Brilliant

Very good location close to centre and park. Milk juice drinks fruit and biscuits. Everything you need to cook. Bathroom fully stocked. The cleanest air b n b i have ever stayed in. It was immaculate

My maps on phone took me past the lication The unit is down a little alley way off the street. It's numbered clearly but i thought it was a different street

The best view in Split

Perfect location, amazing host, really clean and tidy with more than enough towels and little amenities. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until midnight and we were never made to feel like it was a problem. The most beautiful views over the city from the balcony, would love to come back.

Lovely stay in Split

We loved the view from the apartment, it was especially nice arriving on 7th May and watching the firework display. The apartment is a short walk away from centre so is super convenient. There are all the facilities needed in the apartment, including washing/dishwasher tablets. The fridge was filled with some refreshments and snacks which was a nice added touch.

Perfect stay

My previous host had cancelled my booking which is why I had booked this apartment just one day before my arrival. It was the best thing that could have happened to me because I loved every single detail here. The flat is super tasteful, the location is central and quiet at the same time and the views from the terrace are terrific. The wifi was fast and stable and the check-in/out times were totally flexible. I would love to come here again.

Don't miss out on this apartment!

Stayed in the apartment with balcony option and the view is incredible! So worth the little bit extra. Can watch the ferries coming in on the water, see the old town, the beautiful terracotta rooftops - the whole scenery is amazing. The location of the apartment was absolutely fantastic, we couldn't have asked for a better place. It was so quiet and peaceful yet literally 5 minute walk from Diocletian's Palace and the Riva Promenade. Loads of shops, bars and restaurants really close by. Kristina was such a lovely host and so helpful and kind - the fridge was stocked on our arrival with water, milk, juice, beers and some sweets and biscuits were left as a gift in the apartment. Such a nice touch and unexpected! She left a guide in the room with tips and advice and her mum met us to give us the keys and even let us in early as our room was ready (even if it hadn't been she'd offered for us to leave our bags with her so we could go out and start exploring). Whilst the main kitchen/ sleeping area in the room is a little dated in decor, the bathroom is really modern with a lovely powerful shower with lots of hot water. There's a washing machine for use too if you need it. Loads of toiletries left which was handy to use. The bed was super comfy and the air conditioning worked well which was welcomed in the summer heat! The TV had free Netflix access which was such a nice touch too. Overall, we had such a nice stay and felt so welcomed and safe in the apartment. We loved Split and the apartment was the cherry on top of the cake! Do not hesitate to book!

I would return and recommend it to others.

The host thought of the traveller's every need and provided for it, from cold drinks in the refrigerator, coffee, sugar, shampoos, etc to umbrellas for those short rain showers. The room was in a good location to visit the old town, restaurants, bakeries and groceries. The unit was spotless and well appointed.

Great stay in a cosy studio, great bed and shower. Good to have a kitchen. Easy to get to the centre and a longer walk for the beach.

Very good

The place was clean and silent, the house has all appliances necessary and the management was kind by also leaving some refreshers, great coffee and a few snacks.

The bedroom window has a semi transparent curtain only, which makes the bedroom bright in the early morning. If you're tall the bathroom door won't let you sit straight while in the toilet.

Superb!

We liked everything about it. Location, very friendly and accommodating host. The apartment was in a perfect location with a great view from the balcony. The host had thought of everything you might need in the apartment. We would definitely recommend and we plan on visiting again in the future.

Lovely 4 night stay in clean, well appointed apartment in a good centralized location.

Well appointed apartment with all necessary mod cons. We were very happy with the lovely drinks in the fridge and good supply of toiletries. We were made to feel at home. :) The hostess was very friendly and helpful.

A peaceful stay in a quite area with greats views and a modern apartment.

Very clean, modern, well equipped apartment with fantastic views of split and the marina. Located in a quite area with a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Will certainly stay here again.

Perfect host, perfect stay

We didn't know what to expect from Split or the apartment but everything blew us away. Cristina was SO good at communicating.. from helping us know what bus to get from the airport, getting her mum to meet us, when I needed to find a pharmacy open on a Sunday, Cristina helped immediately. The apartment is spotless with unrivaled views, we felt like we were on another planet. I travelled with my brother and the sofa was made into a very comfy sofa bed. We didn't have a car so the location was great for walking into town / the pier etc. Lots of little touches like cheese and juice and local beer in the fridge. Fantastic host, best care weve ever had. Great facilities (fridge, freezer, washing machine, all utensils) and excellent cleanliness. Highly Highly recommend.

Great location, great facilities and the balcony breakfasts were wonderful

Was all we needed for a few nights, enough space and kitchen had all you need. the balcony for breakfast was just perfect!

Quite a lot of steps up to it and although it didn’t matter to us it may be worth bearing in mind

Great place quiet yet close to everything

Great view. Confortable bed. Very quiet neighborhood, yet only 5 minutes walk from the Riva. Attention to detail (fresh fruits, cool drinks in the fridge, detergent for the washing machine,...). We felt like home. Plus Kristina gave us good tips and answered all our questions very fast. A few tips on the city: Bokamorra for great pizzas. Zora Bila for more upscale dinner, Kruscic bakery to buy some danish for breakfast and eat it on a Riva bench

Don't hesitate to Ask Kristina for tips to park your car as parking spot Can bé dificult to find at Times in this neighborhood

Amazing location

So close to old town yet lovely and quiet. Very comfortable stay. Accommodating hosts!!

Hot water tank runs out after 1 shower so need to wait awhile for water to heat up for 2nd person to shower if want hot water.

Cozy renovated studio 8 min walk from the city center

The hosts were so sweet! Katrina and her mom were very kind and received us very late in the night and let us have a late checkout, keeping our bags for us for the rest of the day. The room is completely renovated, with all the comfort needed in an apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, nice balcony (with an AMAZING view) and a nice kitchen table.

For us this wasn't a problem but there is no elevator, so if someone had accessibility problems this could be a problem (I believe it was 3 floors).

Amazing stay, amazing location.

The property was comfortable and clean, all toiletries required were provided to the last detail (even sunblock!), the host was very accommodating and also allowed us to store our bags after check-out so we did not have to walk around with them. She also helped us with parking, as this was the most challenging part of our trip.

Nice apartment and excellent host

The apartment is really well-thinking to every centimeter even if its not a big surface. Not so far from the center, it was very well equiped with aircon, kitchen corner, even shampoo and cotton pads. In a hot day, Kristina prepared for us fresh drinks and candy in advance which is so kind and thoughtful. Her and her mom were always there to give us the best advice, nicest host we ever had. Kristina provides you all the guidelines to the apartment in advance.

Parking down to the street is hard to have especially when you arrive late.

Wunderbarr urlaub

The apartment was superbbbbb and extremly comfortable and cozy its great for couples and the view in the morning and night its so wonderfull even its near the city but there is no noises i recommend this apartment and its soooo clean and the clima work perfect and kristina and her mother are so friendly and they will help you with everything you want. The apartment is near every single part of the city you can go everywhere on foot . The reataurant are likw 5 min on foot. If u want to go a trip to an island with boat the port is like 7 min on foot I give 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Overall

Very friendly hosts, very nice apartment with some drinks ready in the fridge and some snacks on arrival. Aparment has everything what you could ask for: towels, hairdryer, kitchen equipment, salt, pepper, oil etc.

We found some small glass or plastic pieces in our bed. That was really unsual.

Don’t be mistaken between the Studio and the Apartment with terrace

Location (10 min by foot to the Palace), amenities for breakfast and bathroom.

We were misled by the pictures posted, as they are shown together those from the Studio and those from the bigger Apartment with terrace. Beware when selecting your choice! Ratio price-quality could be better for the Studio (aprox. 20 m2).
