It was not a place I will go back to. Next time I will pay more for Confort.

Climbing three flights of stairs suck and the rooms were too small. Very cheap hotel so I really can’t complain much but I was expecting an elevator and a better breakfast area. Everything is too thought. Feels like a hostel with private bathrooms

O quarto é bem simples, porém a localização é excelente, o café da manhã é ok, a equipe é simpática (com exceção de um incidente que relato a seguir). Fiquei em um quarto de fundos que era silencioso, ouvi comentários que os quartos de frente são extremamente barulhentos.

Fiquei hospedada sozinha em um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro. Recebi uma ligação do hotel e mensagens por whatsapp à 1h da madrugada perguntando se eu havia achado o pijama do hóspede anterior embaixo do travesseiro. O tal pijama não estava embaixo do travesseiro na cama que eu estava dormindo, mas estava na do lado. Ou seja, além da falta de noção de ligarem para um hóspede de madrugada, ainda ficou óbvia a falta de higiene, pois não substituíram a roupa de cama na troca de hóspedes, que é o mínimo que se espera de um hotel por mais simples que seja.

Tamanho do quarto e o chuveiro basicamente em cima do vaso sanitário.

Location is spot on. Safe area, staff are friendly.

Rooms are far too small. Bathroom you can't even sit straight on the toilet. Wouldn't stay any longer than a couple of nights. The room didn't look like the picture.

Swift check-in. Comfortable room. Tasty breakfast. Good wifi. Av Paulista is good part of Sao Paulo to stay.

good price for the room. great location, really cheap and has breakfast included which is not bad. I would come back.

toilet was very old and shower did not have a door. overall structure is a bit old and I saw a small cockroach in my bedroom.

Fine and confortable

I really like the area were the Hotel is located and the breakfast that the hotel bring it.

In my case i did'nt like my room view, was a internal view.

Look at this

It was really comfortable, I really recommended, the location and workers are really nice.

The only thing, was that my room has 2 beds and there are 2 of us, so they just sliced it together. If you want a single big bed acepte the one without view to the avenue (if you wanna sleep well).

Breakfast is good. Air conditioning is great. Location is amazing.

Pillows are awful. It was quite disappointing to have asked for a few extra days stay just to be ignored. They promised me they'd answer ASAP and never have... Also , showers are literally on top of the toilet seats and the whole of the bathroom gets soaking wet. And one barely has any space to wash. Only Some rooms lack a frigobar . They lack lifts and do not assist us with luggage carrying....

Hotel for a case of emergency

The stuff were very helpful. The location is close to the subway.

The bathroom!!!! The shower was almost above the toilet, very uncomfortable, it looked like the architect needed to fit all(toilet,sink,shower) in 1m². When you sat on the toilet, your knees didn't fit. The bathroom door also didn't close well. Plus the window in the bathroom didn't work, so we couldn't close it for the night. The sockets were right above our heads. The TV was super slow.

The location. And the staff.

The room. Bathroom was awful, especially the shower. Also, Breakfast space is too short.
