The keys were not accessible when I arrived (around 12:30am) and the room that was communicated to me was not clean. The hosts were helpful in resolving this but it took a while and the information was not very clear.

The time taken for room check in is very fast. The front desk reception is a very friendly and helpful person. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, which is a bonus for us. Besides, this apartment also provides a very comfort transport for airport transfer pick up and drop off service. We are also allowed to store and keep our luggage at reception room after check out while waiting for our flight on the evening.

It is recommended to rent an own transport as this apartment is a bit far from Fira city centre. It is about 20 minutes walking distance from this apartment to Fira city centre.

Nice hosts, very clean, everything needed in the kitchen, 2 km from Thira center, perfect if you have car. Parking in high season will be a challenge though. Parking in November was just OK.

Great view over a church and the sea (from apartment 6). Caretaker was very friendly and helpful with a broken down fridge.

Some towels were as hard as cardboard. There was a Whatsapp-number you could use in case of problems or questions, but whoever was supposed to do this didn't feel like answering most of the time.

The room was very clean and quite big, in fact it was an entire apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (but we didn't use it because we decided to try the local food) and also a big bathroom with a bathtub. . It had a large closet to store clothes and suitcases, It had a hair dryer, an ironing board, a private balcony with facilities to dry clothes in the sun. the truth is that the apartment in general enchanted me and the gardens outside were very beautiful

the location is in Karterados, very close to Fira, I have nothing to complain about it as I knew it was a certain distance to walk to the main bus station if needed and a quieter place to find parking. when I booked this apartment the description mentioned that they had parking and the truth is that you could only park on the street, it is a safe area in general but in any case it is very stressful to find parking in Santorini especially in areas so close to Oia or Fair. I went the first week of October, I don't want to imagine what it would be like to find parking in high season

Staff very friendly. Facilities are really good. They offer daily cleanning and washing for free.

nice views from balcony, fully equipped apartment, beautiful garden upon entry. Good location - 15 min walk to fira bus station or to the main road where there are tons of cafes, ATV rentals, bus stop.

Overall poor communication from staff. Reception staff were not present when I arrived. If it weren't for the couple who told me to call the reception staff as soon as I arrived, I would have been sitting in the dark with no AC. Staff did arrive within 5-10 mins when I called them. Would have appreciated some more help when I asked how to arrive to the apartment either through cab arrangement, providing bus schedule, etc. Requested late checkout by one hour and was not accommodated and I felt that the staff member was short/rude when I requested a late checkout (This could have also been a language barrier). Bathtub in the washroom was not cleaned properly especially the faucet.

Big apartment, clean, big terrace. They let us leave our luggage at reception for the last day.

Owner was not there when we came, although I signed arrival hour. When I called him, he didn't respond for some time.

I didn't see anyone from the staff as I arrived later in the afternoon and left the next day early morning! Everything was well done and clear!

Newly renovated room that was perfect for our stay. Appreciated the proximity to Fira and also bakeries, restaurants, etc, but still opted to rent a quad to get around easier. The apartment was on two levels which made it feel quite big as well. Super clean and fresh towels every day!

There was no breakfast available! Walk to the cafes shops and pubs was quite challenging as it was about half mile up and down hills unless you hire a car ! Windy road to the apartment is quite narrow so you need to be careful with cars coming either way

Emails from Wisteria could be better we were trying to upgrade but didn’t know what the extra money covered

The house is big and well equipped, suitable for longer stays than ours even. we didn’t have a car so we walked to Fira to take the bus. it was about 15 min and the heat was extreme but it was good value for money. They allowed us to check in early too. The porch with the view on the church was really great.

Nothing except that it should be noted that the bed is in the mezzanine floor and can be tricky if you don’t watch your head when you get up.
