Das Zimmer war superschön, vor allem für den Preis echt top! Bett war sehr bequem. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war auch sehr sehr lecker. Das Hotel im allgemeinen ist super schick und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Die Shampooflasche war kaputt. Der Taster von der Klospülung ist abgekracht, als ich ihn betätigt habe. Die Klimaanlage hat nur geheizt und nicht gekühlt. Es gab keinen Bluetooth Lautsprecher.

Die Lage ist super, um das Stadion des FCB zu besuchen. Auch die Innenstadt ist mit der U Bahn gut zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Supermärkte und ein Bäcker. Frühstück war gut.
Das Zimmer war ziemlich abgewohnt. Flecken auf dem Teppich. Der Safe war kaputt. Die Fernbedienung vom TV funktionierte nicht. Die Minibar war leer.

Easy check-in, convenient location, reasonable price, room and bathroom were clean.
The double room was very small with only one chair to sit on. The air conditioning/ventilation was noisy and we had to sleep with earplugs. Our room was near the lift and you could hear the lift rumbling through the walls.

The entrance is very nice, the food was good and the staff was friendly
The small travel size gadgets in the bathroom such as shower caps or pads were broken, we were given paper cups for our tea or coffee (in another room there were real cups) and when we wanted to call the room service, no one answered the phone

Unfriendly staff, €22 breakfast supposed to close at 11am when at 10.30am we were told that the service was finished, €19.90 per night in the car park when this rate was not indicated when the room was booked, only "parking available". The room was spacious and extremely clean, but the value for money is less and the weekend price is expensive when everything is put together for what the hotel offers and for its location in Munich.

I liked the atmosphere of the lobby. The beds are comfortable and the bedroom was very clean in general. It seems to be a good option for business trips as the neighborhood is full of corporate offices.
- The staff contradict each other, I asked via message well in advance if it was possible for my room to have 2 beds, they said yes and confirmed it to me. Then at the hotel it was not like that and they made me PAY for an "upgrade", the lady told me that it was false what they had written me via message...
- The location is ok, but you have to take it into account when traveling to Munich.
- No air conditioning, no refrigerator.

Very clean and spacious. The bathroom was too good. Also the facilities inside the room.
I personally found the staff at the checkin bit rude but the next day morning, the lady was perfectly ok.

I miss an AC, but all the rest were really amazing.

Public transport directly in front of the hotel
Everything was a bit outdated, the staff wasn't really the nicest, the room itself could use a renovation - same with the elevators (that you need to get to the 9th floor)

The hotel is not far from the metro, just a few stops away from the Allianz arena so it was very comfortable for us. We could leave our car in the garage and travel around with metro, it was really easy. Also walking from metro to hotel at midnight was not a problem, because the area is really quiet, clean and seems safe.
