Anstrengende med in check og app som ikke virker, eneste gode var beliggenhed og ok seng.

Det lå centralt, billigt

Deres check in var noget af det mest tidskrævende møg med app som alligevel ikke virker hver gang, vi var låst ude kl 23.30 om aftenen, måtte banke på ruden og ringe, men der sad ingen i receptionen. Efter 10 min kom en ung kvinde fra hotellet og lukkede os ind og vi måtte låne et hovedkort for at komme ind på værelset også.

A passable experience although expensive for what services were provided.

The location of the hotel was excellent

The rooms were small and not cleaned during the period of my stay, only a fresh towel was provided daily.

I enjoyed staying at A Hotels Copenagen and will go back any time I am in the city again.

Everything about the place was ok, location was great, staff were good, facilities excellent and it was super clean. Restaurants were many and varied around and the option to pay at property was an additional perk.

No lift but the property mentioned that. They can do better with a concierge service to help guest go up to their rooms. The current practice of letting guest find their way up to their rooms is not the best.

A Just-Okay Stay

The staff was super friendly. The hotel is right in the center of Copenhagen. The hotel is super cheap. Best for solo travelers like me.

The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet was not clean enough. There was no mirror in the room (only in the bathroom). The hotel does not have a lift.

The beds were really comfortable, the space was really good. The hotel staff were really nice, and the location could not be better

The bathroom was really annoying because it was so little, that even you didn't have space for the toilet and the shower, so when you took a bath, you had to clean the whole bathroom just because it will always be flooded cause there was no separation from the shower. In other hand the first floor was the 4th floor, no elevator it was always terrible have to go up 4 floors

The staff is incredibly lovely and the location is practical.

The bathroom, the shower is not a separate item, so if you you shower you wet the whole bathroom floor. It was a bit smelly and with some mold as well. There is a club downstairs that you can hear at night and you can hear between rooms / the corridor a lot. No elevator

It was 5th floor with very hard staircase. Cleaning: linen was good, floor was not clean. Shower did not work good.

I loved my 5 day stay - it was everything I needed and a good base from which to explore Copenhagen.

The room was clean, visually pleasing and functional. The location was conveniently near the Central Station and a 10 minute walk from the main square. The shower room was clean and the towel was replaced every day. I was warm at night and the TV set was good quality. I had a view of the street from the window. The staff were friendly.

I didn't discover how to lower the window blind so I turned the light off when I needed privacy. There was a potential for mould to build up in the shower cubicle although this wasn't yet an issue. I had to take my toiletries off the shelf to prevent them from getting wet when showering.

That the 3rd bed wasn't a bunkbed but an actual bed.

Only stairs. Both my mom and sister could use an elevator. Furthermore our door broke, so we needed the staff the whole weekend to open up for us. The food that we storaged in the fridge was ruined because the power was going off everytime we left the room. First morning we couldn't shower because of the drain. Water wouldn't sink.

Location

Single rooms are terrible. Toilet, sink and shower all together in a 1 square meter bathroom, you shower in your sink. . Moldy windows that don't close. Light shade lets sun in, which makes you wake up at 6 every morning. 4th floor with no lift. No daily cleanup or bed making in the room. Half of the room ceiling is a slanted attic on which you hit your head.

it was good availability for what we needed but for the quality it was way too expensive, this hotel should be more of a

it was close to downtown

there was no elevator, tv didn’t work, bathroom had small bugs inside of one of our rooms, and a wet spot on the floor of the other, they took a security deposit which felt uncomfortable, the door didn’t close properly and way too much noise outside in the streets.

Good for one night

The best aspect is the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms can be improved a little bit. This hotel can be highly recommended for a one-night stay.
