definitely not staying at this Hotel again and not recommending the hotel to anyone either.

really nothing.

the property is extremely dated and not maintained. housekeeping is pathetic. the pictures on the site show a different story absolutely. though the staff is very nice and professional.

Nice place to stay for a family of 4

The suite size was very good and the amenities were quite good. The bluetooth speaker in the living room was a welcome addition.

Two of the staff people were very rude and the breakfast spread was very disappointing

Good

The room space quite big, the lobby area gives the guest a very cozy feeling and staff is nice, especially the Cook Chef at breakfast. He was very caring and welcoming.

The smell when entered the room like a sweat, no bath robe (have to asked for it), no slippers and TV with the remote was not matched, have to call for the service support.

its quite good and easy to everywhere

i would like the balcony, and the room its quite large and comfortable. i might come back in next time

the breakfast can have some difference in between 2 days. everyday just only can eat the same one. In the first before i come until to the end day, i just want to request for late check out until to 3:00pm or 2:00pm that was because the flight not allow me to be early. but i was request a lot of times, they still just only let me stay until to 12:00pm only. i was stay in airport 5 hrs.

Very disappointing experience in a Novotel hotel

Very good location. Next to a BTS station and shopping malls. Plenty of good restaurants in the area.

The hotel was old, not very clean, and noisy. The rooms are not very big. The bathroom was smelly, the housekeeping didn't clean it, the bin was not emptied every day and bathroom supplies were not provided every day. Breakfast was limited. The chef was cooking in a room without a cooking extractor. The pool was in the dark all day and not well taken care of.

The room was big and spacious and was good to have the option to use a washing machine. Breakfast was pleasant and cooked fresh with some items (bread,fruit and drinks) self serve.

The room had an unpleasant smell. we asked to exchange rooms which was done with no issue but still had a slight smell. Maybe it was the whole floor.

When you stay at a Novotel property you expect a certain standard, unfortunately this property missed the mark badly, mostly through a lack of amentities or substandard finishings. The suite is equipped with a full kitchen, but very little in the way of dishes or cutlery, no coffee machine, no kettle (one was provided when requested). Towels in the bathroom.... 2 well worn bath towels provided, nothing more, no hand towels or face cloths. No hair drier, (one provided on request). Living room furniture dated and well worn. Bedroom linens well worn. 2 televisions, only 1 remote. Glass divider on balcony was so dirty it appeared never to have been cleaned before. Overall impression was that the property was badly lacking in QC and being operated on a shoestring budget... nowhere close to any Novotel I have ever visited.

I am never going to book that brand hotel ever again.

Location, manager was rude and nit helpful at all. Breakfast was full of crap. Cold served no option to choose.

Cleanliness - The hotel is not clean at all. I could still see the dust and dirtiness in the room even though the room was made up already. The towels are very old and have holes. They should be changed to new ones. The pillows are super thin because they have been used for a long time. The pillows should be changed. I really don't like the environment of the room. It is not clean at all. Everything looks old.
