientific exhibits, and the animals of ZooWorld and beachfront dining at Pineapple Willy’s. You can spend your days lounging on the nearby beach, or hit the road and go sightseeing to the west. From shopping and rides at Pier Park to wet and wild thrills at Shipwreck Island Water Park you have no shortage of opportunities for fun. This three bedroom + bunkroom, three bath condo sleeps 10 and was just updated in September 2022. The updates include all LVP Flooring, paint, appliances, four flat screen TV’s, linens, and all kitchen equipment. The condo is decorated in light beach décor, with comfortable furnishings, and central AC so you'll have a pleasant place to come home to in-between all your explorations. The condo offers free WiFi and cable. There is a washer and dryer in the unit so you can take care of your beach clothes while you make a delicious dinner in the full kitchen or downstairs on one of community grills, then relax and unwind on the balcony and watch the fountain show. The condo will sleep up to 10 people. The three bedrooms have king beds. Two of the bedrooms have private baths. The bunk room has one twin bunk beds. The family room offers a queen sleeper sofa. Snowbirds welcome! If you're looking for a long-term stay during fall and winter, give us a call for our special rates. *Please note, all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A photo ID will be required for each guest checking in. Thank you! * Resort Fees: You will need to go to security in the front lobby and bring a copy of your rental agreement and photo ID. Tell them you are renting from the owner in unit 1834. You will need to obtain a parking pass and wrist bands for each guest for your stay. The HOA will charge an additional Fee payable to the HOA/Club property. Please make sure the pass is displayed in front windshield in the left hand corner. Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed. Water Access: Private beach access is located just across Thomas Drive by Pineapple Willy's, and a public access is located across the street near the South parking garage. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental. The gate code for beach access at Pineapple Willy's will be provided.

The condo is beautiful and spacious. The location is great. Its close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and the beach is just across the street. Wendy is great. She is an excellent communicator. The only thing is that the condo could have been more clean. Other than that is was a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, nice and central to everything. Love the pools and hot tubs which worked great for the kids. Agree with others about elevator slowness. Hopefully the property can rectify the issues with the main elevators off the parking garage on the north building. Would rent again. Thanks Wendy!

Everything advertised is accurate… Location is close to everything… Beach a simple walk across the street… Elevators are extremely slow… avoid using elevators during busy hours around the resort. Other than that everything was fine my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Unit was very dirty and cleaning services had to return. Patio hadn’t been cleaned and patio furniture old and need replacement. Elevators were extremely slow, hot,dirty, and stayed full. We met several families complaining about their units and the dissatisfaction. We tried finding other accommodations but due to holiday weekend, everything was booked. My family checked out a day early. I will not stay in this unit again!

This property was very nice. The condo was big and clean. Plenty of space and one of the best air conditioners I have ever experienced. It will freeze you out of there even on high. The owner provided chairs , wagon and a tent and other items for beach. It was in a good location to everything. Walmart was right across the street , also several restaurants and activities to do. The zoo is only a mile down the road , it was small but very cute and alot of hands on , you will think pricey but it was way worth it. Only downfall in PCB in this area is there is alot of young adults who like to disobey so the beach got shot down from 10pm to 5am everyday. Also as everyone else has said the elevators were slow but not that bad. There was 2 or 3 days there was only 2 working but they finally got them back working and it was fine. The ice cream shop downstairs was amazing , got it everyday. The pools were huge and amazing. Security was always checking people's band making sure they belonged on property which I liked. Overall it was nice and kids enjoyed so that's all that matter.

Renting with Vrbo was wonderful I use them all the time and they have great condo that includes resorts. The pictures shown for this condo was until it shows you that 2 twin bunkbeds in hallways but it was only 1 twin bunked. They only provided a half roll of tissue for 2 of the bathrooms and 1full for the 2nd bathroom. We managed to make it through the next morning being it was ALL ladies. I contacted the host she replied 3 hours later. The ELEVATORS was HORRIBLE the whole stay we had to wait 30 til 45 minutes just to get on. Smh otherwise the resort is very beautiful.

This condo was great! Location was fantastic and we were able to walk most places we wanted to go to. The elevators weren’t nearly as bad as I expected them to be. We only had one long wait time the whole 6 days we were there. We will definitely stay again!

Not near enough elevators for this giant property, you will spend a ton of time waiting on and inside the elevators. Everyone is waiting, which generally causes you to stop on every floor with people waiting to get on. This was the norm all week, unless before 8 am or after 9pm.

The elevators are ridiculous. Need to use between 10;00 pm and 7 am I was on 18th floor with 3 kids 2,6,9 was not walking stairs. So if you plan on going anywhere leave hour and half before you need to get there

When we arrived at the condo we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. We immediately contacted the owner and she was very apologetic. We also had issues with the washer and dryer. We again notified the owner and she contacted a maintenance person. The condo is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very well stocked with anything in g you will need to cook. You will need to take beach towels. Some advice to future renters. The elevators outside the condo are very busy. There are other elevators down the left side of the building that move much faster.

This condo was beautiful and comfortably fit our group of 9 adults. We had problems with our wrist bands and parking passes when we arrived the first day but Wendy was AMAZING to work with and did everything she could to get us situated quickly. The location is great and just a short walk to the beach. The other reviews say the elevators were ridiculously slow but we honestly did not have this problem the entire time. Overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place if you have a larger group like we did.
