Situated in Point Pleasant Beach, this charming house for R 18,164 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Fabulous 6 BR/ 3BA House - SLEEPS 14 - Perfect for Extended families with two 1st floor bedrooms or for adult couples who want the best the Jersey Shore has to offer. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in the desirable south end of Point Pleasant Beach, you will have access to the private Elizabeth-Carter Association (10 beach badges), yet walking distance to Jenkinson's Beach. Has a fully equipped kitchen and a great backyard patio with ample seating for everyone. CLEANING PROTOCOLS We have always been proud of maintaining high cleaning standards for our guests. However, we are expanding our cleaning protocols to make you even more comfortable. Between stays, we will be cleaning all of the bedding, including washing blankets, mattress pads, and pillow protectors. In addition, our cleaning crew will be disinfecting countertops in the high traffic areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. We will also be disinfecting all of the doorknobs in the house. We trust these extra steps will give you the confidence that we are doing all we can to keep everyone healthy and safe. We look forward to hosting you. 2 KING BEDS / 3 QUEEN BEDS / 2 SETS OF BUNK BEDS FIRST FLOOR LIVING SPACE: We have an extra large and fully-stocked kitchen with all the amenities. The center island with sink gives you plenty of room to prepare meals or to dish out takeout from your favorite restaurants. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that will fit the capacity of the house. Then we have an extra large family room with plenty of seating to view the Samsung 65" Smart TV. There are two nice bedrooms on the first floor - for those who do not want to climb stairs. Choose between the queen bedroom off the foyer that is graced with a beautiful fireplace, while the other bedroom has a nice queen bed. Outside Common Area The sliding glass doors off the dining area open up to the patio area. There is a good-size BBQ grill and large table with umbrella for your gathering. There is ample room for all the guests to gather round to enjoy the cool summer evening breezes. SECOND FLOOR LIVING SPACE: The Master Bedroom suite is extremely spacious with an elegant master bathroom shower and separate soaking bathtub. Lots of room in his/hers master bedroom closets too. And you have a gorgeous second floor balcony off the master bedroom suite. The remaining three bedrooms on the second floor consist of one king bed, one queen bed and one room with two nice bunk beds. All together the 2nd floor will sleep up to 10 people in their own comfortable beds. Even the hall bathroom is very spacious with a shower and separate soaking tub. The house was as pictured, no surprises. The kitch was very well equipped for the large group. Dining table allowed everyone to be together for meals. We borrowed a family high chair and porta crib for our one year old. Bedrooms were comfortable. Master suite is beautiful. Location was good and the beach was very nice. Melinda was easy to work with and tracked us down for lost jewerly before we left Point Pleasant to return it. Nice service offered to mail it back. Highly recommended.

We had a very bad experience with a different VRBO last summer so we were quite nervous going into this year. From the time we first contacted him, Denis was courteous, helpful and prompt in responding. The house was even better than we had hoped, with literally every amenity we could want. And it was spotless, as promised. The area is amazing -- so quiet yet a 2 block walk to the private beach and a 1 mile stroll to the heart of Jenkinson's Boardwalk. We certainly hope we can stay here again! Thank you, Denis.

Spent a great week in July at Denis’ property, with 3 other families and had an amazing time. Short walk to the beach and close enough to get to the boardwalk quickly. Everyone had an awesome time.

Great house for a family gathering!
Large, clean property easily able to accommodate a family gathering. The host was great, and very communicative. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, and also just a short drive from the boardwalk. Would definatly stay here again.

It’s honestly our only complaint about the stay, but given the price point we paid I expected a more generous refund. Location was safe, about a mile from the south end of the boardwalk and the house was as advertised.

We thought we were in heaven. I looked at hundreds of rentals and this one was by far the best. The owner was very responsive to me and allowed us to check-in early and check-out late. We hope to rent the house again in the near future.

Dennis did a fine job of managing our expectations and was supremely flexible with our check in and check out process. The house is clean, but some of the things were need of repair. All in all a good time and a three block walk to a private beach.

Great experience
Everything was great! No complaints at all. The house is comfortable, as advertised, spacious, and great location! 4 bedrooms with king sized beds is rare and the rooms were all huge. We had 3 children under 5 years old and the bunk bed room was perfect. The master bedroom and suite is luxurious and an added bonus. We celebrated my parents’ 45th wedding anniversary as a family and this house was perfect. Outdoor space was awesome as well. Denis was great at communicating with us and helping us with tips for managing the boardwalk and food shopping and places to eat. Would recommend highly for any large groups. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a great stay here. It’s clean and Denis is great and thought of all the details. He was very communicative and accommodating. We hosted a dinner party and the kitchen was perfect for it. Location is great - there’s so much nearby. It’s also very close to the beach. We will definitely book again!

Our trip to the shore was enjoyable. The property was clean and close to the beach. Communication with Denis was easy and quick. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing but close enough to the boardwalk so all were happy.

Great large house for family vacation
We had an amazing time at Denis’ property. Perfect beach house space for a large group to spread out. Plenty of space for our family of 9 adults (my sister took the room with the bunk beds). He was kind enough to be flexible with check in and check out which really made a difference. Would absolutely stay again.
