Needs improvement but overall it’s a good value for money

Good value for money.

As a suggestion, you could improve your facilities in the bedroom. The cracking of the beds was so annoying. You can’t roll over in the bed without waking up, that loud was the cracking of the beds.

Amazing views and spacious apartment, but not much else

The location is good and the apartment is large and roomy, plus the amazing terrace and one of the best views in Cluj. The host was very nice and accommodating to our requests.

- The place needs a deep clean, the floors were sticky and there was plenty of dust. - overall decor outdated and cheap looking - appliances are not in good shape: the dishwasher was very dirty, we did not dare to use it, the microwave made a weird noise, the hood was not working, and the washing mashine door could barely be opened, because the toilet was blocking it, and the air conditioners need a professional cleaning.

Apartmán s prekrásnym výhľadom blízko centra Cluj Napoca.

We received a detailed video for the entrance to the garage and apartment, so it was easy. We appreciated the garage for the car near the city road. The apartment had a beautiful large terrace for sitting in the evening with a view of the city. We had a coffee machine and tea at our disposal.

It would be better if there were two double beds and only one sofa bed, but the apartment is designed as a living room, a bedroom and a children's room.

Not happy at all

The view and terrace are incredibly beautiful.

We travelled thru Romania for a week and finally reached Cluj Napoca. We booked this apartment day before the arrival. In the morning we received a standard text from the host both in Romanian and English with general details of the apartment and info that the code for the key lock will be sent out later. We were already close to Cluj Napoca (on the train) at around 14.00 but info was not sent yet and no-one was responding via booking app. We decided to get to the apartment's address and to decide on the spot what to do next. After 15.00(the advised by the host time for check in) we still did not receive instructions on how to access the flat, so we were waiting outside for their response. So we called the host and after some time they sent the instructions. About the apartment itself: there is no bath tub as shown on the photos, no bathrobes as written in the apartment description. The apartment is spacious but does not feel cozy, it looks worn (cracks and spots on sofa material, burns on the carpet, holes in the walls). The most outstanding thing, there is a metal door in the salon with signs on it saying 'not to enter'. Suddenly we heard some people talking there and it was loud. We checked with the host about the door, who is there as it did not feel safe and it was loud. We were advised that those are another 'clients' and we should not be worried. Just for you to know, please be aware of it. Another interesting thing, the fridge in the kitchen (big one) stands on some sort of stand, so you need to be of a good height to put things there, and the door bangs the lamp on the ceiling.

Location is excellent, great to have parking facilities. The view from the balcony is fantastic. All in all really good place to stay in if visiting Cluj.

it’s becoming ran down-needs some renovation and upgrade. also, the apartment on the photos is not the one I was staying in, it’s next door-can be quite misleading.

100% go there, price/quality ratio top

beatiful spacey place (very comfortable for 5 people), new furniture, tv with netflix. there was everything we needed, accessories in the kitchen, bathroom+big balcony terrace with an amazing amazing view. ps. communication was amazing, we got all the details about the check-in with a video and also super helpful with our questions during the stay.

everything was super clean except for a few stains on the sheets in one bed but it sure was washed, smelled good. also underground parking is very tight took us 15 minutes to park there with bigger car, we rather used the paid parking right next to the building (we could see the car from the balcony).

The apartment is situated in the center of Cluj and very easy to acces. It is very spacious and cosy and has alot of amenities, you can even make your coffee in the morning. We loved that! 😍 a huge plus. The terrace is absolutely beautiful, so you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Cluj. The price is great for what it offers. 👌 Thank you!! Will book again for sure. ✨️

The only thing which I could mention here is the door which might have been a connecting door or a secondary entrance door, which was actually not very soundproof, so we could hear the other people talking loud behind the door. But that was fine, as we didn't spend alot of time in the room.

Shower did not work while staying there

We liked the location of the apartment, the view toward Cluj downtown, and the roominess of the apartment.

The shower was overflowing onto the bathroom floor constantly. We asked the manager to get it fixed but he didn't. He only offered more towels to wipe the floor. This is not what we expected, especially with the heat wave that hit at that time. We barely could shower the 4 days we stayed. there. Also the knives were barely working making slicing bread almost impossible.

Superb

Location the view, the whole setup of the house, that there was a parking maade our stay really enjoyable.

Minor details in the cleaning, the beds were slightly uncomfortable for the ones who like harder beds - but excellent size .
