All in all great value for money, great location, incredible breakfast, very good staff.

The staff is very helpful, courteous, efficient. Our room (at 29th floor) was really very very big, with a lot of available space, with a great view on the river; it was very nicely decorated, modern, clean. The bar on the top floor offers an incredible view on the city, especially at night time, not to miss. The pool offers a very nice view on the river and on the area by the river. The breakfast is simply regal. We never saw such a variety of food in any other hotel: from Asian, to European, from sweet to salty, including fresh fruits, juices. Possibly 200/300 sqm of food stations to choose from. Simply incredible. The concierge is very helpful in finding transportation options and booking trips. The restaurant, by the river, offers a great variety of possibilities. The location is great, very close to IconSiam mall. A shuttle boat is available as well. All in all great value for money.

Great service, great food. Amazing view from pool and room

Breakfast was amazing, great choice and catered for all. We were upgraded to the family suite room which was was very spacious and had a great view. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was also spotless. Loved the rooftop bar and top floor bar. Can not fault

It’s a big hotel so breakfast can get busy - not something I didn’t like but just to be aware. It was nice out on the terrace though - more peaceful

A good hotel with reasonable price and good location, plus a beautiful river view

The bed and pillows were comfortable, beautiful view of the river, good location near Icon Siam

The shower feels old and has no rain shower option, the gym is quite small, closes at 9pm and always have many people in it . Minibar is located beside bedside table making it hard to access

Excelente opción en Bangkok - Muy bien ubicado y con muy altos estándares. Recomendado al 100%.

La Ubicación al lado del Icon mall y el desayuno inigualable!

Lo único y que fue solucionado de manera rápida y diligente es que éramos 4 en la habitación familiar y solo había una cama adicional. De resto todo Perfecto.

موقع الفندق على النهر وبالقرب من ايكون سيام والموظفين محترمين وكل شي قريب منك بس بعيد عن المنطقه العربيه واحسن شي هذا اللي يبي يتنقل او يروح منطقة المجمعات يروح بالقطار اسرع يمكن تاخذ ساعه الا ربع او ساعه في التكاسي من الزحمه عموما فندق جميل وهادي والثريا باللوبي عجيبه 😬

Used to be the best

We stayed in this hotel for four times. Although there are some other alternatives and luxury hotels around, we could not imagine to stay another hotel in our Bangkok vacations. It’s location, comfort with a beautiful river view allures us.

We used to smell authentic fragrance in the lobby of the hotel. It was reminding us that we were in Bangkok. There used to be lemongrass odor in the floors and toilets as well. However, in this last trip we realized that there is no fragrance at all. We were disillusioned with this new odorless situation of the hotel.

Gepflegtes Luxushotel am Fluß mit toller Aussicht auf Bangkoks City bei Nacht.

Renoviertes Zimmer, direkt neben dem Iconisam Einkaufszentrum, Aussicht auf Fluß und Bangkok, das beste Bett und Frühstücksbüffet überhaupt.

Das alte Design hat mir persönlich besser gefallen, upgrade auf Executive lohnt vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht wirklich, nur ein kleiner Teil der Rooftop Bar ist für Executive Gäste reserviert, der schönere, größere Bereich ist frei zugänglich.

Maravilloso hotel, digno de ver.

EL Hotel es una maravilla desde el espacio de la habitación, vistas, ubicación y lo mejor el desayuno. La ubicación está muy bien, tiene el metro a 5 minutos, y el centro comercial ICONSIAM con su embarcadero pegado al hotel tiene un encanto maravilloso. La habitación super espaciosas y muy bien equipadas con vistas maravillosas a la ciudad y al rio. El personal super atento, servicial y cariñoso, siempre pendiente. Lo mejor el desayuno no tiene ni mucho , ni poco, pero todo buenísimo, super bien presentado y una reposición de productos impecables, nunca falta de nada y el personal te sirve el café, te limpia la mesa, te ayuda en todo ( un 10) Volvería a repetir sin dudarlo.

Al principio me desilusione con la habitación la quería con vistas a los rascacielos y algo más alta, me toco las peores vistas del hotel pero aun así tenía buenas vista, se veía pasar los barcos por el rio también desde los pasillos, la piscina y las terraza del hotel las vistas a los rascacielos son tremendas, por decir algo por que el hotel me ha encantado.

3 Erwachsene auf 2 Betten

Wir hatten e Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene reserviert. Bekommen haben wir e Zimmer mit 2 Queen Size Betten, das ist f Familie gerade noch ok, für 3 Erwachsene sonst undenkbar. Ein Zustellbett war nicht möglich.

breakfast is an absolute 5-star delight. the roof-top bar and terrace is an enchantment, and a very good location to start the holidays in bangkok. access to the river transport system is 1st rate. access to the BTS sky train system is a bit wobblier, but still very much ok.

the extra twin bed for the kids - a modified sofa - was quite hard and uncomfortable (on one side).

War entspannt um in Bangkok anzukommen.

Es war sehr eine schöne Unterkunft. Der Pool ist sehr schön auch super, dass es direkt am Pool eine unbegrenzte Anzahl an Handtüchern gibt. Unser Bett war sehr groß und sehr bequem. Es werden 4 Flaschen Wasser pro Tag kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Whats App Service ist super praktisch. Der inbegriffene Hotelbootservice ist auch super. Frühstück haben wir einmal genossen und dies war sehr lecker. Direkt neben der Unterkunft am Fluss gibt es ein kleines süßes Local Restaurant, scheint auf den ersten Blick nicht so schön war aber super lecker. Ansonsten ist die Lage neben dem Icon Siam auch sehr praktisch. Natürlich ist der Ausblick von der Rooftopbar auch ein Traum.

Wir waren bereits um 7 Uhr morgens in der Unterkunft, der Empfang hätte durchaus freundlicher sein können. Trotz Anfrage im Voraus das Zimmer eher beziehen zu können, konnten wir wirklich erst um Punkt 15:00 Uhr ins Zimmer. Zimmer haben auch deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Konnten jedoch in der Zwischenzeit am Pool entspannen. Leider wurde nicht darauf geachtet, dass die vielen Kinder am Pool nicht rumschreien und ins Wasser springen. Die Eltern interessierte das auch nicht, ob die Kinder andere Leute nass machen. Erwarte ich von einem Hilton anders.

Comfortable and decent for what we needed, passing through after coming back from Phuket.

Acoomdaring early check in, we were surprised they had a room ready. All staff was friendly.

There was a weird, kind of moldy, smell, could be subjective to us and what scents we preferred, maybe.

Breakfast - highly recommended. Plenty of choices Location - best location next to ICON SIAM Room - Highly recommended but make sure to check with the Hotel for bed configuration as it might not match with the photos in the brochure. Staff: very helpful

Espectacular hotel

Excelente ubicación, servicio, atención, limpieza. Súper recomendable. Nos permitieron dejar las valijas los días que fuimos a las islas hasta que regresamos a Bangkok. Nos fuimos en la madrugada y nos tenían preparado una box lunch porque no íbamos a desayunar. Mega recomendable! Espectacular

Localização, conforto e serviços.

Localização é perfeita para uma cidade como Bangkok. O padrão Hilton não deixa a desejar, hotel bonito e bem decorado. O acesso é fácil ao metrô e barco (a travessia oferecida pelo hotel funciona bem). O fato de não estar do lado do centro da cidade não prejudica em nada a estadia, pelo contrário, fugimos um pouco do trânsito infernal da cidade. Ter um shopping como Iconsiam ao lado torna o local ainda melhor. O quarto era muito confortável, banheiro grande, vista linda do rio e cidade. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com opções para todos os gostos. Academia também muito boa. O atendimento da equipe muito profissional.

Vantagens e desvantagens de um hotel grande, com grande fluxo de pessoas, as vezes o elevador demorava um pouco, mas nada que atrapalhasse.

Sicher eine Top Adresse in Bangkok die bezahlbar ist.

Einfach traumhafter Aufenthalt. Ideal gelegen. Nebenan „DIE“ Shopping Mall. Direkt am Fluss mit Hoteleigenem Bootsservice zum Skytrain … Top Zimmer mit zwei Räumen, als Familienzimmer sehr geeignet.

Hatte das Angebot buchen sollen welches ich kurz vor Anreise bekommen habe wo Frühstück inclusive war. Hätte sich gelohnt da dann auch Zutritt zur Skybar inkludiert gewesen wäre.

Excellent location and facilities

The location is perfect. Close to all the tours, attractions, and next to IconSiam. The pier is right at the back of the hotel and the ferry that took us across to River City was great (for 5 baht). There’s Hilton shuttle ferry (free) that goes to Sathorn and back but we didn’t use. Lots of options for breakfast. The bed/pillows were so comfy. Room/bathroom was super clean.

Only one minor thing. We ran out of shower số but room service didn’t refill.
