Ausreichend bewachte Parkplätze am Haus waren kostenlos vorhanden.
Sehr guter Anschluss an London.
Relativ ruhig gelegen.
Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

First they wouldn’t let us check in as we had no photo ID. I had to ask my son to drive to my house take a picture of my driving license and send if to me. No where on the booking did it ask for this before checking in. Secondly we wasn’t told they had maintenance work going on with the water. We checked in at 4 and was going out at 6 and still couldn’t get ready as we had no water to shower or flush the toilet. The reception said they had told us this but they hadn’t.
Maintenance on a Saturday afternoon when the hotel was full on a bank holiday!

The staff was responsive to any issues we had. Breakfast was good. Location was peaceful.
The reception and actual rooms were one street away so every time for reception service or breakfast, we had to cross the streets which was very inconvenient. The room was very small very basic and there were no toiletries when we checked in. We asked reception for the same. And one side of window was not getting closed properly so it was getting colder inside.

From the outside it looks impressive and the staff were friend
Iron in cupboard
Warm and comfortable
Great towels !!
Mould in bathroom (on the ceiling ), bolts for shower controls, poor parking on site, I requested a reserved space for disabled, they advised not necessary, but I really struggled to park ending up squeezing into a space that was not actually there!!
No restaurant even though it’s called Hotel and Restaurant in big letters on the building (very strange)

Nothing
Room was filthy, was bitten by bugs throughout the night and the room stank of stale smoke. Staff were totally unwelcoming and unapproachable. No heating in the room either so had to sleep in 2 layers of clothes. Shocking when it's November. Floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and sharp to walk on. Mattress of the bed was stained all over with what looked like previous soiling. Absolutely disgusting. Didn't eat the included breakfast, if the rooms look like that, God alone knows what the kitchen looks like.

Location..We have stayed 3 times before and always requested a ground floor twin room, which have always been given..We requested the the type of ground floor again… MY WIFE DISABLED AND CANNOT DO STAIRS AT ALL..When we arrived we was given a upstairs room, I pointed out this is not what we booked or we can walk across a main road to the Annex..Totally out or the question…We was then told we could have a downstairs double room For £15.00 More, which we paid..The room was so small and the bed was awful..
DoNo book with this Hotel if you are DISABLED… breakfast is always fantastic.THE TALL NIGHT MANAGER WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.
THE WOMAN WHO WHO WAS ON RECEPTION WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL DEMANDING £15 more for the room WHEN IT WAS THERE MISTAKE, We loved staying there at least twice a month since we had moved and need to come to London a lot…So if you are DISABLED WATCH OUT…

The room was excellent .
I was disappointed that there were no toilet facilities for people with disabilities. There were no clinical waste bins or Stoma friendly facilities in our room.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. IT COULD HAVE BETTER IF LUNCH AND DINNER COULD BE PROVIDED FOR THE GUESTS.

Very nice hotel
Incredible amount of doors you have to open to get to room, but I know, safety first, all heavy fire doors

Breakfast is very good
Attitude of reception, and due to illness couldn't make the stay , the hotel rang me at 2.15am to find out why I hadn't checked in. We have stayed here many times before but lately the staff on reception are awful. I booked a few weeks ago and turned up only to be told I would have to pay an extra £25 as they hadn't taken the payment. Asked to speak to management and told no .

Location was ideal for me.
Have to cross a main road to reach reception from where my room was.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was self-serve and lots to choose from.
Building from the outside is good but rooms need a bit of updating, bits falling off in our room. but it was a one-night stay so not going to complain too much.

Needs more vegetarian options. Not much choice for Muslim faiths
I liked most of the experience

Perfect position for our needs, attending a nearby event. We chose a more expensive room, as we wanted something special. The bed was huge and very comfy. The room was very spacious and the bathroom tiling very good, if a little dated. The air conditioning unit was ok (once the staff showed me how to use it!) and the included breakfast was good, although rather limited in choice.
No waste paper basket in the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom. Curtain tracks were in need of refurbishment. The mushrooms at breakfast were horrible (but most of the rest was fine)

Friendly staff, clean room and great breakfast
Bed could have been a little comfier but perfect for what we needed

it was a great location for our purpose of the stay, if i was to book again i would request not to have a room on the 3rd floor, with the eves of the roof it made the room feel a little claustrophobic and was extremely warm, we couldn't have the windows open at night due to traffic noise. Bed was comfortable enough.
Breakfast was very good.
A better location of room

location for Romford town centre and parking
As a hotel advertising a restaurant we expected an evening meal. Not being familiar with the area no-one seemed able to tell us where we could find a decent restaurant for the evening, There was a stain round the bottom of the bed, the drench shower was impossible to use as the cold water tap didnt work and the water was scalding. The hand-held shower was hopeless for hair washing because of the the poor flow of water. We also had only one glass in our bedroom, We have never stayed at a hotel that didnt put drinks on the room number, apparently the bar is run independently from the hotel! We went into London by train on Saturday and when we got back to the hotel, decided not to stay another night and packed up and left. We spoke to the staff about our grievances who told us they have spoken to management in the past but nothing gets done.

Rude staff, breakfast kept running out and no toiletries in room which for the price I paid I would expect that.

Hotel was very clean the staff were very friendly
I booked a deluxe King suite the only trouble was the extra large bed that I paid for was two single mattresses on top of a base and if you and your partner met in the middle the two mattresses parted which was pathetic to be honestand and if King Henry VII tried to get in the shower room he would not have got through the door was very small
5.0
Nothing. The staff were ok, no complaint about them
The bed was terrible. I could feel the springs as the bed was so bed. Room 509 so hopefully they can replace it. The shower door didn't close properly, tiles loose on the floor. The hair dryer was looking like it was going to blow up.
The room was very average. Definitively one of the worst places I have stayed in for some time. £95 a night is 100% not worth it

The location was great with many amendments around.
When booking the hotel I asked for a fan in the room as it helps me sleep better in hot weather. Did not get one when questioning why I got told to go buy one from Tesco. I found this poor customer service and very rude
