Nemt at komme ind til byen, bus udenfor døren, venlige mennesker
Ingen vask på toilet, den var på værelset, hvor også håndklæderne havde plads.
Ingen opfyldning af kaffe på værelset i de fem dage hvor vi overnattede
Intet sengetæppe. Meget larm fra gaden og ingen udenomsarealer, hele grunden er asfalteret til parkering. Der var altan, men den havde kun plads til en stol.
Ingen cafe og restaurant, selvom det står nævnt under faciliteter.
Vi spiste morgenmad tre gange, hvor to var fine, men den tredie gang blev der serveret daggammelt brød.
Alt i alt, er det et sted hvor man kun kan soveåog tage bad, hvilket gør at prisen er alt for høj, selv i dyre Schweiz

You can have every single day fresh and clean bed line. The location of the hotel is perfect, around 15 minutes walk and 5-10’ with the local buses you can arrive at the main train station, where is also the central of Luzern.

Samer was absolutely fantastic, calling me ahead of our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed, and during our stay, being incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well placed to explore Luzern, with the old town being an easy stroll away. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Recommended!

Het parkeren bij het hotel, waaronder hoe te rijden op het terrein, is niet zo duidelijk.

Great location, in front of the bus stop and near the city center. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. Good Wi-Fi and free parking.
Didn't have an air conditioner but there was a nice ventilator in the room.

Great location, we had Mountain View’s from our window! Right by a bus stop that comes regularly. Hotel gives you a bus pass which is fantastic and makes it so easy to travel around Luzern! Overall great stay!

I stayed for one night with my mom and two kids in this hotel, it was perfect everything! the price is very good for Luzern, the hotel is situated 6 min with the bus from the centre or you can walk around 30 min.

The rooms were spacious enough, toilets were clean and working, heater was working well. The property owner were very kind to allow us early check in and left luggage after check out for us to explore lucern and mount titlis. The free bus tickets were a bonus. Would surely come again given the chance. Bus stand just in front of the hotel, very very convenient..👍

It was a lovely place to stay, easily accessible by a short bus ride from the centre. Clean and comfortable, the staff were exceptionally helpeful and friendly.

Staff are attentive and friendly. When reporting a noise issue with the guest next door, they resolved the problem on the next day and kept the room empty for one night to ensure the silence.
The noise insulation is not as strong as we thought. The building is wood based so nothing can be easily improved.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. They made special arrangements for our late arrival. Rooms were kept clean and comfortable. The hotel met our expectations.
