My daughter and I spent the Thanksgiving weekend at this lovely condo. We had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The view from the balcony was very nice and the whole condo was the cleanest I've seen (and I have rented several others in Cayucos and elsewhere). The beds were comfortable. We had a great time in a great condo! I recommend this condo and would book it again in a heartbeat!

Our stay at Nancy and Kevin’s house was great! 5-10 minute walk to the beach and into town. We could hear the waves and seals at night. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly and around a 30 minute Uber from the SLO airport. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The appliances and front door code were easy to use. We’d love to come back and stay again!

We had an excellent stay, property was in great condition and close to everything. Booked for the view would stay again for everything else. What minor issues we had were quickly fixed with speedy responses from hosts. Absolutely plan to stay again and would recommend to all.

Great set up with the master bedroom up top with lots of room, garage below and main living in the middle. Walking distance to town. It’s set up with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella so you dont have to bring any of that stuff. The portable fans in the closets for us to use was also nice on a warmer weekend. Overall great experience. The master bed was a little funky with plastic wheels on a vinyl floor. Moved a lot but was comfortable.

The week was wonderful. The condo served our purpose perfectly. Enjoyed the patio while having a view of the ocean. The condo was set up well with the items we needed. The location made it nice to walk to the beach 5-10 minutes and into downtime 10-15 minutes. We would stay here again.

Myself, sister and our husbands met up in Cayucos and rented this condo for a long weekend. We were so impressed by how clean, comfortable and well appointed this home was. My sister who travels extensively repeated numerous times how immaculate and nice it was. Our stay in these accommodations made our getaway memorable.

This condo is the perfect home away from home for a visit to the San Luis Obispo area! The location is in a nice, quiet spot with a great view. The towns of Cayucos & nearby Morro Bay were charming. The condo itself is nicely decorated- just as the pictures show. And my husband & I agree that this is the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in! We had to adjust our stay dates at the last minute and Kevin was extremely accomodating! He went out of his way to make sure we could still have a memorable getaway. We can't wait to return to this area and do some more exploring and we will definitely be staying at this condo again! Thank you Kevin & family for sharing your Cayucos gem with us!

We LOVED this property! Super easy to get too, super clean and nicely set up! The property had everything we needed. My husband and I stayed upstairs in the largest bedroom and the bed was amazing!!! Slept SO well!!! We could hear the ocean from our room. Parking was plentiful, all the instructions were easy, no complaints here!!! We would definitely stay there again

Wish the balcony outside the master was wider to sit on. Wish the neighbors, when looking at the ocean would trim their overgrown trees that blocked the view. Great location and easy walk to beach.

This a second visit to this getaway property. The two bedroom two bath unit is immaculately clean. The linnens are 100% cotton, the kitchen is fully equiped and did I say clean! The ocean views are expansive. This was a entirely relaxing Valentines Day vacation. We'll be back.

We had a lovely stay, the condo was clean and very well stocked. There was plenty of room for our group of 4. Close to restaurants and town. We did day trips to wine country, hiking nearby and toured Moro Bay and Pismo Beach. Communication with the property management was great as well. We would definitely recommend this condo.

My husband and I spent the week of Christmas at the condo and it was a festive and comfortable venue. The fact that we could explore Cayucos -- as well as be close to San Luis Obispo for family gatherings and a wedding in San Simeon made our time a new adventure AND a way to be part of our family in SLO. There were wonderful holiday "touches" present that were very appreciated -- and the 'best" available cooking ware that enhanced our feeling a really being "at home" for the holidays. THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful condo !
