Nära tunnelbanan, men ingen familjehotell

Nära tunnelbanan och bra frukost. Trevlig receptionist!

Familjerum ligger på plan 2 och 3 och vi fick rum mot baksidan (leverans, soporna, personalingång). Ingen utsikt. Ingen lekrummet för barn.

Nice clean & tidy rooms, great variety of food at breakfast. Lovely location to get out and about.

Great location for rail links situated in nice quiet area

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like only could have had chest of drawers to put clothes in. Very limited wardrobe space. So had to keep clothes in cases under the bed.

Exceptional

Had a nice stay there. Location was great, easily accessible to city center via metro. We got a upgrade to upper floor, which was nice and had a great view. Breakfast was delicious! Really exceeded our expectations.

Staff, location and value for the money.

The sofa-bed was very squeaky, one had to be a statue, the tiniest movement made the sofa-bed squeak. It was rather cold in the room, and poor air-condition. The parking facilities are not mentioned, and it wasn't described anywhere. Inside parking about 200 meters from the entrance. Outdoor parking spaces were limited.

Good value for money, hotel near subway, but a bit noisy on weekends.

Hotel is perfect choice for it’s price: it’s outside the city center, but there is subway station in 5 mins, so you can get to Gamla Stan in 25-30 mins. There is nice quite neighborhood with cafes and supermarket near the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel is pretty diverse with big choice of food. There is an iron and ironing-board in every room.

There is restaurant and bar on the hotel’s first floor, so it’s crowded and noisy there during weekends, our neighbors were loud at night, we’ve heard them through the walls. Our room wasn’t on the first floor but with the windows inside the yard, so it was as first floor from that side, the windows were looking right into the mountain. There are too many people during breakfasts at once, but still hotel staff can easily handle it.

Great hotel with superb transport links.

Great hotel with a superb Buffet Breakfast in the Morning with plenty of choice. The staff where very friendly and the room clean and tidy with comfy beds and a large bathroom with a great power shower. Hotel is situated around 3 miles from the city centre with great transport Links.

Could have had more British channels on the satellite tv.

Good location, kind and helpful staff, clean room with comfortable bed, good and varied food.

Soundproofing could be better. No amenities like kettle, cups or tea/coffee.

Not worth the price

Breakfast (lots of options) Location (20mn from the city center) Easy checkin and check out Staff are friendly Clean

Beds weren't very comfortable (mattress would move + small pillows) When you showered, the bathroom floor is quickly flooded Fully blackout curtains would be great Not worth the price in my opinion

Great value for that price

Very friendly and helpful staff, plentiful and deliciuos breakfast, good location (1 hour walking to center, if you don’t want to walk, there is a station very close to hotel)

I would like more light in the room, was quite dark for reading in bed or for make-up in the barthroom

Superb

Standard hotel, like McD, - you always know what you get. Close to the Metro station, easy to reach the city.

Very few people in the staff. Usually busy. You have to wait at the reception. Avoid to clean the room.

This is a place I will recommend to the any one cooking for family friendly hotels

The place was family friendly and had a great breakfast. I was able to maintain the same room for an extended night

I couldn't use my wifi on my laptop. Also the price in my view was on the high side probably due to the time of visit

Horrible! Nothing went right!

It was an extremely poor experience. My upgrades to junior sweet was missed. Then they set up the room as a family room. Meaning no sofa in the suite. I asked to correct this… then the answer was there is no staff for this. I asked for the hair in the bathroom to be cleaned, there was no staff either.so a dirty bathroom! There were no staff in the bar. So we could only purchase wine or bottle beer. The bar had same glasses on the tables from 15:00 till 23:00 The next morning I had a mail confirmation of a 13:00 checkout, yet the staff knocked on my door asking when I will check out. The level of unprofessional conduct in this stay was beyond me!

Super Excellent

I like overall everything. It was really nice place and very nice location. Staff is really nice. I stayed 1 night and it was very comfortable. Thank you very much hotel team, staff and administration.
