My parents absolutely enjoyed their first trip to Glasgow. The staff were amazing and so kind to them when ever they need anything. The hotel is so close to everything. My parents have told me they look forward to staying here again

Poor selection for breakfast and without noticing I drank from a dirty glass that had lip stick stains all round this glass was taken from where the clean glasses where. I never knew until my son pointed out when he realised I wasn't wearing lipstick

My main problem is that you don't do fried eggs for breakfast (nice touch that tea is available at any time for free)Room was not a problem and the bed was comfortable.Location (Glasgow should be the fittest city in the UK i've never come across so many hills in my life)but i'll return.

No Fried eggs at breakfast time. Barfood menu needs a big makeover.15 Pound for a cheese burger(with no cheese in it a bit stiff)

The Hampton by Hilton Hotel Glasgow City Centre is a superb location for travellers and couples within easy walking distance of the bustling centre and the attractions it has to offer with the additional benefits of being a quite haven to return to with the helpful and friendly staff always on hand to make our stay a most enjoyable experience.

Noisy people in room next to us

Clean comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, super staff. We had a family illness on site and the staff were so kind and efficient. Superb effort from them all.

2 nights over Easter weekend, and it was noisy at night and early morning. Hard to do much about that I know, but still needs highlighting.

Clean, stylish, affordable, great location, great service. Agniska cleaning team was lovely and takes pride in her work. Great cocktails too! Best Hotel I've stayed in.

In all my years of traveling i have never meet such rude staff. The staff made my wife suffer extremely bad with her anxiety, the lady on the second night spoke to us like we was children, over a matter that didn't concern us from the first night, then asked us to leave for our conduct over the weekend, I'm seeking a refund & want to take this manner further. Myself & wife traveled to see the city & watch our son in a international boxing competition & this hotel wrecked the monumental experience for us. Staff was very rude Breakfast was horrible Staff made me and a lot of guests very uncomfortable. Complained at hotel and got a half hearted apology I’ve emailed them and received no response. Staff were taking photos of guests and drinking alcohol while on the job. We’re telling certain guests they don’t accept kids however it doesn’t state that on there website or booking . Com

I had to ask the reception to open my room door every time because the reception could not cut the electronic keys? Apparently, this was least the fourth day of non-resolution of this issue. The accommodation and breakfast were overpriced.

We have been told we have been given a refund but we do not have it. Hilton have an email explaining ALL the faults

the cleanliness of room was a disgrace dirt marks in sink in accessible shower Shower Stool A Joke As Thats from An Old Peoples Home Not A Proper Wall Mounted Pull Down Shower Seat As Should Have Been black marks on bedroom walls cracked skirting boards shower drain took 30 mins to drain away water was like a swimming pool when used shower bed was uncomfy to say the least Hallway outside room had food stains in the carpet and been there for a while tbh

We hardly slept due to noise for several hours from the adjacent room. Soundproofing is terrible.

Everything was perfect a great weekend and the Hampton was outstanding 👌

Told 24 hour bar service arrived after a concert told bar closes in 15minutes(11.30) no cash only card these were in action the previous day only because they accepted a large booking of 40 people “AND” There was only 6 people in the bar at that time !!!

We liked the overall comfort & cleanliness of the hotel , & it was very close to the shopping area of sauchihall Street too. Breakfast was really nice with enough choice to fill you up for the day if you so wished.

We didn't like the position of our room room 107 first floor. We had requested a high floor in advance but to no avail unfortunately. Our room was located on the side of the building overlooking offices & the delivery waggons were right underneath our window when deliveries were being made., plus we had a very small window which made the room very dark indeed.
