Instalaciones, personal y ubicación muy bien

El buffet ha bajado mucho de un año para otro, a las 20:30 ya hay cosas que nos dicen que se han acabado y la variedad brilla por su ausencia, una de las maquinas de helado lleva sin funcionar por lo q veo un año y la otra va fatal. Se han sacado de la manga un sistema de "alquiler" de los vasos en el bar convirtiendo a los huéspedes en camareros, teniendo que llevar los vasos cada vez que pides o dándote fichas cuando ya no quieres mas. En el gimnasio la maquina principal el año pasado averiada y este año.....sin arreglar. Tenemos otra reserva en julio espero que la cosa mejore sino me temo que será el último año que estemos

Buffet restaurant,too much people and a lot of noice:( Not really relaxing atmosphere. Appartement was ok except that there was still underwear of previous guests ?? No place and shadow at the pool.

These are my honest opinion

I really enjoyed the atmosphere there, the animators team did their best to make me and my family feel entertained through a variety of exercise, games etc. The staff were friendly, kind, and funny. The restaurant was great, had a big range of food from which to choose and of course the swimming pool with slides, close to beach. The hotel had shows every night at 22:00, they had people coming from Mexico, Cuba etc. doing traditional dances, gymnastics and live music, bieleve me it was really entertaining. I really recommend everyone to go and experience this holiday

I didn't like was the fact that the launch hour was between 13:00 and 14:30 quite a small window for people that want to stay more at the beach or swimming pool, I also didn't like the gym it was small and many defective equipment also at the time I stayed a vast group of teenagers (over100-200) came to the hotel probably they all had a match or something but that made me feel less relaxed because of constant noise outside of hotel and inside and also less chances of finding a table during breakfast, launch, dinner. Impossible to go to swimming pool. I guess I'm just a lucky person 🤣

Food and location.

Noises in the room as you could easily hear couple staying next room when they were using toilet/shower. It was always waking us up as you can literally hear water dropping from their shower and they talking.

location was nice … very close to beach

hotel was not that neat and clean. Flies were roaming in dinning area. we have found flies on pizza. basic facilities like coffe maker, iron, body lotion and kettle was not provided Bathrooms were not clean properly during stay

Not worth the hype

Really nice pools, comfortable rooms however heavily furnished so not a lot of space to get around.

Very big and getting around is kind of hard and complicated. Basic breakfast, parking is not included in the fee, 12 euro/day.

Hotel Palas Pineda

We stayed 3 nights with 3 children 15, 13 and 10 and we all enjoyed our break here at La Pineda. Good value for bed and breakfast, comfortable, fresh rooms, outdoor pool with small slides and lots of beds, small indoor pool, pool tables and air hockey tables, small gym, spa area for €10 per hour, lots of choice for breakfast. I imagine the hotel gets very busy in peak times but we had no problem with queues for breakfast. Good location beside a lovely long beach with shops, a supermarket and a couple of restaurants 5 mins from hotel. Staff were helpful at pool bar and reception. Rang taxi for Reus airport and came in 10 mins.

The interior of the hotel is quite dated and needs a face lift/ freshening up. Tea/coffee making facilities in rooms would be a bonus. Equipment in the gym needs fixing or to be replaced.

October not very good time to come this hotel for family. Because 90 % retired people they come from French to come here for this month. And they not happy for any noise of children.

The cleaning staff in week 2 were horrible and refused to give clean towels and also we knocking on door at 10.30 to tell us to leave even though check out was 11

Amazing hotel and location, safe for female solo travellers!

I loved the location, 3 minute walk to the beach, local shops and bus to the airport (Reus) for only €2-3, never paid for a taxi once, with good bus transport system to various other beaches, shopping sites and Tarragona. Clean and tidy complex, decent food and wide variety, varied main dishes daily. Lovely welcoming staff. Good entertainment / animation team, afternoon activists daily like aqua Zumba and pool competitions and various evening shows. On site Spa and beauty therapist was amazing! It’s a very large complex with 2 Palas’. I stayed in Palas 2 and if I were to book again I would choose this option as Palas 1 was closer to the entertainment. On the flip side Palas 1 is closer to the front desk and main facilities so you book for your preferences.

I could hear the waterworks through the wall in my room and around the hotel. I voted facilities slightly less because some facilities had been closed for off-season, however it was still September when I went, very hot and the hotel was very busy, so booked up that they extended into extra dining space, however the indoor facilities were turned off and some pool features also. I additionally think water should be made freely available to guests and places to refill bottles, however there were coin accepting vending machines. Not really to do with the property more just my experience, children and noise.

There is a reason why is so full of people, is worth it.

Good food, good entertainment and nice pool. Place around is amazing and relaxing.

Expensiv drinks is not for all inclusive they say. 🤨 And other small problem.

Very good

Palas Pineda Hotel is located just 5 mins away from the amazing beach. I liked the location, safe underground parking, good food, decent family rooms. Pools for toddlers and adults are really good and kept clean. The beach is only 5 mins away and it’s amazing. Nice golden sand with clear waters.

Cleaning could be improved all around.

We were in Gran palas pinada last year , excellent but missing animation , we tried hotel palas la oinada for the animat

location Animation unlimited drink at the restaurant Design of the room Superior and the large terrace with deckchairs

the lack of regulation in the restaurant to regulate the great influence. holidaymakers clean the tables themselves to be able to sit down, cause staff are overbooked cleanning other tables. the food is repetitive and not high quality. the reception staff are not very pleasant, maybe the lack of smiles due to the large number of customers game tables (billiards...) often blocked, loss of a few euros stuck in the machine. Does not offer laundry service Un the room.
