Next time I would rather pay more to stay somewhere else that is better and cleaner.

Location

My room had a bad smell, the bathroom and shower was dirty. There was construction upstairs around the pool so was unable to use the facility. The construction was super loud all day so no time to relax at the accommodation. Over all noise was loud. The one and only window for the room opened up to a hallway so no natural light. The room was tiny also.

we had a nice room with a comfortable bed, kuta beach is very near, also central location (supermarket, few restaurants. beach), good stop for starting on Bali - didnt try breakfast, pool on top of building

Pleasant

Breakfast was varied and nice. Location is very handy to Kuta beach. Rooftop pool was nice, but the bar there was closed for renovations.

Rooms were tiny and the bed was very squeaky. Lift wasn't working, which was no worries as it's not many stairs to walk. But the workmen trying to fix it and yelling at each other from 6am wasn't good.

It’s a conference resort, couldn’t open our window, no where to hang wet bathers or towels, no umbrellas but the pool.

Central but cosy

Central to everything in kuta. The location makes up for the cosy fit of the room. Housekeeping were very clean and attentive

Bed very firm and no sound proofing so I see why it's a perk for the more expensive rooms as you hear everything. No view as it is an internal one. Bathroom very small as was the room.

The staff were polite and the beds were very comfortable. The location is good if you have just arrived in Bali, which I had. Or you want to be close to kuta beach.

Unfortunately the rooms in reality are not like the photos. They are very tired and worn out. My room had an air of damp and there was off putting cigarette burns on the units. The toilet didn't flush properly and the window was silicone shut and couldn't be opened. The cleaners are up early so don't expect to sleep past 7am. It didn't help that I was put right next to the cleaning room and utility lift. That said they do clean the rooms very well.

good enough room for the price and location is convenient

staff were friendly and accomodating when we had problems. location is okay close to the beach and mall + markets

first room we had every morning we were getting woken up with kids running down the hallways at 6:30 in the morning, told staff and nothing was done. we then moved to another room on the ground floor where there was a constant generator sound all day and most of the night it was horrible we then got moved to our last room ( this was ok ) this was after we requested a refund but they couldn’t do that because it had already been put into the system they also wouldn’t give us a refund for a undercooked pizza that we payed for in cash. we also had 2 power cuts when the second one hit we had no power for 3-4 hours and also no water for a day and a half to have showers.

Good hotel to stay If Kuta area is the only destination or if you dont mind with the traffic jam

Walking distance to various point of interest, like Kuta Beach, Beachwalk Mall, Legian and Seminyak Beach too if you don't mind to walk a little further.

Small room and bathroom. Area with very heavy traffic!

Room clean and compact. You got all the things you need to make your stay in Bali comfortable in this hotel. Walking distance to famous Kuta Beach & Kuta Beachwalk Mall. Surrounded by local minimart, food, and laundry vendor.

The hotel is located in an alley, which only can contain 1 car at a time. And the hotel parking space is also limited. So, it's challenging if you bring your own car here.

very very dissapointing .

The location was close to everything including beach

the smell in the room was terrible . pictures of the room on the internet looked nothing like the actual room. room needed a good paint . The pool was closed when it rained . no one was doing Maintence on the pool yet it said under Maintence . requested some compensation from staff however didn’t really either understand or just ignored me . very very disappointing . i explained the reason I choose to stay was the quality of the room and the pool . There are much better quality hotels around bali for less money . stay there at your own risk
