Excellent space for 5 kids 3 and under and 8 adults Plenty of bathrooms and shower space, tubs for bathing Nice kitchen layout A large fry pan would be helpful and some plastic wrap baggies but those are small things Clean bathrooms, well stocked with towels Missing shampoo conditioner and bath soap Would stay again, beautiful fenced yard and quiet neighborhood

We were in town for a couple days for our nephew's wedding. It was perfect for 4 families to stay. All adults had comfy beds and kids were happy on air mattresses. We would definitely stay at this beautiful home again.

We rented this property and another nearby owned by the same gentleman. Both houses were stocked well in the kitchens and bathrooms. Extra towels and pillows and air mattresses for the kiddos. 3 generations shared both homes and we had fun gathering at a location nearby.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house! The setup was very convenient for us as we had 3 families each with 2 kids 2 and under. The bedrooms were spacious and we each had our own full bathroom. The basement had plenty of space for the kids to play. We loved how it was in between the zoo and the outlet malls which were the two main places we were going for the weekend. The neighborhood was also very nice! We had one issue while there, but the host was extremely responsive to our feedback which was greatly appreciated.

This house was perfect for hosting all of our children and their spouses/girlfriends and our grandchildren. Lots of space and nice outside gathering areas as well. Highly recommend.

Our travel basketball team stayed at this property. Nine boys from Florida loved the basement and seeing snow for the first time. House had tons of plates, blankets, and air mattresses for the kids. The four bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the owner spent some money making sure the beds are high quality. Very accommodating and helped answer questions when we had them. A bit pit of the way for where we were playing but that wasn't the owners fault. We will stay here again next year. Fantastic weekend and the house and owners were fantastic. Don't bother looking for another VRBO in Omaha, this one and his other property close by were perfect!

We are a group of Nurses that graduated together. As we get older, we realize the importance of gathering and keeping it simple. The group made up three from California, one from Iowa, two from Minnesota, and the rest from Nebraska. As a side note we went to see “school of rock “ at the Community Playhouse which we all enjoyed.

Multiple families covering each generation 5-75 stayed here and everyone had space and comfort! Everyone said their beds were extremely comfortable, the house was stocked with everything we needed for a weeks stay, and the outdoor space was wonderful!! I think we actually spent more time outside than in! The owner was extremely patient and accommodating when I had to change our dates a few times (family reunion ..people can't make decisions🤦🏻‍♀️). Location to all the shopping/amenities needed in a wonderfully well kept neighborhood. Cannot say enough great things about this property!

Property was clean, easy to access, and the communication with the owner was excellent. Scott was prompt, and the house was well equipped for our needs. Easy access to downtown, and held our group of 7 to 9 very comfortably. Plenty of sheets, towels, etc. Thanks very much!

The property was in a great location for our family wedding and reception and worked well for the group of family that we had staying there, however the carpet had several spots, which made us question how clean it was. There was supposed to be an iron and ironing board, but there was no board to be found. We had traveled and had to get ready for a wedding. The owner told me to go buy one and he'd reimburse me. I did and he didn't. Also there were 2 irons. We found out why. The first one used burned a hole in my daughter in law's dress, so then we knew to use the other one! This is nice property in a residential neighborhood, but the owner could do a nicer job keeping it up. I hope the next guests enjoy the ironing board that we donated!

Quiet. Spacious.. Well stocked with paper products, soap, dishwasher detergent, bedding, trash bags etc.. perfect for 5 adults , 3 kids. The large garage came in handy for our wedding provisioning needs.
