dirty towels see photo. noisy hotel - traffic, loud music in the hotel late at night. Baby crying next door in the night. spa closed. no nearby restaurants. poor service offered for breakfast so left without (previous days croissants wrapped in cling film) Honestly I can’t think of a reason to stay in this hotel: better alternatives.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They helped us book train tickets, assisted us in finding a driver for a day trip, helped hail taxis, gave us directions, and even upgraded our room without us asking. Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and we were within an easy walk of stores and restaurants, and the hotel breakfast was fabulous. The shower in our bathroom had multiple spray options and was very spa-like, although our shower door did not close all the way so we had to be careful not to flood the bathroom.
I honestly can't think of much. Probably the only thing I can think of is that when we walked into the breakfast room on our last morning, there was absolutely nothing set up and we were confused. There were two workers there though, and once we came in they got to work and presented us with our own specially made breakfast that included eggs, toast, yogurt, olives, orange juice, cafe au lait, and much more! We were really overwhelmed with how much they gave us, although we felt super awkward at first.

Staff speaks English perfectly.
When I asked to change room because of noise from the street, they did it right away.
Walking distance from historical center.
Soft mattress.
A bit noisy street. If you are sensitive for this, ask for a room with window to yard.

The location is very convenient and the place is very comfortable. My go to hotel whenever im in Meknes. Im not even looking for other hotel. Special thanks to Imane from reception, very welcoming and very accomodating. She is always smiling
It lacks some facilities like kettle in the room, coffee and tea facilities and no drinking water. Breakfast is not something to be excited about. Cold bread, cold crepe and so on but decent enough

Spaceous room with a big bed. Nice litte balcony to relax. Big showerstall with hot water. Walkable distance to the old town. The staff is very friendly.
Furniture could use some upgrade. The rooms that face the street are very noisy.

it’s way past its best years. bathroom screams for renovation. it’s pretty loud during the night since terrace is facing quite a busy street

This an awful hotel. On arrival the 1st request was how will you be paying?? Would suggest it is actually the worse one we have ever stayed at. MAJOR WARNING - If you are put on the top few floors then you will have the “music” from the night club on the roof. The noise can be heard 7 or 8 floors down from the club. The noise is absolutely horrendous. Bang, bang and banging of the DJ and very large speakers on the 11th floor. This goes on for a number of hours into the night.
The emergency exit door from the 10th to 11th floor where the nightclub is situated was locked when I walked up to have a look - had to walk as there were so many people using the 2 lifts to the club, there was water running down (and had been for some time judging by the discolouration where the water was running - maybe months) from behind that door going down the stairs towards floor level 10 so as well as being very narrow and very dark the stairs were wet and the door locked from inside the kitchen area (where cooking was taking place) so in my experience not a good health and safety location for an emergency exit and that is also having the door locked!!! When I knocked on the door a member of staff greeted me with a tray with what looked like hot embers in it - and this was an emergency exit!!!!!
If you do not speak Arabic or French then you have a major problem because that is all the staff speak. When you complain nobody cares. Asked to speak to the manager - told he/she does not work at the moment - that was over a 2 day period.
The rooms are very dated, unfinished and shower leaks water all over the floor and the very old fancy shower unit and heads spray water all over the bathroom. The glass on top of the table in the bedroom is broken in a number of places and look like it has been broken for many months judging by the dust in between the cracks. The A/C does not work correctly. TV has no signal most of the time so there are issues there as well.

Central location in the city, good bed
We stayed 3 nights. 2 of those nights our neighbors made noise nearly all night from 23:00 till 05:00. Tv on continuously and talking continuously. The walls are very thin and partially the wall was a door. We had to get up to ask for a solution. The proposed solution was the reception first calling them, not directly a new room. It didnt stop after that. We didnt want to get up a second time to switch rooms. Utterly annoying and tiring.
