Sadece konumu iyiydi, fuara katıldığım için mesafe yakındı.

İnanılmaz pisti oda ilk defa bu kadar düşük puan veriyorum ama gerçekten çok pisti oda buzdolabı içi boş olmasına rağmen kokuyordu , halı kirliydi. Banyo aynı şekilde hiç hijyenik değildi. Resmen hayal kırıklığı. Ayrıca sabah çok erken geldim erken giriş için rica ettim ama 190$ istediler anlıyorum erken giriş mümkün olmayabilir ama müşteriye jest yapılabilir çünkü bende otelciyim ve Booking misafirlerine ayrıca özenli davranıyoruz. Ama çalışanlar ancak okadar yapabiliyorlar onları da anlıyorum.

Spacious room but end up not getting the view thay I paid for

The hotel apartment is in the middle of the busy street of Shiekh Zayed Road means you are stone away to the shops, resto, other hotels, business center and etc. The room is very spacious and comfy to stay.

I paid extra to get the Museum of the Future view but end up getting the corner part of the building (I have the street view) The receptionist told me I should have informed/email the hotel so they can reserve it. But it was clear in the picture and the rate that I booked that it should be the Museum of the future view. We cooked food but no proper exhaust fan to remove the smell.

Overall a good stay … 😀

The property was located on the SZR which was accessible by cab and by metro. The place was quiet and for a family it was suitable. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The room service menu was limited. They should have more flexible options for pay and extend (few hours ) especially when the property was not fully booked.

Luxury hotel apartment in the best location ever in Dubai!

Spacious rooms, luxury feeling, nice staff , location! Receptionist mr, Mohammad was an amazing person. He helped us a lot , hotels need like this people in job ! Hope to see u again.

Disappointing

No kettle in the room. Paid for three people but it is important to set up the sofa bed all leave us any linen so 3 of was had to sleep in a small bed

Two member of staff were really racist to us. Called the front desk to explain what happened and our concerns but they didn't care either.

The location is greet, the appratment is big and the bed is really comfortable

But I didn't like that when you call reception to send house keeping is taking long time I need to call more than once and no cattle in the apprtment I need to call them alot of times Room phone is not working and lighting is not that good

Superb

The location is one of the best things, as it is near to the Metro which gives you flexible movement. The apartment size huge and exceed the expectation.

I thought breakfast was included in the offer similar to what I read in the registraiton, however, I discover that is a higher rate than expected for that I took my breakfast outside the hotel
