Les repas sont excellents mais malheureusement l’environnement n'est pas agréable lorsque l'on est Français sans même parlé de la politesse. Je n'ai vraiment pas l'habitude de me plaindre ou de faire des scandales mais là c'est vraiment inacceptable avec une suite à ce prix!!!!

Le personnel n'a pas pris en compte ma demande et mon heure d'arrivé. Le menage dans la chambre n'a pas été fait durant 2 jours et nous avons du insisté pour le changement du couchage et des serviettes de toilettes. (Dans un hotel à ce prix avec une suite c'est inadmissible!!!!)

Lekkere ontspannen vakantie.

Het is een prachtig, sfeervol en nieuw hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Er is veel mogelijk en de drankjes zijn heerlijk. Het is rustig gelegen en er is voldoende te doen (in hoogseizoen). Ook het feit dat het een Adults Only hotel is, was voor ons een groot voordeel.

We kregen niet drie kamers naast elkaar, terwijl we dat wel hadden aangegeven. Waarschijnlijk is dit bij het inchecken verkeerd gegaan, we hebben er geen punt van gemaakt maar vonden het wel jammer. Verder viel het tegen dat één van de restaurants en de meeste zwembaden al gesloten waren (laatste week voor sluiting) en dat je voor de wellness moest bijbetalen terwijl de wellness zelf niet zoveel voorstelt.

Lovely hotel great Pilates class. Two lovely restaurants.

Not much do except go to gym when weather was not good to sunbath. Which suited me but my partner could not scuba dive sea state not safe. No activities

Unvergessliche Tage im Hotel: Eine Erholungsoase mit Charme

Unsere Zeit im Hotel war wirklich schön. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war gemütlich und die Betten waren super bequem. Die kleinen Macarons zur Begrüßung waren eine nette Geste, die uns ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht zauberte. Der Rooftop-Pool war entspannend, besonders am Abend mit Blick auf die Lichter von Saint Antonio.. Auch wenn es einen zweiten Pool gab, haben wir uns fast immer für den Rooftop-Pool entschieden. Er hatte einfach eine besondere Atmosphäre. Das Essen im À-la-carte-Restaurant war köstlich. Die Gerichte waren gut zubereitet und hatten wirkliches Sterneküchen-Niveau. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, und es war schön, dass sie uns mit unseren Namen ansprachen. Besonders angenehm überrascht waren wir vom Preis für unseren Aufenthalt. Es war wirklich erschwinglich, besonders für die Qualität, die geboten wurde. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub, und wir würden gerne wiederkommen

A relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Food was brilliant. Staff were so helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Lots to do at the hotel and only a short walk away from the beach.

Me and wife had a fantastic time in TRS! Top quality hotel with food and drinks excellent! Would recommend to any coupe

The locations, safety the quality of rooms, food and drinks! The atmosphere In afternoons with Dj and dancers! Close to San Antonio and nearby beach! Plus roof top pool was class!

- poor food - dirty communal bathrooms - concierge never available - app doesn’t work - no conditioner in bathroom both days - can’t get reservations in the better restaurants - tv kept automatically turning on - room service kept knocking at midnight when it was not our order and woke us up

Great hotel just perfect for a week on this lovely island.

Beautiful location, great staff, varied entertainment and amazing food. We were impressed that all the restaurants were included in the all-inclusive package.

The room cleaning was ad hoc and we needed to chase on a few occasions to make sure it was done. Our minibar was not restocked throughout the whole week despite asking specifically. We had to ask twice for an iron before one was delivered to the room, and it was listed in the facilities for that room type so should have been there anyway.

It was alright.

The buffet was great because of the variety it offered, the two other restaurants had pros and cons. Helios is the better if the two; however, we had several dishes that were severely under seasoned. The room with the seaside view was great and we liked that the beach was so close. The staff was friendly.

The hotel should offer more for the TRS signature level guests. Overall, it is not worth purchasing. Room service is not included in the “all inclusive” theme of the hotel and it was difficult/not worth utilizing the butler. It was unfortunate given the amount of money we spent staying here. We didn’t like how far away the hotel was from activities and that the hotel didn’t offer transportation to and from the airport, that was a huge negative. The bracelet to get into the room was cumbersome and uncomfortable wearing. Again, the butler service was not great at all and if it were it would have helped make our experience staying here better.

The best retreat a couple can ask for

We had the most amazing stay at TRS Ibiza Hotel, the staf is so friendly and helpful. The service of Juan Carlos from the butler service and Mariana from the house keeping is just PERFECT! Mariana is such a kind person and welcomed us so nice from the first moment we arrived. Juan Carlos helped us with everything we needed and requested. We will definitely come back!

The only remark we can give is after a stay of 5 nights at the hotel, a late check out (15h instead of 13h) would have been much appreciated. Unfortunately this was not possible even when we knew the room is not occupied the same night.

A lovely stylish all inclusive hotel with good food and friendly staff

Stylish yet comfortable. I think the hotel has been renovated recently so everything new and in good order and condition. Good food and friendly staff. We arrived at 9.30 am, our room was not ready but we were able to have breakfast and lunch before checking in as part of the all inclusive package. Similarly we could have lunch after checking out. They also upgraded our room!

Not a huge issue, but sometimes we had to wait a bit for the lifts. They have 3 lifts but a rooftop bar as well so sometimes the lifts were a bit in demand

Hotel was lovely - we have stayed in the sister hotel Bless before and it really had the same vibe. Rooms were lovely. Staff were super helpful and the waiters at the pool were great. Food was great and music by the pool was great in the afternoons

I had asked to be on the first 2 floors only as I get vertigo and they said that was fine but then put me on the 7th floor. The food was great but I am a coeliac so it’s really important allergy info is correct - they have screens at all the different food stations informing you on the allergens in each dish but these were wrong. It is just lucky I am really aware of what might have it in and everything I double checked it had gluten in. They were good with giving me gluten free bread and made me a pizza one day - but the screens should be done with more care, it’s really bad for me if I eat gluten but if it was a severe allergy it could end up even worse
