Located in Lake Livingston, this charming house for R 2,763 per night is a great option for your next trip. For your enjoyment we have a spacious three bedroom two bath home with a large back porch facing the water. The home is setting on a large piece of property with beautiful shade trees making it excellent for outdoor activities. The backyard is fenced to let your four legged friends be able to enjoy being outside also. There is a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Large walk in shower to make it easy for elderly. The home is located on a protected cove making it ideal for boating, kayaking, or canoeing. There is a dock for fishing. We have volleyball, horse shoes, and bean bag toss for playing when your not fishing. A short boat ride to Goat Island where there are sandy beach's and excellent swimming. There is an additional bunk house that sleeps four that can be rented for an additional fee.

Enjoyed a relaxing few days at the lake. Our teen boys loved using the pedal boat and kayak and the dogs loved playing in the fenced in yard. This was our second stay here and we are hoping to come back sometime!

We all enjoyed our stay. Wish we weren't in a drought but can't control mother nature. Host was great with last minute questions and changes to meet our needs. House was well stocked as well.

We had a group of 8-9 guys come up for a weekend so the 2 biggest needs were a big yard and enough beds and this house had both! Unfortunately, the lake is insanely low and will take quite a few rain showers to build it back up but the space and overall house were perfect and exactly as advertised.

Thank you so much Barb for letting us stay at your house ,it was awesome probably one of the best stocked ones I have ever stayed at ,We were a little let down when we arrived I originally rented it so we could take the boys down fish off pier and play in water ,a few days before we arrived I got message that we couldnt put a boat in water there that water was too low water was not low it was gone there was cracked dirt some sluge and mud on out I would have appreciated Barb being a little more forthcoming as to condition of lake we made the best of it played games etc awesome house if you are not looking for water access would definately recommend it !

We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The inside of the house was nice and clean. It made you feel like you were at your own house. We enjoyed our trip and was wonderful being able to have our fur babies with us. We will be back for another stay. The host answered all our questions in a very timely manner.

What an amazing stay at a fantastic price. The house is well equipped with everything you could need. My family enjoyed jet skiing on the lake with the convenient boat slip. We spent hours outside just enjoying the lake view. Beds were comfy and plenty of room for our group of 6. Amazing stay, would come again!

The house was comfortable for all our family and friends to visit. We enjoyed the inlet view. Was able to see the birds dive into the water catching fish. The house was very well stocked!!! Even had enough coffee !!!! I would highly recommend this house

We stayed in the main house. It was beautiful inside and out. The weather cooperated with us. We had 80s during the day and 50s at night with no rain. The creek is still low. We were not boating or fishing, so it was not a problem for us. Our little dog loved lying out in the fenced yard. Debra was very responsive to all my questions before and during our trip. If the occasion arose, I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay Labor Day weekend 2022. The host was very communicative and observant of our needs. Checking in with us throughout the weekend and making sure everything was ok. They even came and cleaned out debris from the water that was apparently unusual due to a storm up north. We would absolutely stay here again.

We rented this property for my sister’s wedding. The property was beautiful and her wedding turned out perfect! We had about 100 guests and there was plenty of space. The home itself was well maintained with nice amenities and furnishings. We really enjoyed our time and plan to visit again in the future for a vacation!

The property came as shown online. The owners were super responsive when a question arises. We were lucky that no one had rented the other property on the land so we did not have to share the outdoor space. Plenty of amenities, like pots, pans, electric hand mixer, ect. My only suggestion is to add a set of flatware/silverware (no teaspoons were left in the set that I could find.). The display on the oven doesn’t work but the oven is functional. It was pretty shallow in the channel so had difficulty pulling the boat up to the house. But the kids enjoyed the paddle boat. Great job & we will be back on our next visit to family in the area.

I live near Houston and for my Husband he wanted to just get away from the city and spend some relaxing quiet moments with his family. We had a really nice time. Beautiful house everything we needed was available and plenty of room for everyone.

Our stay was pretty good! House was as listed. My family and I vacationed to celebrate a b-day and the owners went above and beyond. It was such a nice surprise to see the house had a little b-day decor. However, the owners did come on the property every day we were there… to mow and do other yard work. And while we appreciated it, we felt like they could have done the yard work prior to us coming. The listing does say there is an additional bunk house on property but does not say about other houses on property. There were other people staying ( not in bunk house listed) that came onto the lawn where we were playing games. We thought at first trespassers but realized they were in a house closer to road. Other than that we had such an amazing time. Best feature is that porch in the backyard!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs and my son's enjoyed using the boats. Since we were there the week before Christmas, having the fully decorated Christmas tree and lights on the house was so nice! The host was very responsive to any of our questions. We hope to come back again sometime!

It was awesome. The house was great. The property was awesome. Waking up and drinking coffee on the porch, looking at the water, and trees, fishing, going to bed with the sun set, and then you could actually see the stars. Plus with all the space on the property to walk around…it was perfect. We can’t wait to go back every year. Nicest host you will ever have the pleasure of dealing with ! We had an event here and she made everything so easy! Very friendly husband who even came to help! Amazing and blissful, the pictures don’t do this place justice for the peace you feel on this property.
