Room was great. location was fantastic, staff were friendly.
Room was great. location was fantastic, staff were friendly, and overall the place was very accommodating. We were in a group of 22 people which poses challenges, however Best Western made this process super simple!

Short and sweet
Ideally located within walking distance to the Motorpoint arena where we were going to a gig. We were meant to be getting a train but the hot weather meant our train was cancelled so we had to drive but there are lots of car parks near to the hotel. We only stayed one night and was out most of the time but room had everything we needed for our stay.

Overall an average stay which could have been better with a good nights sleep.
Overall an average stay in a standard twin room. It Was clean but noticed a few stains on the carpet.
It was very noisy at night - even on a mid week evening! I know we were in the middle of the city but found the windows let in a lot of noise. The mattresses were also quite worn which has made them uneven and soft so need replacing. Did not get much sleep at all.

Lovely Xmas break, a little spoiled at the start due to location issues
Centrally located but still quiet, clean and modern. Friendly helpful staff
The address on Google and on sat Navs is wrong, we walked for miles to the supposed location only to find it eventually right near where we set off from on the tram
