Superb

Excellent location, close to everything but very quiet. Really nicely furnished and generous additions in bathroom/kitchen. Hosts were really friendly and helpful.

Brilliant location near to centre lovely area. Apartment very clean with everything you need lots of extras shampoo/toiletries if you've forgotten anything. Host very friendly and met us promptly on arrival and helped us with the car parking.Had a lovely quiet stay .

A great weekend stay

The location in the Lace Market was perfect for our needs. Close to all the activities but nice and quiet, even on Saturday night. The building has real character and the apartment has been configured and furnished impeccably.

Ideal location, has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Host was very helpful, bed was comfortable, had everything we needed. Great location. Really quiet considering you're in the middle of the city.

The door in the bathroom needs lining up as it's a bit difficult to close.

Very enjoyable and comfortable and would definitely book again.

the location was quiet but close to lots of restaurants etc. Beautiful architecture in the area. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Lots of little extra thoughtful touches.

The property was generally very clean but not sparkling. The bathroom tiles could do with a good scrub.

Perfect Stay For The Solo Traveller, Comfortable and A Great Location

Practically everything was perfect for me myself..the size of the property, the comfort, the location and all that was provided for use. It was quiet but close to everything. The host communicated with me but then left me to do my own thing which I prefer. It was very clean and of a high standard in general.

A lift..after traveling from Scotland the two flights of stairs with my heavy case nearly killed me lol but that's a personal preference.

Really can’t fault this stay. So comfortable. Very stylish and modern, it’s has everything you could possibly need, and more than you would expect. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely save this in my favourites for Nottingham

Really good location, really cosy and modern space, felt at home immediately, Tina was super helpful checking is in as well, making sure we knew where to find things, and checking in on us via text. Also lots of feminine products and bathroom products left for use which was super thoughtful, if we are ever in Nottingham we would definitely stay again!

Stylish apartment right in the heart of Lacemarket and the center of Nottingham. Tina and John go the extra mile greeting you personally and also providing the basics of coffee,tea, shampoo plus a cupboard of things you might have forgot to bring. They couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a city break.

A very comfortable, and smart apartment very near to funky area of town.

Lamps. Interior. Fridge Freezer. Smart TV. Coffee Machine. Lots of home comforts. Wifi. Bedding. Towels. Great bath and shower.

All was provided as expected and hoped for.

Enjoyed the stay. Would return.

Welcomed by our host, John, who showed us around the flat and explained everything. Apartment contained all we needed for a short stay in the City. Ate out one night and cooked pizza in the other night. Would stay again.

Excellent studio apartment ideal for a couple looking to see Nottingham.

John & Tina were very quick and clear with instructions and were available as needed to meet us. All communication was clear and timely. The accommodation has everything you need. The owners have been thoughtful to provide extras that you might need.

There are four flights of stairs to the apartment (on 2nd floor). It is not a big issue as they are clean and well lit but if you have any mobility issues you need to be aware of this as there is no lift alternative.

Very positive experience, would happily stay here again.

Great location near lots of great restaurants and bars. Super welcoming and helpful hosts. Well equipped flat with nice extra touches (fully stocked coffee machine, an ‘if you left it behind’ stocked bathroom cabinet)

Flip side of the location was quite a lot of bar/club and street noise both late and early (Tho hosts did warn us and provided ear plugs if needed 🙂)

I would definitely recommend staying here. Location, cleanliness, comfort and wonderful owners.

The apartment is just beautiful. Every comfort was considered, and Tina was so lovely and helpful.
