Nestled in Sun Valley, this lovely house for R 7,441 per night is a great choice for your next break. First Bedroom - Queen Second Bedroom - Queen Third Bedroom - Double over Double Bunk Bed This well-designed 3 bedroom/3.5 bath townhome is perfectly located with golf course views and in the heart of Elkhorn Village. On the main level, you will find an open living area with high ceilings and lots of windows for great light. The living area has a gas log fireplace and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. The dining area is spacious and will seat 6. Access to patio with gas grill and yard are both accessible from the dining and living areas. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, and Mt views. The master bath has 2 separate sinks, a sunken jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a double-sized bunk bed, a 27-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a full-size bath with shower/tub combo and single vanity. There is a half bath in the hallway leading to the two bedrooms on this level. On the lower level of this townhome is the third bedroom. This room has a Queen-sized bed, a 31-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a full-size bath with shower/tub combo and single vanity. The full-size laundry room with a washer/dryer is down the hall from this bedroom. The garage has parking space for one car and a 50 Amp Tesla charger which should charge 40+ miles per hour Complex Features: This townhome is located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, swimming, and the entertainment of the Elkhorn Resort are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Guests of this home have access to the pool, sauna, and hot tub at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed before your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf are open from May through October (weather permitting). Please note: We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.

Over the years, we have stayed at a number of placed in Sun Valley, but this is the very best. Clean, well furnished, no issues at all. Will come back to this unit.

Our family consisted of two grandchildren, their parent and me…Nana We were completely happy with everything except the lower bedroom. My daughter and son in law were in that room and it was quite inconvenient in two areas. No dresser or nightstand for one side of the bed. It was quite a nuisance without a place to put phones, glasses, books etc, normal things one wants to be easily accessible. They had to had to live out of their suitcases on the floor. There was plenty of space in the closet though. We would return because the condo was the perfect size for us. Clean, beautifully equipped with comfortable furniture and beds…..

This is a nice, modern, clean and well located condo. Pictures accurately display home and we very much enjoyed our stay. One small item.....the oven controls are not intuitive. Adding instructions on its use would be helpful. We finally figured it out, but it took some time. Otherwise, everything worked great and very comfortable.

To get out of the heat of SLC over the 4th of July weekend was much needed. The condo was very well appointed, had all the amenities you would expect. The Pool and Tennis courts right nearby were a great addition.
Will come stay again.

Stayed for a week in August. 4 adults and 2 children had plenty of space. Amazing great room and kitchen. Very nice pool, hot tub and tennis clay tennis courts across the street. We rode our bikes to town several times but does involve some hills. Great area for walking. Is next to Elkhorn golf course and spent a few evening hitting a few balls on adjacent holes. Would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. It fit the needs of our entire family. We loved being on a golf course and close to a pool, tennis and hiking on the premises. Absolutely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean and well stocked. Elkhorn is quaint and quiet. Our kids loved the bike trails and had a wonderful time riding their bikes and swimming at the pool.

We already had to wait to check in and then they made us wait because they weren’t sure it was ready (it was after 4pm). And then we got there and it was 60 degrees in the house! We were all freezing for a couple hours until it warmed up. And then the next day after skiing we came home and it was 60 degrees again! Apparently the heat adjusts daily. That annoyance aside, the house was excellent. Would highly recommend the house although if I were them I would get a different a different property manager.
