الفندق هادئ ولكن بصراحة لا يستحق المبلغ

الهدوء

الناموس وفي الحقيقة وبدون تعميم اندونيسيا وعموما بلدان شرق أسيا يحاولوا قدر المستطاع استغلال السائح الخليجي وبالأخص السعودي وتقول ان المواطن السعودي شايل بترول على ظهره وهذا الشئء لم اجده في أروبا ولا امريكا لكن مانقول الا ربنا يصلح الحال

Great price

I stayed twice at this hotel, second time i wanted to try somewhere else but i coudn't find a better deal. I chose this place for the location, it is just 15 minutes from the airport. Around the area you can find a mall, shops, massage parlour and restaurants. It is quiet, just of a main road but you cannot hear noise from the traffic. It was pleasant in the room, sometime i didn't have to use the ac because the room was on ground floor in the shade and it has a lot of vegetation. The poll is nice, not to many ppl around there, you can even have a massage, maybe a little more expensive than on the main road. I liked the massive tv in the room, safe available for free, the fact it is quiet around the resort. Second time i had an bungalow, i think it is worth it, for sure much nicer room, but a little bit warmer because the sun was heating the roof. The beach in Kuta is a few minutes walk and there a mall in front. Not the main one but it is worth a visit. Around Kuta recommend taking a motorbike taxi, cheaper is to use the local app, i think is grab. For taxi the same, much cheaper with the app, less than half price sometimes only 10 %. I use the app to go to Ubud, Uluwatu or Canggu. Booked on the app and after negotiated a full day. Charge me around 30 dollars for a full day in Uluwatu, if should be even cheaper but it is worth it. Better go by motorbike taxi because with the car takes much longer. The traffic in Bali is worst than they say. Ubud was far away on the motorbike but by car probably will take half a day. Best beaches are in Uluwatu, Melasti beach and Padang Padang and Dreamland. Booked a motorbike taxi on the app, the guy came and negotiated a full day, around 30 dollars, they will come even for less.

The building is quite old, i had some problems with the toilet. When i stayed at the bungalow, the stuff was talking so much behind it, where they had their equipment. The area is not that pleasant at night after 11 pm, so many ppl try to sell you everything and mean everything. I would avoid walking on your own at night especially if you are man, because every 3 m somebody wants to sell you something. I would stay again because it is so convenient and the price was decent.

Extremely dirty property with no hygiene practices

Staff were friendly upon check in. Location was okay, very close to the airport.

Unfortunately the reviews and 8.1 rating on booking.com for this property are extremely misleading. The property is quite rundown, which in and of itself is not a big issue. The issue begins where the cleaning of the property is severely lacking. Of all the places we stayed across Bali and other areas in the world, this was by far the dirtiest and most unhygienic hotel I’ve stayed in. While the property is reasonably priced, taking into account the lack of cleaning, service and amenities, it’s definitely not worth the $70AUD per night price tag. Some issues we encountered were: - bathrooms extremely dirty - nothing cleaned, mould/grime in sink and on tap, toilet not cleaned/mouldy, shower covered in black mould, shower head filthy. - sheets were dirty and stained - blood stains, yellow (looked like wee stains), lots of hairs in bed - door to balcony doesn’t seal properly so cigarette smoke filled the room from neighbours room - foul odour coming from water - all the water in the room stank like sewage, not just from the toilet but sink and shower as well - front door of room lock was not secure and looked like the safety lock had been removed - in general felt really uneasy in property - neighbours yelling and swearing all night, slamming doors and fighting in hallway outside our room. Had to call security/reception 3 times before they sent anyone up to check. Felt really unsafe in property. - towels were visibly dirty Overall this is the worst experience we’ve had at any hotel and definitely recommend doing research before staying here. We stayed at other places in Bali for the same price where the level of service, amenities and cleanliness were of a much higher standard.

Great value for money

Great value for money. The pool is lovely, so are the staff. The breakfast was good! Next to waterbom Park, shopping and lot of warungs/restaurants .

I dont like this area in Bali much, but that's not any fault of the hotel..

Very nice but ..... Don't get free Buffet breakfast and expect a American buffet

The Room was clean the Hotel staff are friendly and the pool was clean. Jaya was always helpful he is a very nice person

Breakfast wasn't good . They don't do Pancakes, French toast , cinnamon Toast , mini pastry's and Bacon they don't do for free . They advertise its a American buffet breakfast/ Indo I think. Well unfortunately American isn't just egg and fruit and toast. It's all of the above mentioned. I have stayed many of times and removing those from the Buffet breakfast is just not good . That I had to go out for breakfast in the morning somewhere else!! What's worse is I asked for French toast and was told they can't do it hmmm they have eggs they have bread so why not . Pancakes well they have all the ingredients too.

I would recommend this hotel because of the rate that you’re paying & it’s central location

Breakfast at this property was better than I had expected and the staff tried hard to meet our expectations even if they didn’t speak English fluently or understand the question they would go to find someone who could help us. Lots of choice on the buffet but it was primarily a typical Balinese breakfast it an omelette station was there, too.

As far as the hotel itself is concerned, it’s larger than I thought (75 rooms) spread out over a large courtyard area with many beautiful statues and moss over the red brick walls. You really feel that you are somewhere far from a western city. There is a salt water pool with a swim up bar (!) and nice chaise loungers around. The staff work hard and they always try to do whatever they can to make your stay a pleasure. Unfortunately, because it’s so wet in Bali with resistant moisture everywhere, there is a lot of mould to be found around the hotel. The grout needs a good cleaning in the bathrooms especially and the glass walls of the shower need to be thoroughly cleaned, too. The beds are comfortable but my friend in another room had sheets that had stains on them that should have been treated with bleach and obviously were not. It occurred to me that they may not use bleach as a way to preserve the environment as mostly all of Balis’ waste water goes directly into the ocean, unfortunately. But, if you can look past these things and understand that you are not in a western country and that there is so much moisture in the air, then this hotel and people will charm you as all Balinese do.

Very relaxing and worth considering. I would return but after 3trips to Bali in 7months I'm going elsewhere next. Food apart from breakfast was very good. Drinks reasonable.

Breakfast was not to my taste. And smoking by other guests detracts from a non smokers holiday.

toilet is making noise whole night. couldn't seep. there were used dirty plastic bags below toilet hidden. Old and worn towel. hairs in the floors and bathtub is very old and yellowish.
