Located in Lake Livingston, this lovely house for R 3,315 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We can't wait to host y'all in our newly remodeled lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and is perfect for a family vacation or group getaway. There is plenty to do in the house - 65' tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wiiU. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door. The property has the perfect location - right on the water, next to a boat launch and Livingston is only a 10 minute drive away.

Wonderful weekend! House is lovely and so well stocked!!

We were 45 minutes early so the cleaning lady didn't get to finish. Although we told her we would stay out of her way. The listing says 5 bedrooms but not entirely accurate. It was 3 bedrooms and a loft. All this were minor issues. We enjoyed our stay and the home was otherwise great. Easy access to the lake!

Wonderful Retreat
This was my first time using VRBO. Was pleasantly surprised. Our Host was always prompt when answering my questions. The home was perfect for our family of 8. Everyone had a great time playing games and catching lots of fish. We're all looking forward to a return visit

This property is perfect for a family getaway or a girls weekend. The owner was great at communicating information to us and was easy to get in touch with when needed. Our only issue with the property was the cleanliness. I did bring our concerns to the owner and she was understanding and made it right.

Overall our stay was enjoyable and the house has a nice layout. View of the lake on a stormy day was dramatic as we watched the choppy waves roll in. There were minor issues with the ice maker not working so we did have to make a quick run for that. Not sure what's going on with upstairs bedroom window coverings which had torn mini blinds with curtain panels over them and a third pull down shade over the whole thing. Made it impossible to have the window uncovered at all for natural light. Upstairs bathroom was not clean as well as the downstairs windows which have the beautiful view of the lake. More lamps overall would have been appreciated as well as window coverings in living room. There is a wood burning fireplace however there were no accessories to go with it nor any instructions on its use. Like maybe it's not intended to be used anymore.
These things were not a deal breaker and we did enjoy our stay and the location and neighborhood were great. Communication with the host was fantastic.

This could not have been a more perfect place for our girls trip. We were looking for a quiet and serene place to relax and recoup and re-energize and we found it. What a cozy home! We really enjoyed sitting on the patio looking at the lake and watched all the birds and squirrels. Alli was amazing to communicate with if we had any questions she was very quick to respond. Will definitely keep on our list to go back to.

This is by far one of the best rental houses I've stayed in. We stayed here for a guys weekend and it was the perfect getaway! The home was very spacious and very clean. A fully stocked kitchen, huge back/side yard, and full of every amenity needed. It was truly a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed the views, outdoor patio and outdoor options. Two large tables, separate rooms, loft, and bathrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out. This stay was our best. The house felt like home. It is very very comfortable, very easy on the eyes, has a great view, fantastic outdoor setup, and every amenity you would need. Plenty of room to work, work out and decompress. If for work or play, this place doesn't disappoint. Owner/Management is considerate, friendly, helpful, prompt and kind.

Great location. Great house!
Everyone was looking forward to getting away for a while. This house lived up to all of its expectations and more. Everyone had a great time and loved the house. Not too far from restaurants and shopping. Right on the water. We caught the fish in the canal right behind the house. Everything was clean, beautiful and comfortable.

A quick get-a-way
Allison, was wonderful at accommodating our every need! A very cute place to stay. We had everything we needed and more! Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Beds were amazingly comfortable and cozy! We recommend this house to anyone with a larger family!
