The location was perfect. Unfortunately, while clean and tidy, the house smells moldy and damp, a bit like a wet dog. The water in the toilet bowls and from the tap was brown. We didn't shower the first day and got our drinking water in town for the entire stay. The water did eventually clear up but we didn't trust it for drinking. Zero cell phone and TV reception. Couldn't log into the provided service as our phones wouldn't work at the house. The online photos of the furnishings don't show the actual worn out look. The grouting in the kitchen countertops is moldy in places which can be a health risk. Mendocino is a lovely, inviting town and we look forward to future visits. I'm just not sure if I'll trust VRBO again.

This was a wonderful property located in the 17th.Avenue block N. Fort Laurderdale Beach Blvd. .Walking distance to great dining. Walking distance to the water taxi on the intercoastal waterway. This is a must for anyone. Great way to see the area and get to proper Fort Lauderdale. The home has 5 bedroom 3 1/2 baths. Everything in working order. Two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs. The plates, glasses, stemware, flatware, pots and pans were plenty for a property of this size and all in great shape. We were a group of ladies that represent a rental company, Coastal Getaways of South Carolina. We went to relax and rejuvinate from a busy 2022, and boy did we. We were amazed at the quality of the furnishings and linens that were with this home. The pool and pool furniture was comfy and enough beach chairs for all. The beach chairs were in great shape too. Esti the property manager was mangnificent to work with. One of the ladies left her passport. She reached out to Esti and the passport was mailed and tracking number given within hours. Great customer service you have it here. If you are looking for a team building spot, family reunion, or just a great place to getaway this is it. Great communication and the property was a 100% as described online. You can not go wrong. We hope to get back next year.

We were there there with 6 - 21 year olds. They had an awesome time, outside pool area was great. Great sunsets :) Nothing is within walking distance, but just a short uber ride away The ice maker in the 1st floor kitchen didn't work, but we did have the 2nd floor ice maker. Cushions on the chairs could be updated Overall, it was a great house and exactly as described.

Beautiful location nice pool few broken pool deck bricks, house was nice little worn floors need help. Bring your own soaps, and shower supplies they don’t supply any of those things, host was friendly and let us get in a little early witch was nice and let us stay a little later witch was appreciated. All in all pretty nice place views for days. Enjoy your stay. Check out capital grill best steak house ever.

First I want to thank Esti, the property manager, for her professionalism. The house is in a great location and it’s a great house. The pool area is fantastic. The house needs update on flooring inside and outside. The outdoor furniture was great but cushions could be replaced. Some bath towels were just too old.and bar soap should be available in all bathrooms. All the family agreed that the beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows.The house was well equipped with refrigerators and cooking utensils. The upstairs balcony is great for the evenings but needs a little bit more of furniture. I do recommend the house.

The house is below average. Several issues: (1) The house smelled like mildew and rotted seaweed for the entirety of our stay. (2) It was dirty upon arrival. One of our friends was convinced there were bedbugs. We saw numerous roaches. (3) No soap / shampoo, so if you are staying here, go to Walgreens immediately to purchase soaps / laundry detergent / bug spray (you will need it). (4) Location to the beach is great, but the water is filled with seaweed in this part of Ft Lauderdale (5) Lock your doors at night! We saw numerous people meth’d out either asleep on the sidewalks or dancing (to no music) in the middle of the night near the house. (6) One of the toilets was broken and overflowing. The handy man was quick to arrive though, so that was good. In general, a stinky overall visit for the amount of money they charged. Not worth the stay.

Let me begin by saying, Este, our property manager, was amazing. Everything was seamless and anything we needed, she was there or offered to do it for us. The house was amazing, perfect for families with both an upstairs and a downstairs living and kitchen areas. The main level bedrooms made it easy for those not wanting to climb stairs. Every bedroom had access directly outside to the pool area. Open a door to the pool/balcony or stay inside in the comfort of the A/C. The ability to do laundry was a plus and reduced packing. The BBQ grill was perfect and the pool area pleasant, a great place to swim daily and relax in the evenings. Location was perfect. Everything you could possible want was accessible withing a mile. The beach was 20 yards away and the A1A address was entertaining if you chose to watch people or private with a wall and landscaping positioned perfectly. We had plenty of room with 8 members of the family staying on property and 4 others who lived in the area and the only criticism was that the butcher knives needed sharpening. Thank you Este!

The property was perfect.actually the pictures do not do it justice. It's way nicer in person. The property manager was very nice and communicated well whenever we needed her. The view from the balcony was great and location was perfect. W enjoyed our stay and will be using thi property again.

The house was clean when we arrived. Everything was as pictured in the VRBO listing. Kitchens were well-stocked with everything needed to cook and use the grill. Pool and beach accessories were plentiful-chairs, umbrellas, balls, buckets, squirting toys, etc. The host was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Two things that were not mentioned in the VRBO listing were that the host requests the thermostat be kept at 75 degrees which is much warmer than the temperature at which we normally sleep and there is no on-street parking so if you are traveling in an RV or with a trailer you may need to find somewhere else to park it. Besides those two items we got exactly what we thought we would and everything went well.

My family and friends stayed here over the weekend and we had a very nice time. The children loved the pool and the easy beach access. And the adults enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and the grill/kitchen on the ground floor. My husband and I watched the sunrise each morning with coffee on the balcony and others went over to the beach to watch it. This is a great place for large groups who want to enjoy time outside together.
