About this house rental
Situated in Cayucos, this attractive house for R 4,941 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to our beach cottage. Beautiful, completely remodeled one bedroom (upper unit) located steps from the beach. Our cottage can accommodate two to four people with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. New Egyptian cotton sheets and plush towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar inside or outside on the deck at the bistro height table with a fire pit. The ocean is just across the street and can be seen from the deck, kitchen, living room and bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice location great deck! Note fire pit goes out ? Ran out of T/P but purchased some! Was not sure of what to do with our garbage?

It was a great place to stay and relax. We loved the deck and the firepit. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was super close to the beach access, so we could run down and watch the sun dip into the ocean.

Although small, this property was a perfect get-a-way. It is nicely decorated, kitchen has anything you could possibly need , including fresh spices, and there are plenty of supplies. It rained most of the time but I had family in the area and we got to enjoy the ocean view deck with firepit table on two evenings. The location is the best, only a few steps to beach access.The owner is easily reached by phone and helpful with any issues. A wonderful stay in spite of the bad weather.

Wonderful!
This is a small unit, perfect for me, would also be good for a couple. It is nicely decorated, and the furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen is supplied with nearly everything you might need including an array of seasonings and spices. There are plenty of cleaning supplies. I was meeting family members in Cayucos and a few of us enjoyed sitting on the deck one evening , around the tabletop fire pit. The location is great, just across from beach access and a 15–20-minute walk into town. The only thing lacking is bedroom storage. There are hangers to hang things but large bedside tables with drawers or a small dresser instead of the large laundry basket would be nice, There is a washer and dryer (I didn't use them) and beach chairs. All in all, a wonderful stay at this property!

Everything you could possibly want in this small cottage is there: want to make soup, peel cucumbers, make beef Bourgogne in the oven? All the equipment is there! We enjoyed our long weekend in Cayucos. Beach access is right across the street, the wind break on the deck kept us warm and the location allowed us to walk to town. Very nice place.

Lovely little coastal getaway!
We had the oppertunity to spend a month in this wonderful beach house. It was very clean, well-stocked and conveniently located to the beach. It was a fantastic place to relax and escape the spring time allergies. Lynn was a wonderful host and communication was excellent! I would highly recommend this place!!!

Clean nicely updated unit across street from beach
We spent the month of February in the unit. We were pleased with the quality of the renovation, nice appliances, dishes etc. Having a Keurig was great. The unit is small for a month stay (no closet or table to eat on in the unit) but other than that we would strongly recommend it. We just wish we had more sunny weather so we could use the patio furniture more but Central Coast did need the rain. Cable TV with movie channels for rainy days was great too.

Great ocean views, high quality furnishings (bed and sofa a bit soft for our backs). Cayucos is a wonderful quiet, friendly and quaint coastal village - we stayed a month and didn't want to leave.

Cozy Beach Retreat
The highlight of our stay was the panoramic views from the upper level deck and sipping wine by the fire pit. This little gem is impeccably detailed with all the comforts and amenities. If you love the sound of waves and views of sunsets and are comfortable in a cozy setting, this is the place. We look forward to many future stays.

Upper Level Beach House
Great house! Beautiful interior, very comfortable. The house was well stocked and had a beautiful and very functional deck, great for BBQs and family time or just to relax and enjoy the ocean view. Great location, easy beach access, quiet neighborhood.
