Great location but would not rebook when returning to Dubrovnik.

Great location, right outside old town with less than a 2 minute walk.

The property is cash only and there was no attempt from the owners to message ahead of time to communicate this. The room we were in looked very different to the images online, with the bathroom smelling like mould. Parking is available upon request but it’s extremely narrow, with cars double parking on a busy one way street, requiring you to leave keys at reception during staffed hours.

outstanding location

this property had a fantastic location about 50m from the entrance to the old town. the breakfast was generous and great value. the room was small and functional and the decor modern and tasteful.

however we were disappointed our room didn’t have a balcony as the pictures showed a great view. our bedroom was at the back with no view and only one of the eleven rooms had a balcony.

An up and coming hotel sure to meet all your needs.

Location! Location! Location! This hotel is just down the street from the cable car and an easy walk from the old city gates. Breakfast was wonderful and just right to get the day going. The room was large and had a wonderful porch. everything worked as expected and we had no complaints. I will defiantly stay here again.

The hotel was just opening so some of the furnishings were not fully installed. A quick word to the desk and everything was made right.

Great location!

Modern furnishings with a large comfortably furnished terrace. Located about a 10 minute walk to Pile Gate, steps from the cable car and shuttle bus to the airport.

It's incredibly well located, really comfy bed, really clean. Some of the staff helped us a lot! The room AC is really good.

The pictures shown from the terrace is only for a specific room. Not for every room. The bathroom door didn't close. Some of the staff seemed to be having a bad day

Basic hotel with helpful staff in a great location

Good selection of set breakfasts. Nicely made. Good pastries and bread. Overall good value

More storage ie drawers or shelving in wardrobe for clothes

Superb

Location in relation to the old town is excellent.

Parking is awkward if you arrive earlier than check in -- they try hard to accommodate you, but Dubrovnik parking in general is a nightmare.

all good except a little bit pricey and pay by cash policy

location! 2 minutes to old town, 2 minutes to cable car

pay by cash and only know this when check in, it could be better if know this before arrival so could exchange money earlier, instead of using Dubrovnik city’s cash machine which is with ridiculous exchange rates

Exceeded expectations once we got there

Didn’t have breakfast, location excellent staff very friendly and helpful

Very difficult to find drove past twice and ended up back in one way system. No adequate signage or directions. Name of hotel on glass door which was open and not visible. Payment in cash inconvenient .

The position is perfect for a 2day visit

Position perfect, room size adequate, view from room fabulous (asked to change original room as no landmark view at all) WiFi ok and plug adapter available at reception

Only cash payment very annoying Bed basic and air con noisy TV did not work (in their defence I didn't follow it up)

The location, really close to the center

Very narrow and small room (and the bathroom is one of the smallest I ever seen) for 3 person. The parking place for the car is at a distance of 15 minutes by motorbike from the hotel. The wi-fi was not working

We stayed in a room with city view and terrace, Room 4, the terrace was amazing with two sun beds, two chairs and a table?

It was very hot in June, the air con was not explained when we were showed to our room and not the usual wall control. It was on but not that cold but we only found the remote control for it with the TV remotes ( which we did not use) as we left after one night. Not sure if we could have made it colder but it was too late to try.

Walls are very thin between the rooms. You can hear if anytging happens the next room.

Quite well located, only 5 minutes walk from old town albeit down (meaning inevitably back up) a lot of steps. Parking included but only two cramped spaces in a garage. Close to cable car point if you are interested in that particularly.

Very overpriced for the accommodation. Can be noisy, this would be a bigger problem in season or if you had disrespectful people staying at the same time as no way to block out the noise. Room adequate but would not have called it a superior double. Can only pay in cash and was asked for them to keep car key so they can move it themselves if required.

A very good location, near the old city. The staff was very kind and helpful. The parking is free and is just in front of the property. It is very safe. Breakfast was simple, but very good. The room was very clean and quite spacious and had a verry large terrace.It is an excellent place for staying in Dubrovnik.

Nice location to visit Dubrovnik's old town

The room was big. Parking is on the street but the guy of the reception takes care of saving you a place. The staff was very nice. Location is very good although if you have problems with stairs is not recommended, because, you have to claim big stairs to get out of the old town, plus for the rooms, you also have to use stairs.

The WIFI is horrible. Superbad connection from the room. The breakfast could be better.

Location location location

Outstanding location. On street parking available. Spacious rooms with good shower. We had a room with a small balcony facing the water and it was really nice to sit out there in the late evening and chill. Recommend.

Walls are a bit thin with the other rooms otherwise it’s a good hotel near everything and easy to find! Wish breakfast was included with the room.
