Located in a great location, good if you are looking for a no frills hotel.

Location was close to convenience stores and was about 2 mins walk to the BTS Station.

Breakfast offerings could be better

Sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und Frühstück.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, weil es in der Nähe von einer BTS Station ist. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und vielfältig.

Die Verlängerung war leider nicht möglich.

Czystość w porządku. Największym plusem jest lokalizacja. Blisko metra i do wszystkich sklepów małych i dużych.

All good except taxi

Great location

Concierge put us in a taxi that tried to scam us. Took two women to very scary alley, nowhere near the pier we requested and it cost us additional 1200 bhat to get us to our destination. Not happy !

قربه من الاسواق الفطور شامل الايجار توافر الخدمات المهمه كالغسيل والكوي وميزان لوزن الشنط والثلج بسعر رمزي توافر وسائل النقل بسهوله ويسر

حجزي كان لغرفة مدخن تفاجأت بعدم وجود طلبي لكن اليوم التالي تم تغيير الغرفه الي غرفة مدخن . عدم وجود عمال لحمل الحقائب عدم تنوع بوفيه الافطار والاكتفاء يوميا بتكرار الاصناف

Not up to my expectations of a holiday inn hotel

Location

Smell of smoke in a non-smoking room. Breakfast was poor

Great place to stay if your in a rush.

The best part was the location, it's 2-3 minutes walk to BTS sky train and not only that. The place is near MBK Siam Square, Paragon and many other places. There is no pool in this property but a there is a nice small Gym. Rooms don't have balcony, even smoking rooms doesn't, because of that there is bad smell. The staff was great in changing the room on request.

No balcony and no pool and there was no cafe' restaurant in the hotel, although there was a Mc Donald's just outside.

המיקום, חדר נחמד, נוף מהמם

שילמנו על חדר עם ילד אז למה מבקשים כסף על מיטה נוספת בנוסף למיטה זוגית אחת??? איך אמורים לישון שלושה במיטה זוגית לא גדולה?על מה משלמים על חדר לשלושה אם גם ככה ארוחת הבוקר חינם?????כבר אין ספות נפתחות וזה פשוט גזל. אין את זה באף מדינה אחרת.

Feedback for hotel: At breakfast, food was accidentally dropped by guests whilst taking buffet dishes. Staff did not immediately cleaned the mess. Guests stepped on the food & spilled coffee!

Bad Experience

I got sick. Asked to change dates. I was flexible. I could have changed dates to any dates in the future as I live in Bangkok They simply rejected my request and took my money I am a Genius 3. I book ALOT of hotels. Never here again

Highly recommended and centrally located for exploring and shopping

The location was crucial for us, right next to the Siam transport hub with BTS. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The equipment and cleanliness in the room was impeccable.

The breakfast environment was rather irritating for us due to the many people with different cultural backgrounds. The staff was then no longer able to control the situation in terms of cleanliness. But of course we should better choose a time when there aren't that many people, e.g. 7 a.m.

Good place to stay walking distance to everything I needed.

The property is in a good location, very close to public transport, restaurants, MBK and department stores. The staff are very friendly always willing to help when needed.

I dislike the foyer. It’s very small, always crowded with people. I also think the restaurant where you had breakfast could be more organised.

Ich fand den Preis zu teuer, das lag aber mit Sicherheit auch an Silvester

Der Ausblick in das Stadion

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Gardinen haben nicht vernünftig abgedunkelt. Die Scheiben waren von innen völlig dreckig und das bei so einem Ausblick ist nicht gerade vorteilhaft.

Comfort and convenience.

The location is great. The hotel is within walking distance to some of the big shopping malls around Bangkok. The sky train station is close to the hotel and from there it easy to travel to Chatuchak market.

The service during breakfast could be better. You have to wait a while for a table to be cleared if you have your breakfast around 8am.

kahvaltısı baya yetersiz. holiday inn expresslerin hepsinin kahvaltısı ne yazıkki az. beklentiniz çok olmasın.
