Appartamenti in centro a Cluj

Bellissimi appartamenti, comodi, forniti e rifiniti. Posizione perfetta, uno dei due appartamenti aveva anche un bellissimo balcone ed era molto luminoso. Comodissimo il self checkin e l'ingresso con codici, così se si è in tanti non c'è il problema delle chiavi.

Niente di che, tutto bene nel complesso.

Ok stay

The Property had a microwave, Washing Machine, all necessary equipment , flat was good , close to the city centre

The inner yard and patio very grubby, quite noisy during the night The still shower didn’t have a head and the taps were broken

Tranquillo, bello, grande in centro

Posizione centrale, parcheggio sulla via a pagamento 3 Lei all’ora. Appartamento accessoriato di tutto disposto su 2 livelli (uno sotto il livello strada). Il traffico non ha disturbato. Due bagni entrambi con doccia, cucina grande con Thè e caffè. Self check-in. Perfetto direi.

Very nice place to stay a few nights.

Clean apartment with space and comfort. There was plenty of coffee with a modern equipment which is very valuable! The owner/manager is very helpful. The place is very central.

The apartment with a view on the street is quite noisy. It’s difficult to sleep if you’re not used to the street traffic.

Good value but overbooked

Location is really central. Appartements were comfortable and with all necessary things to make the stay pleasant. Comfy beds and easy way to access them.

The appartment was double booked because when we arrived there other people were already inside. We called the manager immediately and at the end we were given another option for that night but it was quite inconvenient the time lost for waiting for a solution plus the fact that we have to move all our stuff again next day to the original room I booked while we could have stayed in a single room and avoid all the fuzz.

Nice place, terrible host

The place itself was very nice.

The ‘system’ for collecting the door code was fatally flawed. Rather than receiving the necessary information through booking.com or direct email or text message the host insisted it be received via Whatsapp. When we phoned him, stranded outside the building with our luggage and tired from a long train trip, he refused to just tell us what we needed to know. Instead he angrily repeated that we had to use Whatsapp. As I was using a temporary sim card i was reluctant to do this, in case I lost my previous conversation history. However in the end, several cnversations later i complied with the angry bloke’s directive (and i didnt lose the previous conversations ). In the meantime a lovely cleaning guy had been recruited to help get us into the flat. Next day, returning from being out our code didnt work and we were forced to ring the angry man once again and wait until had reset something. Even his text messages were angry - short commands ending with two exclamation marks. He made Basel Fawlty look like a pussycat!

The blinds. Definitely. I managed to get a good night's sleep at last. Also the apartment is gorgeous.

Noisy old place

Close to old town. For some people, it will be useful that they have a laundry machine.

Really noisy place, unfortunately, it is not possible to sleep due to the noise street (cars, drunk people) or in the building in the early morning. Also a a radiator leaks and the noise of how the water drops fall into a container placed for it is heard. The entrance and courtyard of the building really causes a very bad impression, it feels dirty, old, careless and I do not feel safe with the doors, too. The description states utensils/services that the appartment doesn’t have, like a toaster. Did kot use kitchen at all at the end. The bed is an uncomfortable low sofa with a really bad matress. Cleanliness could be better and the towels are rags. Check in started at 3 PM and I stated I’ll arrive between 3-4 PM and they agreed. I arrive at 3:20 PM and they were still cleaning, so I wait (just about 10 minutes) but not really serious and after a long trip is annoying. I complaint and they just said they were busy, but they demand early check out to guests at maximum 10:30. There is a strong insecticide against roaches smell at the entrace/kitchen/bathroom.

Such a great stay!

We loved everything about this place. In fact, we need to travel to Cluj again and we've booked this very place. Its central but away from the manic buzz, you've got everything you could possibly wish for at your doorstep. The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable and welcoming and the host is friendly, helpful and understanding. What's not to like? Thank you and yes, we're coming back!
