Perfect for an early morning flights

Loved the check in experience and the location so close to South Terminal.

The room was a fair walk from the main area of the hotel and the signage was not great

Good location but pay the price for it and amenities not great.

Great location, walkable under cover to South terminal. Friendly check in team. Room a good size.

Arrived 9.30pm and all restaurants shut, only option room service which took ages, overall disappointing. Bed was uncomfortable and creaky.

It did the job.

Close to Gatwick South Terminal for a 04.45 check-in.

The carpet had damp patches. The bed was far too high and the mattress far too soft. Given that the bathroom was an accessible wet room, who needs grab rails by the loo but not a stepladder to get into bed? Noise from the corridor and the aircraft went on late.

Fell short to a Hilton brand name!

Location is very convenient to Gatwick airport.

Price is very high. Nothing special with the place. Also only had one shower cap when the room is for 2 people. With the price paid for our stay, you would think that there will be enough for both of us! Only realised there is only one when we were getting ready early next day, no time to ask for additional one. The facial tissues in the bathroom also looks like, a lot were taken out and then put back in, so didn't look very hygienic.

Perfect airport hotel experience.

The hotel is right next to the car park. We had an early flight the next morning so it was easy to arrive late, park the car and head straight to bed. No faffing with buses. Check in was really easy and when we were bumped off our flight at 5am in the morning and came back to the hotel after checking out they allowed us to go back to our room until lunchtime to sleep and relax. We really appreciated that after the terrible service from British Airways! The room was super clean, really comfortable, great bed, nice bedding, and we had a really nice salad in the room with a glass of wine for dinner.

Nothing! It was a really great stay and just right for an airport hotel. We couldn't fault it. The service was friendly, the room was comfortable and everything was very clean.

Frühstück und Zimmer waren ok.

Hotel liegt direkt am Southern Terminal des Flughafes Gatwick und man erreicht den Flughafen auch bei Regen trockenen Fußes. Ideales Hotel für eine Übernachtung am Flughafen.

Comodo ma non all'altezza della catena.

La vicinanza al gate, la colazione con una scelta di prodotti molto ampia e il fatto che nonostante fosse attacccata all'aereoporto la silenziosità della stanza. Tv grande in camera

Mi hanno messo 2 £ in più del prezzo concordato, ho chiesto di avere delle ciabatte da camera avendole lasciate nel precedente albergo e mi è stato risposto che non era possibile averle, inoltre ho trovato la camera con polvere sui comodini, con una puliza approssimativa. La tv ha solo youtube come app e inoltre non sono visibili i canali italiani .

Room was spacious. We had 2 bottles of water. Lovely large screen tv. We could choose our room. Heating. We had choice of having one or two keys

No bath, only shower.

An excellent stress free start to our holiday

Convenient to the South Terminal and the room was large and comfortable. Another great stay at the Hilton Gatwick.

We were in the annex part of the hotel which was quite a walk with the suitcases, but not insurmountable .

Short, 1 night only, dinner was good and clean and comfortable room.

Didn’t have breakfast as had an early flight! Perfect location and could walk directly to the airport, so extremely convenient. Our room was larger than expected and very comfortable.

Pity our room was near the lift as it was incredibly noisy as people are not always considerate. Could hear people either side as rooms were not particularly soundproofed.

Comfortable stay. Excellent customer service. Perfect for the airport.

Did not have breakfast. Evening meal was lovely. Raj, our waiter was excellent.

Tea and coffee facilities needs more choice e g. Mint teabags. Biscuits would have been appreciated in view of the price of the room for bed only.

We were comfortable and had no trouble making it to our early morning flight.

I liked the proximity to the airport terminal, and the professionalism and helpfulness of the stall.

Apart from not responding to my request for additional toilet paper, the staff were great. Food options are a bit pricey, but of high quality.

Not staying there again

Proximity to airport terminal.

The room. On arrival at 9pm we went to our room to be met by a large selection of dirty dishes lying at our door in the corridor. Went to reception and informed a member of staff, she said would get it sorted. They were still there on our departure today at 9am. Discovered this morning the glasses and mug inside the room were very dirty. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. In complaining to the reception she just said that’s not good.

Excellent hotel , 3rd time have used it but food needs improvement

Spacious, comfortable, well appointed, modern and stylish, great approximately to airport

We had room service, the food came quickly and was well presented but one of the meals was inedible , very poor quality and we left it , should have complained but we were tired and in the morning just wanted to get to the airport

Bedding!!!

Loved all of my trip onwards for my flight to Tobago

I used to be a housekeeper back in the day in the adelphi Liverpool. So changes of bedding are my little thing of stripping the beds to help the maids come in and do their job on a quick turnaround. But I noticed my bed topper was badly stained of some substance!!!. So I was not happy at only a bit that bit!! That should have been checked and binbed immediately, for the hilton ?

Great location and friendly staff

Lovely hotel right next to the airport so easy to check in our bags the night before. Staff are lovely.

I would have preferred a bigger bed or 2 queen beds as we are used to a super king at home but that personal preference. We would definitely stay here again but would request a twin room if possible.

Convenient location, of course, but frustrating layout

The room was pleasant and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly despite the pressures.

The endless corridors and soft carpeting that made pulling bags a bore. Also, what is it with Americans and toilet brushes? There aren't any.
