A pleasant stay.

Had no breakfast onsite as I am a late riser. Hotel is centrally located with short and easy walking distance to all amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. The whole hotel is comfortable and clean.

Not recommended for families - Too small

The location is good.

The room is too small. Bathroom is about the size of an airplane bathroom. There is barely any space in the room.

Opholdet levede op til mine forventninger ift. prisen.

God, venlig, hjælpsom og personlig service. At jeg havde et værelse uden gadestøj. Fin beliggenhed af hotellet.

Har indtryk af at receptionen indimellem er lidt trængt med personale resourcer, som kan give lidt ventetid med ekspedition.

God seng og rent sengetøj/håndklæder men lidt grundigere rengøring kunne hjælpe på det. Drop morgenmaden, ikke penge

personalet var super flinke og venlige

mug indvendig på vinduerne. afløbet stoppet på badeværelset. morgenmaden var ikke pengene værd. tør ost, kold kaffe, tørt brød, scrambled æg og pølser lignede noget som skulle have været spist i går. ikke de 99kr værd overhovedet. hotellet var generelt ret slidt.

Well designed and located hotel that worked out good value (for Danish prices!)

We stayed in a cabin for four and we’re delighted with the well thought out design to fit 4 single beds. The location was good, a short and very nice walk into the centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

No aircon which meant the room was hot from the moment the sun came up in the morning until late at night. A fan would be a nice compromise!

Very good

the location was right next to the venue that had an event I was going to and was a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre but had a metro and bus stop extremely close if you didnt feel like walking.

I had to pay a little extra than booking said, it wasn't a huge amount (only £50 more) but for some people that might be an issue

do not stay there

you can not lock room doors, if you want to leave your luggage there is not any security you leave your luggage at your own risk small rooms personnel didnot allow to enter room 1 hour early although room was ready they asked extra money

Exceptional

Great location within walking distance from the inner center. The room was tiny but comfortable enough for a couple, also clean. Stuff was polite and helpfull, I strongly recomend this hotel for travelers with short stay in the city. Good value for the price and very close to the metro station leading to the airport. Strong wifi connection is also worth.

It was okay

The location and the tidiness.

The bathroom. It was clean but really small. More sized people would have had problems cleaning theirselves. We expected to have two single beds but not as a bunkbed. Or a bed that needs to be pulled out first.

Great for the price Value

The location of the hotel is wonderful, close to the Metro station and to the central by walking. The staff at the property are very friendly and nice, the room was tiny but compared to the value of money and location I can't complain. Tho the room was tiny, the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable.

I stayed there for 5 days no one came and cleaned the room. Weirdly enough most of the electric plugs stop functioning when you turn the lights off. Only the one under the TV remains working when the lights are off, so I highly recommend you get an extender to charge your electronics.

Comfortable stay. Excellent location. Clean.

Very good location, city centre is very much walkable from where the hotel was located and the metro station is right around the corner which was really handy travelling to and from the airport which was just 15 minutes away so no rushing to catch your flight. Initially we were a little taken aback at how tiny the room was including the bathroom but the shower was nice and powerful, bathroom was clean. The bed was really comfortable and although the room was really tiny, we had a comfortable sleep. It's a good accommodation if you only need a place to crash in after a long day of sightseeing. The hair dryer is available on demand from the reception, in case you think there isn't one as it is not kept in the room.

They could do with self check in kiosks especially if there are big groups that decided to check in one at a time! That was a looong wait. Maybe more food options in the evening esp for late check ins.

IT WAS A JOKE! Nothing was working properly.

It was clean.

I have no words to describe this experience. It was RIDICULOUS! The mattress was a JOKE, very thin and bigger than the bed falling from the outside. The bathroom was a DISASTER! Water came out of the shower with the door closed and reached my suitcase! There was no proper LIGHTING in the room! No light on the ceiling, just a little thingy next to the bed. Breakfast was the SADEST I’ve seen in my life. Very limited options, just yogurt,toasties and mini croissants. The little clip-bag for the toilet paper was surreal. I’m telling you it was so bad! Don’t ever go there. And the location was not that good as advertised. 2/10

Some good and bad points but overall a reasonable stay with a good breakfast

This was overall a reasonable option given the other higher-priced hotels available at the time of booking. The twin room was as expected from viewing the pictures on booking.com and the bed was comfortable. There was a small kettle and paper cups/sachets available to make a hot drink if desired. For a solo traveller, the space available was fine but I think less so if there had been two people staying in the room. NB this twin room had bunk rather than side by side beds. Breakfast was better than feared despite the cafeteria-style setting, and included powdered scrambled eggs and "bacon", bread and rolls, ham, cheese, salad, yoghurt, cereal, spreads, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. Location was OK for my needs at a walkable distance from the main train station and close to a metro station. Friendly staff at reception. Maps and other brochures available next to a communal sitting area.

Poor lighting in the room with some strange electric wiring evident in terms of the light switches themselves. There was a useful bright torch light next to the bed but no main light in the room :-( The bathroom was well-lit but wasn't appetising to use: the shower curtain hung next to the toilet seat and the shower ran across the whole floor like a wet room. There was some packaging waste left in the drain hole. Not good value compared to other hotels in other parts of Denmark, but needs must when staying in Copenhagen and wanting a private room!
