Alles in Allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt!!

Es war ein sehr ett eingerichtetes Appartement mit allem was benötigt wird (ein scharfes Messer zum Schneiden von Fleisch und Gemüse hat gefehlt, aber wenn man danach gefragt hätte, hätte man bestimmt eines bekommen). Die "Vermieter" leben im selben Haus, sie stehen immer gerne für Fragen zur Verfügung und informieren auch über mögliche Aktivitäten.

Leider war die Beschilderung des Appartements sehr stark von der Sonne verblichen, sodass man es kaum lesen/erkennen konnte. Dies ist gerade bei einer Anreise im Dunklen nicht sehr förderlich. Um das Haus herum wurde während des Aufenthalts sehr viel gebaut; es entstehen neue (Appartement-) Häuser. Um 7:00 Uhr morgens von Baulärm im Urlaub geweckt zu werden, war nicht gerade sehr schön, auch der Sonntag war hier keine Ausnahme! Auch die nächtlichen Motorradrennen oder das intensive Hundegebell waren recht störend.

A mistake that we have learned from.

Leaving.

The area was very dilapidated. I thought we were driving up to a scrap yard. Our balcony wall was next to park cars so apart from the noise of doors slamming and cars starting the occupant could look into the bedroom area. When we arrived from a long drive from Skopje we wanted to eat chill and watch TV. The TV took 24 hrs to get it to work properly, then it had no sports channels, film channels and only 2 news channels in English. The woman told us she wanted cash payment even though it is advertised as credit cards accepted. She then told us to leave when we refused. We were getting ready to do so when her husband arrive said he would bring the hand held payment machine from his restaurant.The next he brought the card machine so we payed.. The floor in the wet/shower room was like a skating rink when wet, the tiles had completely the wrong glaze and no matts provided. My husband could not shave as the light that was meant to illuminate the mirror was missing and bare wires stuck out of the hole. The air conditioning constantly drip on the furniture on the balcony. The mattress on the double bed was worn out, my husband had to use the single bed so we could sleep.

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. It was very comfortable and clean, but also pretty and modern. Easy to reach and to park your car. The hosts have been very welcoming, kind, and happy to give local advice about the area. I would definitely recommend!

Looking forward to stay there again next year!

Hosting family is very friendly, helpful and makes you feel at home. The property is in an excellent location (close to the beach). Super clean! The room is well equipped with everything you might need. Truly loved the place, didn’t wanna leave! 😁

Very kind and helpfull owners, the apartment was clear.

The rooms are better for families, not for couples, but unfortunately from the description about the apartment and from the pictures it is not clear.

Big beds (around 180cm), about 10min walk to beach, helpful owners, big rooms

This apartment is not two-story, it is one a walk-trough room and one bedroom. It was not a problem for us bou we thought about sth different

Great place to stay if you are visiting Ada Bojana. Extremely clean place. The guests are hospitable, and very responsive. I would recommend AGA to anyone visiting the region.

good value for money

Lovely apartment, with everything you need for vacation. Nice and quiet area, ideal for rest. I loved balcony with trees all around. Location is good, not far from the main road, very practical for visiting beaches, Ada bojana and long beach on one side and Valdanos on the other.

City tax was not included in the price neither hosts mentioned anything about registering my sojourn to the officials. It would have been nice if they warned me about that, since I wasn't aware I should go and finish it by myself, usually property owners handle that. Be careful, it could mean problems at the border.

Clean and tidy apart, welcoming and helpful host.

Absolutely clean and tidy, it was a great pleasure to discover. Very quiet atmosphere, no noise. Good stuff for cooking. Welcoming attentive host. My strong recommendations!!
