About this house rental
Located in Lake Livingston, this lovely house for R 3,592 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Enjoy our 4 bed, 2 full bath 1880 Sqft mid-century modern lakehouse with beautiful lakeview from the front and at 100 steps from the back deck to the lively Cape Royale marina. Optional fee for access to the community pool, $90/family for 7 days, need 6 days notice and the names of up to 6 adults. The lakehouse is equipped with WIFI, wood fired stove (BYO wood), good beds and mattresses and a nice deck under the trees at the back of the house. Fully equipped remodeled kitchen with supply of coffee, tea, sugar, salt, ketchup, mustard and BBQ sauce. Bed linens and towels provided. Kids toys, booster seat, video and DVD library. Private parking for four cars or three cars + boat trailer. Bring your boat (Cape Royale charges a $20 fee, I believe) and fishing gear. Alternatively, I can take max. 6 persons out in our boat, for a fee and subject to weather and my availability. Fishing dock and three boat ramps are nearby at the marina. Cape Royale has basketball courts, beach volleyball, nature trail, playground and lakefront parks and is child friendly. Optional fee for access to the community pool: $90/family for 7 days, we need 6 days notice and the names of up to 6 adults for registration with the POA.

Our family had a wonderful visit at this property over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and well stocked. The owners Frederik and Sylvia were available and answered questions promptly. The wood stove was burning and ready for us when we arrived on a cold November day. We will definitely return here!!!

Our stay at the lake house in this nice neighborhood exceeded expectations. The marina added a serene touch to the surroundings. We enjoyed expending family time at the large table on the deck. The well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking essentials made meal preparation a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

This lake house is in the trees, along a creek very, close to the marina. We reserved a slip for our boat which convenient and fun. The house is roomy, well cared for, and well supplied with dishes, kitchen items, bath towels and bedding. There is also a cloths washer & dryer and all appliances and AC are in good working order. There is also parking for 4 cars which is more than many similar locations. The Cape Royal community is very nice and the location is beautiful. Over all the house is comfortable, pleasant to be in, and hosted our family perfectly. Wish we could stay there all summer!

Enjoyed our time, just would have liked to have been able to make the rain go away. We did have some time to enjoy the back deck though. The host had good communication. The kitchen was very well stocked. The large couch was nice. Comfortable seating for several people. We also had plenty of area for parking. Nice area fro get out and take a walk.

What a great place! The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. It was spacious, bed were comfy and the decor was inviting. We couldn’t get over how well stocked the place was. It had EVERYTHING you need, and more. Definitely recommend!

Property was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes and cleaning supplies. All you needed for a getaway at the lake. Description of the property and ammenties is accurate. The owner was hospitable and communicative. When we get a chance, we will visit again.

Our family really enjoyed spending the Thanksgiving holidays in Fred and Sylvia's beautiful home. They were such great hosts and the property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace, lots of seating and dining outdoors looking at the beautiful view of the lake and marina. The community was also great and we loved hiking the trails. We definitely plan to return!

It’s a great gateway: spacious, clean house with everything you need and even more. The neighborhood is so beautiful and safe. There are hiking trails and a small playground. It’s very quite. We did have a small issue with a thermostat not working on the first floor but Fred brought us wood to warm it up. Thank you so much! We are very happy with our stay!

Great home in Cape Royale near the marina!
We had a great stay at this property the week of Thanksgiving. The owner provided great communication and clear instructions for check-in. The home was very clean, which I can imagine is challenging being in nature with all the trees and critters. I was surprised by the cleanliness. The home was well-appointed and comfortable. We had a great stay and would recommend this property to others. It would be good for two families with kids, since there are two bedrooms upstairs and two down - each family could take a floor. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home!

Family Birthday Celebration
The home is very accommodating for a group. We did not have a large group and had many more beds than we needed but it was very nice to have space. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. Everything worked and our family enjoyed the outside deck very much for sitting and cooking out. There is a large outdoor table that accommodates a lot of people and plenty of seating. A beautiful setting. Host were very sweet and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Slice of heaven on the lake
We lucked out finding this adorable lake house just before Labor Day. Well stocked kitchen and house! This worked great for our high school and college aged boys!

We are a two time renter here. Kitchen is well stocked with any spices, seasonings, or condiments you may have forgotten. Location is right near the Point Royale Marina, so you can get out and walk along the water Point Royale has a 1 mile nature trail where you can hike and see deer, turtles, and even an alligator. The swimming hole is just a short drive away. Other hiking and activity areas (double lake natural area and wolf creek park) are nearby for day trips. Overall a great family vacation. Hosts are fantastic and responsive although never any issues with the house. Big living area and kids bedrooms are downstairs while adults are up. Plenty of games and a great porch for enjoying downtime. Will be back!

30 Harbour Row Circle, is an OUTSTANDING property. Everything was clean, comfortable, spacious with easy access to the marina. The owners were especially gracious and saw to all of our needs.
